$3.50 Monday Special: Chicken Fried Steak. I was totally bummed that they sold out of the meal by 5:30 pm tonight. We got the Famous Bowl and a 1 Chicken Breast with biscuit and mashed potatoes. When I asked if I could get original recipe chicken. I was told it was only crispy. However, when I started to look for another meal, my server relented and offered me the original recipe. The Famous Bowl has a bed of mashed potatoes, topped with corn and popcorn chicken and then dowsed with gravy. My daughter craves this dish. I have always liked KFC Original seasonings. However, when I eat it, it always seems much saltier than I remembered. I liked my fluffy and soft biscuit with my gravy. This tells me either the employees don't want to cook or management is too worried about potential waste to be prepared for customers. Just picked up $20 fill up meal, was awful. The entire order looks as though it was sitting for hours. The chicken is soaked in grease and the skin is floppy and very dark instead of fluffy and golden color and just cooked or they have not changed the grease in some time. The mashed potatoes are dried in some areas to flakes, as they have been sitting for some time and the biscuits are hard. I wondered why they handed the entire order out the window the minute we pulled up and that is because everything was already made hours ago. Winter yesterday and they didn't fries, no Mac and cheese. When before when we went in there, they said they had it. And then when they went to give us our order. They did not have it, so the substitute didn't for something else. So they gave us egg mashed potatoes and gravy 2 of those. We only got half of the mashed potatoes that you usually get. Not the greatest. Definitely one of the worse KFC's I've bought from. Went to quickly get some tenders with the drive through. The person taking my order sounded like they didn't want to be there at all. I get that jobs like that suck, but it really makes me want to just take a few more minutes out of my drive to go to a different one. Hopefully it was just a bad day for him though and that it got better for him later. But anyways, the tenders were way too salty and the biscuit was squished. They also forgot to add my sauce. My first time eating at this restaurant definitely could of been better! I do appreciate the services during COVID-19 and not being affected (yet) but I do want my food that I ordered and paid for. Ordered the eight piece family meal and they basically trick you by putting their two breast pieces on top but underneath were two little baby chicken pieces, a chicken nugget would have had more meat than what they had and they counted them as one each. read more

Nice to charge your customers for two sauce packets when they buy FOUR dinner combos from you. Why would you have sauce if you're just going to charge for them?? Very very slow. Drive thru was backed up so I went inside and they were slow there too. All I ordered was biscuits and after a 5-7 minute wait to order I was told there would be a 10 minute wait for the biscuits. So a quick stop for a snack turned into almost 20 minutes. I have not been to KFC in years. After several commercials touting the $3.99 combos I thought I would stray from my normal spots that specialize in chicken and give them another chance. Upon ordering at the drive thru the cashier seemed distracted. When she recapped my order she only recapped the sides not the entrees and she got the drinks wrong. When I pulled up to the window for my total I was horrified at the full amount. I was told the price on the menu was just for the entree that the meal was extra. I had to wait for about 5 minutes for my wedges to cook. Once I got home I realized my 6 piece tender was short 3 tenders and my sides were all wrong. I immediately called hoping that they would realize their error. I was told I would have to come back to correct this. I offered my receipt number and I was told they just need my name and I would HAVE to come back. After much hemming and hawing I drove back with my receipt. I asked for a full refund for my inconvenience and I was told that I didn't bring the food back per policy they could not refund me. When I called I was not told I had to bring the food back. I was told it did not matter it was clearly posted on the drive thru window. I asked how I was supposed to bring back food that I did not receive and she said it's simply policy to teach employees what they did wrong. The cashier admitted what she did wrong, there didn't seem to be a need to have the missing food there to correct this but the "manager" stuck to her policy. I was able to get a partial refund but only after I asked for her to give me her refusal in writing as I planned to write my bank to dispute the charge after this experience. She did not care that she was losing a customer and that I was impacting others in line with my story. As for the food I did receive - the chicken bites are nothing like the commercials. They were flat, dry and bland. The chicken fingers were also bland. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles north or east to one of the other restaurants that specialize in chicken. read more

Never have a problem here at all. We normally go for lunch getting 5 dollar deals, or the go meal. They always get it correct and are friendly about it. The cashier is normally prepping something, but as soon as you are ready to order they get right to the register. Really good customer service for the past year or so! read more

Very disappointed.... I ordered the original 24 pc hot wings with no sauce The cashier advised me that it would be about 12 minutes and I told her "no problem, I prefer freshly made wings anyway"....I sit all-day driving a commercial vehicle, so I opted to stand while I waited. I then noticed another female employee, with a fryer basket in her hands and open a silver cabinet door and place what I thought was my wings inside.....next thing I know (I've only been there about a total of 3 minutes now) and that same female came to the counter with my order. I said "that was the fastest 12 minutes I have ever experienced" I grabbed my bag and left. When I got home and opened the container, the wings were a dark brown color, not the golden color that they usually are and missing most of the breading/coating. They tasted horrible and burnt and very oily, like they had been fried twice. I threw them out..... I went back a few days later,. (because their phone number had been disconnected or for whatever reason, calls could not go through) I spoke with the manager on duty and she seemed unconcerned about my disappointment stating that the other girl probably just pushed the wrong button on the fryer and overcooked them. I then told her that they were unedible and if it was what they are now serving customers. She then told me that they pre-fry the wings and then re-fry them for just 15 seconds... She made no effort to replace the wings or in any way make it right with me. I then asked for the Franchisee's phone number and she directed me to go on the Corporate website.
