My six year old has been asking to get KFC for quite some time now. I finally gave in and decided to go through the drive thru and order an easy dinner. I can't rate the ambiance in the store, but I can say the staff I interacted with were all friendly, well spoken, and professional. The food took a few more minutes than I expected, but everything I ordered was in the bag and everything was hot and fresh. I'll gladly wait a couple extra minutes for fresh, hot, and tasty food. They are the number one restaurant that I consider the hood.. don't ever go and waste your time and if you do never pull past the window cuz they will not bring the food out to you for a long time.... Ordered through DoorDash, Dasher messages me saying how slow they were being and the fact they got mad at him for asking for our second drink. Once we get the food we were even more disappointed both "sweet teas" had some kind of fruit syrup in the bottom, raspberry maybe? Missing all the sauces, and then instead of the french fries I asked for my side I got mashed potatoes and gravy. I'm not typically the type to leave bad reviews but nearly every fast food establishment is TERRIBLE these days. Can never make an order correctly and have terrible customer service. Arrived at KFC on Mobile highway at 2:00pm, put my order in at 2:12. I was told to pull around that they had to drop the pop corn chicken in the deep fat fryer, and it should take four minutes. I pulled around with the other 6 cars waiting and waited there for 55 minutes. read more

Paid 21 bucks on 12/29/2023 and got home and part of my order was missing. Tried to call the store and the only way you can call them is if you have a code number. Filed a claim online at the KFC site, it of course doesnt work, called the 1-800 number talked to angela she took my info and said they would get back to me soon. She followed up with and email and a case number with the note you cant reply to this email. Finally filed a complaint with the BBB, see if that works. I am tired of fast food stores ripping off people and keeping the money. read more

Went there today for a pick up and they had a female working the front counter who has zero customer service or people skills. She handed me my food without making eye contact and I said thank you twice just to see if she would respond and finally got a "no problem." Manager who accepts this needs to be let go if you are putting up with this. And just for the manager, the answer to teach your employees is, "you're are welcome." This person needs to be in the rear washing dishes and nowhere within 75 feet of a customer because she has no idea how to treat a customer. BUTTTT, to the main stuff. Very unhappy customer. Order sizes extremely chinsy. Ordered a double order of mashed potatoes & gravy. Serving size less than 1/4 cup mashed potatoes & less than 1 tablespoon of gravy. My wife and kids stopped in to get some chicken togo a few days ago on sunday. I ordered the at the counter and was told it would be about 10 min wait on chicken. No big deal and we was given free drinks why we wait wich was nice. However, we went to the drink station to get drinks which was a hot mess. We then looked for a table to sit at why we waited. The lobby/dining area was pretty much empty but it was hard to find a table that wasn't dirty. The floors were nasty with food on them like they haven't been swept all day. I went to the men's room which was just as worse. Sink was completely filthy covered with grease film and mirror disgusting. Toilet bowl was horrible and a pile of crap on the back. I came out thinking it was just me to find my wife and daughter had went to the ladys room and refused to use it because of the conditions and the urine all over the toilet seat. The whole front of house seemed dirty and un kept which makes me think of the cleanliness of there kitchen. Was gonna cancel food but it was ready so I got it and left. When we got home and opened our almost $40 meal is when I decided to write this review. Check out some of the chicken they counted toward our 12 pieces. Next time I will go out of my way to go some where else and will not be back. read more

Have visited this location only 2 times ,first time was right after they opened,manager had a bad attitude, employees looked like they were lost and food was raw and cold. Tonight's visit was no better,customers had to wait for food and then when they finally got it ,it was only half of their order,buffet was almost empty and the food that was on there was almost unedible! There was only ONE adult working, the rest were teenagers that looked like they didnt care,standing around and doing nothing ,one was even eating food behind the buffet table while she was "refilling " it. The place was filthy,food on the floor in dining area and a puddle of some unknown liquid was on the floor in front of one of the drink dispensers that could have caused someone to slip and fall. I will not be returning to this location,it will be worth the drive to the location at 9 mile and Palafox where my family has had no problems in the past visits. read more
