My problem has been the way they do business…read more Instead of posting a sign on the drive thru menu of "out of xyz" so customers don't waste their time, and can adjust their order, they allow the customer to order assuming their isn't any shortages. If you gonna closed the restaurant due to maintenance issues, how about put some orange cones blocking the drive thru or entrance to the parking lot. This will eliminate your customers finding out you are closed once preparing to order at the intercom. Although these are small things, they become major when multiple customers have the same experience. I hope corrective criticism is welcomed.
