The service used to be pretty bad but now it's just downright terrible... Every time I go through the drive-through no matter the time there's always something wrong or down causing you to have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for food. They're constantly getting orders wrong or giving you food that is cold. I've tried switching it up and going in store to see if that helps but the waits are even longer and trying to get somebody to take your order at the counter is near impossible when they're focusing on grabbing drinks for DoorDash or other third-party orders I do not recommend! read more

This is a beautiful Whataburger location. It has vaulted ceilings & modern style exposed duck work, very cool interior. Hubby and I stopped in here & was surprised to find they had a limited menu. They aren't carrying their chicken taco anymore. Serious Bummers indeed. Anyhoo, hubby got a Jr burger & some fries and we got some unsweet teas to go. Hubby said his little jr burger was cooked perfectly, it was very good & the fries were cooked fresh, they were so hot almost too hot to eat as I had some of them also. YUM! :)... I knew it was only a matter of time since Whataburger was bought by a Chicago investment company they would screw it up. The Chicken fajita taco was the #1thing I ordered at Whataburger. But online ordering is a nightmare. I guess I have only myself to blame for repeatedly trying it and getting the same horrible results but I keep hoping they will improve. I order online to (in theory) save time - place order online, drive to store, it is supposed to be ready to be picked up. But it never works this way in practice. I place an order at 1059am after sitting in line for about 5 minutes. I get the confirmation email and everything and I go inside to wait on order just for them to tell me that they are not going to make it. The nice older lady tells me that it must be placed 20 minutes before 11 if not wont go through. Im from texas where whataburger is originally from and never have this problem as long as it is ordered before 11am. This is horrible. Visited this Whataburger today and was amazed at how clean they keep the place! They have indoor and outdoor seating which is awesome! The customer service wasn't great and the gravy was a little watered down, but other than these two things my experience was great compared to other Whataburgers I've been too. read more

Went back In to get it corrected and the counter girl was more interested in visiting with her boyfriend instead of fixing this issue. I placed my order before 6 pm. By the time I received it in the drive through it was 6:18. That's ridiculously slow even by post-covid standards and there were only two cars in front of me. There was no Dr Pepper or Root beer. The Coke was too syrupy and just nasty. They tried to get me to drive off without my drink. This time they forgot to give us our fries and the line at this place can get long, which makes it a pain to go through again just to ask for something they forgot. My wife and I came in today. The food was, as usual, quite good. Unfortunately, I have to give a 1 star review because of the unsanitary business practice I witnessed. A gentleman came up from the seating area with the food he had been given. He was waiting in line because there was something off about his meal. The manager, I believe his name was Tom, walked past the man two or three times without even asking what he needed. Finally, he came out with a meal and figured out it belonged to the man waiting. He had received the wrong order. The manager, Tom, placed the errant tray with a burger and fries on a counter in the kitchen. Probably 5-7 minutes later, a woman came looking for her food. Clearly, her meal had been given to the man who had to return it. That manager, Tom, went to the now very old meal and replaced the fries, but gave her the original burger. Tom gave her the old burger at about 7:15pm (today- August 4th). It had been sitting for several minutes and it's very possible the man who initially received it opened it up and touched the burger before realizing it wasn't his. Absolutely disgusting. read more

Pretty damned good burger for fast food. On par with Five Guys or In & Out. Big, fresh tasting & loaded with veggies on a decent bun. Very good shoestring fries with regular or spicy ketchup. Like me, you may be asking "spicy ketchup"??? Try it! After reading a few earlier reviews about better-than-average service at this particular location, I'm happy to report that I did indeed receive outstanding service, especially for a fast food establishment. Greeted & welcomed when I walked in by a cook letting me know that the counter girl would be right with me. After ordering, they give you a table tent & actually bring your meal to your table, in a clean spacious dining room, along with verbally offering salt, pepper, spicy or regular ketchup. I can't say that I'll be a frequent Whataburger diner, but my first experience put it fairly high on my occasional fast food burger rotation. read more

I finally get to the window to get my food the girl at the window asks if I ordered a coke, I told her I did. She then hands me a Diet Coke. And low and behold someone else's order.
