Went there to get food to go, had a family member in the hospital so we were in a hurry. Picked up our food and left. We soon discovered that we paid 1.69 for water and paid for one bag of French fries that we did not get. It was my first time there, very disappointing! WhatA-turd-Burger! This place came highly recommended from a close family member who was hoping to reminisce on good memories over great burgers. Unfortunately we could only recall good memories over COLD, over-salted meat patties housed in stale buns. How can a fast food establishment serve cold food? We know they have a microwave back there and it's not Ike they claim to serve burgers cooked to order. They should at Least have figured out how to how to serve the main item on the menu. This is obviously a poorly managed store. Most employees seemed like zombies half asleep taking the order. The garbage cans were overflowing with trash which usually a red flag number one! They say everything is bigger in Texas. I gotta think What a burger is definitely better in Texas also. read more

It's a well run Whataburger: clean, polite and serving great burgers. Best burger place in crestview. The only downside is if you are on a time crunch, walk in and order or opt for another food choice. The drive through can get rather back logged. That being said, the food has been fantastic every time I've been. The fries are nice and crispy without being construction material stiff. I'm a fan of their spicy ketchup as much as I am of Chick-fil-A sauce (both solid choices at their respective locations). The burgers are solid and, like any good place you can customize anything if you simply ask. If you want something better than an quick stop at McDonalds, give Whataburger a shot! read more

As I stopped in to grab a quick bite for road back to Pensacola, I was greeted and treated well during the ordering process, as I waited for my order near the front counter The Manager came in to the drive-thru area as she began to berate her employees, right there in the middle of the shift and obviously customers including myself, as she huffed and puffed about the Cup Policy, of all things, and their lack of an effort to conform to the rules. as she continued to rant and rave, she threatened all employees with a write up if any more issues accrued, and then suggested they police them self's and if they could not she stated how many applications she had in the computer and could replace all of them. She than stormed back to the office. The employees looked completely embarrassed and had the life sucked out of crew, prior to this they were upbeat and passionate about the customer and the service. With a Manager like that I wish I would have been able to offer all job and just walk out on her. Being from Corpus Christi tx, the home of whataburger, I was quite sad about having to move over to Florida but was later very happy to see that there is a little piece of home here. Whataburger will always be my family's go to fast food burger place because there's really no comparison. You pay for what you get and we have always been satisfied here especially with the very friendly staff on the weekends when we normally go. Such a beautiful staff there!! My family and I decided to eat there on the way home from Florida for a family member's funeral. Of course everyone was sad, but my mother was very upset and crying. While receiving our food one very kind lovely lady noticed she was crying and decided to bring her a cookie and say some kind uplifting words.
