Stopped in on our way back from New Orleans. Easy access from I-10. We used to have Whataburger in Tampa area years ago and it was one of our favorite fast food places so we were excited to see this location. People were very friendly. We all had burgers. Husband had the double Whataburger, son had single Whataburger, and I had junior. All cooked perfectly. All exactly as ordered with substitutions. They put mustard on all burgers but are very clear about what comes on the burgers so we all subbed for mayo. Fries were hot and crisp, perfectly salted. Tea was fresh brewed and you could tell. Very good! My son ordered a vanilla milkshake that tasted great with a homemade taste unlike other fast food places. Counter order and server delivers to table. He was so pleasant and asked where we were from and chatted for a bit. Great old school feel. read more

Best Whataburger I've ever visited! Food is all the same as in Texas but the service here was outstanding! Chris took our order and delivered our food to the table. He's so nice and friendly! Greeted us and thanked us for coming and said God Bless our day! I know this isn't outrageously out of the ordinary but it is for a Whataburger! He was genuinely nice and made our morning! This location has one of the best employees!! His name is Chris, he always greets you and throws a joke in there to make you smile. The service is awesome as always. If you're near this location stop by and see Chris, and tell him Angie sent ya!! Oh and definitely try the jalapeño cheddar sausage egg and cheese biscuits!! Really great my fave!! read more

Went there to get food to go, had a family member in the hospital so we were in a hurry. Picked up our food and left. We soon discovered that we paid 1.69 for water and paid for one bag of French fries that we did not get. It was my first time there, very disappointing! The food was good but very expensive with our missing food and very expensive water. read more

WhatA-turd-Burger! This place came highly recommended from a close family member who was hoping to reminisce on good memories over great burgers. Unfortunately we could only recall good memories over COLD, over-salted meat patties housed in stale buns. How can a fast food establishment serve cold food? We know they have a microwave back there and it's not Ike they claim to serve burgers cooked to order. They should at Least have figured out how to how to serve the main item on the menu. This is obviously a poorly managed store. Most employees seemed like zombies half asleep taking the order. The garbage cans were overflowing with trash which usually a red flag number one! They say everything is bigger in Texas. I gotta think What a burger is definitely better in Texas also. read more

have always loved Whataburger. just stopped and picked up a couple orders of biscuits and gravy. was really looking forward to getting home and breaking into them. they are so hot with pepper that we are unable to eat them. why so much pepper. would it not be better to let everybody season their own. are they pre prepared with all the pepper or do you have a cook that likes a lot of pepper? either way no reason for all the pepper. read more

The workers at this location have no customer service. They rather interact with other co workers instead of taking orders from customers.

It's a well run Whataburger: clean, polite and serving great burgers. Best burger place in crestview. The only downside is if you are on a time crunch, walk in and order or opt for another food choice. The drive through can get rather back logged. That being said, the food has been fantastic every time I've been. The fries are nice and crispy without being construction material stiff. I'm a fan of their spicy ketchup as much as I am of Chick-fil-A sauce (both solid choices at their respective locations). The burgers are solid and, like any good place you can customize anything if you simply ask. If you want something better than an quick stop at McDonalds, give Whataburger a shot! read more

As I stopped in to grab a quick bite for road back to Pensacola, I was greeted and treated well during the ordering process, as I waited for my order near the front counter The Manager came in to the drive-thru area as she began to berate her employees, right there in the middle of the shift and obviously customers including myself, as she huffed and puffed about the Cup Policy, of all things, and their lack of an effort to conform to the rules. as she continued to rant and rave, she threatened all employees with a write up if any more issues accrued, and then suggested they police them self's and if they could not she stated how many applications she had in the computer and could replace all of them. She than stormed back to the office. The employees looked completely embarrassed and had the life sucked out of crew, prior to this they were upbeat and passionate about the customer and the service. With a Manager like that I wish I would have been able to offer all job and just walk out on her. She defiantly doesn't have the passion or patients to be working for Whataburger or this group of employee's. THIS IS BASED ON MANAGER ALONE read more

Being from Corpus Christi tx, the home of whataburger, I was quite sad about having to move over to Florida but was later very happy to see that there is a little piece of home here. Whataburger will always be my family's go to fast food burger place because there's really no comparison. You pay for what you get and we have always been satisfied here especially with the very friendly staff on the weekends when we normally go. There's really no other place to go except whataburger, you get better quality and better service. It's worth every penny read more

I would have given it more stars but the restrooms were flooded and dirty. When I told the manager he said "oh well I can't do anything about that now". The Whataburgers in Florida sure aren't friendly like the ones in Texas. Pulled up after placing our order in the drive thru to the Whataburger employee giving the middle finger out the drive thru window to the car ahead of us. Then it took about 20 minutes to get our food and when I asked for condiments the lady acted mad that I asked. Then once we got down the road and started eating there were eggshells in our food. read more

Such a beautiful staff there!! My family and I decided to eat there on the way home from Florida for a family member's funeral. Of course everyone was sad, but my mother was very upset and crying. While receiving our food one very kind lovely lady noticed she was crying and decided to bring her a cookie and say some kind uplifting words.
