Went here the other day and the food was very fresh and tasty, not greasy at all . I did not wait that long. However, I went back around dinner time to pick up an Uber order and there was people there waiting over a half an hour for their food inside while they catered to the drive thru customers. I waited about 15 minutes in there and walked out with delivery before this woman got her food. Are you updated the Food score and I won't say it's the worst KFC on the island anymore but it's still super slow @ dinnertime. They were so backed up that they didn't have any chicken on the cooling rack. read more

KFC - Sub par food - Fast Food Near Me - Patchogue, New York

Sorry, no pictures ! My fiancé and I were in the mood for some fried chicken. KFC it was! They have a family meal bucket of chicken which includes 8 pieces of chicken (original or extra crispy), 4 individual sides and 4 biscuits for $20! What a bargain! Everything was delicious. We went with extra crispy for the chicken and then for our sides we did potato wedges 2x, coleslaw and mac and cheese. With everything included it's atleast 3 meals for us. We will definitely be ordering again! read more

Received the wrong order the last 4 time I've used the drive through. It's not the best idea to put someone that doesn't speak English on the drive through. I ordered a 2pc all white meat meal. I paid for it but this is what I got. read more

I only do delivery and the food has always been on point. Hot, fresh and tasty. Order is always correct.

This only has to do with the service and door dash... it has to do with the customer service.... Door dash has no option for 1/2 original and 1/2 crispy... so I wanted to call... after a few times of the phone number telling me they can not be reached I got through.... I explained that door dash didn't have the option and the guy took my name and said ok when we see your order I will let you know... after I placed the door dash I call and got no response from the open restaurant... it became " a game" ... the door dasher was good, the food was good... this has to do with the franchise phone... that's all!!!!! Pick up the phone please!!! It's KFC... just disappointed with not being able to call... read more

Food came out within placing the order which is absolutely disgustingly too fast, the cashier was not friendly at all just a dirty blank stair and no smile at all. Never eating here again. read more

Went there tonight at 11:15PM after a long day . Online said they were open till 1am, "open" sign was lit up and there were people in the drive though. I pull up to speaker and automated voice says they are closed. I ask just to make sure "are you open" and guy comes on speaker and says "we're not open" I ask again to make sure I heard right, and again "were not open" Seems weird. Hopefully management sees this review and uses it to coach closing team on what hours they are open or not. read more

Terrible service! My order was wrong and had to drive back to the store, and thank goodness I checked again because it was still wrong! The guy that messed up my order was laughing. They are so unprofessional! Will not be going back! read more

Ordered the 3 piece crunchy chicken big box. Order came out quickly. But the food tasted funny like sour. Also everything was under seasoned including the fries and the mashed potatoes. Also the one garbage they had was full and it seemed like no one has cleared it out for a while. read more

KFC - $6 for 3oz of complete garbage - Fast Food Near Me - Patchogue, New York

Although their mac & cheese bowl was disgusting, I found chicken thighs had top-notched flavor. After disheartened by their bowl, I didn't dare to try KFC out again for a very long time. However, as a loyal fried chicken lover, I decided to make my move again as a suicide mission this time with no expectation whatsoever. But it turned out to be the best pieces of chicken I ever had in 2 years in US (my hometown has too many great chicken places). The original recipe thigh was so juicy, so flavorful, way better than other chicken places in my opinion. Although there could be some improvement on the breading. Make it crispier and crunchier, and still keep that original recipe's flavor (unlike extra crispy version they have). The drive through service was usually very good and fast. Been visiting this location every week or even more just for the thighs. read more

I was there last Thursday night around 10PM, and the 2 male employees were rude & disrespectful. My food wasn't ready, window guy tells me to pick up from the front. I go to front & I'm waiting in very cold weather for my order. Meanwhile, these 2 males are throwing food or buns to or at each other. I questioned the rudest one if it was my food, he said no. I really don't know if he was lying. I wanted to check my order because they ALWAYS LEAVE SOMETHING OUT. He pulled the door closed, locked it, & walked away, wouldn't let me check. I went around back to the window and when the window guy, finally, came to the window, I told him and the other guy I was going to report them for their rudeness & for throwing food around. They just shrugged their shoulders, and I'm quit sure they were cursing me as I drove away. I'm furious because this isn't the first time I've had a problem at this KFC. Their manager & corporate needs to fire these 2 horrible, rude, disrespectful employees. I like KFC, but now I don't want to go back because of this horrible service, wrong food, not a complete order, throwing food around, & possible repercussions if they recognize my name. Again, you need to fire these 2 employees. read more

How fucking stupid are you people? Every time I order Door Dash they always forget sauces even if I pay for them, alright whatever. This time they forget to give me a goddamn straw and fucked up the entire order. How hard is it to read a ticket and put the things on it in the bag? It's not hard at all because I do it at my job. read more

KFC has no business continuing to offer the mac and cheese bowl. It's absolute trash. the new wraps they should get rid of those too. the flavor was good, but the tortilla was dry and hard. Horrible experience last night, you order you food, pay and head home. I've never wrote a Yelp review in my life, but this KFC is the worst restaurant on the Island, possibly in the world. I ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders at 11:30 IN THE MORNING(so it should no doubt be the freshest quality). The chicken tasted like it's been sitting out for 6 days, fries were soggy and old, even the biscuit was disgusting and dry, also they got my drink wrong. If you read these reviews please heed my warning, DO NOT EAT HERE. read more

March 19 2021, at 9 PM at night, I went to get me a Potato famous bowl, it was as if they slapped a whole lot of mashed potatoes in the bowl, The mashed potatoes did not taste like mashed potatoes, there was no gravy in the bowl, the chicken was hard as a rock, this was very disgusting and displeasing, when you pay your money you should get honestly fresh decent food, a health inspector need to be call on this restaurant it is very disgusting on 112 in Medford New York, where is across the street you can find five brothers chicken, which is taste a whole lot better, KFC has went downhill, I am so disappointed, because I was very hungry, As I was driving out of the parking lot I was driving over a damaged parking lot they need to fix that outside is filthy, KFC should be shut down until they can make it better or better yet just close the place down read more

If you add up the collective IQ of the staff working in this location, you wouldn't have enough to purchase one single chicken tender. This staff has screwed up my last FIVE orders! Why do I keep going back you ask? Absurd curiosity at this point, I suppose. Multiple times no soda given to the driver on a simple order of a combo meal, almost never do I receive any condiments, whether included in box meals or added on and paid for separately, one of the four times I simply got someone else's order altogether--got a cookie out of it, though. Hooray for me. This is not rocket science here. All one must do is read a simple ticket with two items on it and put those two items into a goddamn plastic bag and hand it to someone. I almost gave them two pity stars but realized that would have caused their overall rating TO GO UP...so I changed it to the more deserving 1 star. Way to go team! Colonel Sanders would be proud. read more

I am being nice and giving it one star I open up my bag when I got home I got mashed potatoes and coleslaw as a side both of the containers were open I had mashed potatoes and cold sore all over my food I open up my chicken and I got three wings and it was cold I can't believe that they do business like that I will never eat there again read more

I ordered a 2-piece with 2 sides. I declined the drink and asked for a cup of ice water instead. When I arrived at the window, I greeted the manager, Mohammed, but received no response. He opened the drive-thru window and extended his hand without stating the amount due. I handed him my credit card. He returned the card along with the receipt. I said, "Thank you" while he once again said nothing. I parked and ate my lunch. Afterwards I looked at the receipt and noticed that I was charged for a Pepsi. I returned to the window and was told that it was the same price. When I threatened to call corporate, he apologized and refunded me $2.00. read more

These assholes decide when they close. Don't go by their official hours. When they don't want to work, they ignore the drive through. When you call, they say "we closed at 1130 tonight". Funny, must be a weekly thing bc they closed at 11 last Thursday. Last Friday they did accept my order, but they screwed that up. I went through the drive thru. My husband drove, I was on the passenger side. He had ordered extra gravy. And asked me to look in the first bag to see if it was there. I pulled it out n it was in a small little plastic container, it was so hot n the melted, that the gravy spewed all over my hand and leg burning it. It burned my hand so bad as I picked it up and my husband grabbed it. He asked the girl at the drive thru for another container n a bag to put it in. She handed us the same red topped container. He helped me try to just cover the 1st container as were doing this the girl in the drive thru states can we place move. she clearly saw me burn myself. I jumped out of the car pulling my sweat pants off me as I'm burned. I now have blisters all over my hand n leg. N this dumb as girl in the drive thru just sits n stares n says this to us. I was so pissed. What the he** is wrong with this girl that u put hot a** gravy in a plastic container. I will never return to kfc ever. Be alerted this dumb girl doesn't do this to u. read more

Quite possibly why worst KFC I've been to. I ordered four $5 boxes. One was correct. One of them was completely wrong. Two of them were chicken tender meals, it appears that they cut the tenders in half the long way before breading and cooking them. They were extremely thin, I guess that's how this place tries to make more money?? I feel this place is poorly managed and they don't stand behind their product. When I called to complain about the tenders "there was nothing they could do". I won't be returning to this KFC ever again. They need to remember it's very hard to get new customers so make the ones you have happy if there's a problems. If I could give zero stars I would!!! Stay away from this one! read more
