We went with extra crispy for the chicken and then for our sides we did potato wedges 2x, coleslaw and mac and cheese. With everything included it's atleast 3 meals for us. Door dash has no option for 1/2 original and 1/2 crispy... so I wanted to call... after a few times of the phone number telling me they can not be reached I got through.... Went there tonight at 11:15PM after a long day . Online said they were open till 1am, "open" sign was lit up and there were people in the drive though. I pull up to speaker and automated voice says they are closed. I ask just to make sure "are you open" and guy comes on speaker and says "we're not open" I ask again to make sure I heard right, and again "were not open" Seems weird. I was there last Thursday night around 10PM, and the 2 male employees were rude & disrespectful. My food wasn't ready, window guy tells me to pick up from the front. I go to front & I'm waiting in very cold weather for my order. Meanwhile, these 2 males are throwing food or buns to or at each other. I questioned the rudest one if it was my food, he said no. I really don't know if he was lying. I wanted to check my order because they ALWAYS LEAVE SOMETHING OUT. He pulled the door closed, locked it, & walked away, wouldn't let me check. I went around back to the window and when the window guy, finally, came to the window, I told him and the other guy I was going to report them for their rudeness & for throwing food around. They just shrugged their shoulders, and I'm quit sure they were cursing me as I drove away. I'm furious because this isn't the first time I've had a problem at this KFC. Although their mac & cheese bowl was disgusting, I found chicken thighs had top-notched flavor. After disheartened by their bowl, I didn't dare to try KFC out again for a very long time. However, as a loyal fried chicken lover, I decided to make my move again as a suicide mission this time with no expectation whatsoever. But it turned out to be the best pieces of chicken I ever had in 2 years in US (my hometown has too many great chicken places). The original recipe thigh was so juicy, so flavorful, way better than other chicken places in my opinion. Although there could be some improvement on the breading. Make it crispier and crunchier, and still keep that original recipe's flavor (unlike extra crispy version they have). The drive through service was usually very good and fast. If you add up the collective IQ of the staff working in this location, you wouldn't have enough to purchase one single chicken tender. This staff has screwed up my last FIVE orders! Why do I keep going back you ask? Absurd curiosity at this point, I suppose. Multiple times no soda given to the driver on a simple order of a combo meal, almost never do I receive any condiments, whether included in box meals or added on and paid for separately, one of the four times I simply got someone else's order altogether--got a cookie out of it, though. Hooray for me. This is not rocket science here. All one must do is read a simple ticket with two items on it and put those two items into a goddamn plastic bag and hand it to someone. I almost gave them two pity stars but realized that would have caused their overall rating TO GO UP...so I changed it to the more deserving 1 star. Way to go team! I went through the drive thru. My husband drove, I was on the passenger side. He had ordered extra gravy. And asked me to look in the first bag to see if it was there. I pulled it out n it was in a small little plastic container, it was so hot n the melted, that the gravy spewed all over my hand and leg burning it. Quite possibly why worst KFC I've been to. I ordered four $5 boxes. One was correct. One of them was completely wrong. Two of them were chicken tender meals, it appears that they cut the tenders in half the long way before breading and cooking them. They were extremely thin, I guess that's how this place tries to make more money?? I feel this place is poorly managed and they don't stand behind their product. When I called to complain about the tenders "there was nothing they could do". I won't be returning to this KFC ever again.
