I just want the worker to get the recognition she deserves. I went through the drive through and she called me Brittany Barbie, and proceeded to tell me I was so pretty. Truthfully I've had a pretty horrible day and she's one of the only things that made me smile today so I think she should be acknowledged for that. I didn't get her name but she has short black hair, very clear fair skin, seemed younger maybe early 20s. I'd like something good to happen for her. read more

I was at the drive thru and my mom was ordering, they responded through the mic she couldn't hear anything at all, and they didn't hear her say she wanted four apples pies because yes my mom speaks Spanish, But my mom speaks good in English! And then their mic stopped working and we couldn't hear anything. read more

We placed an online order and chose Diet Coke for our two meals. When delivered, we received regular Coke. This is the second time this happened when ordering from this BK location. So I called to let them know, as now that was four sodas wasted. I spoke with "The Manager", don't know his name as he would not disclose it. I explained what happened. He looked up the order, which took him several minutes and repeatedly asked what the order was and the name on the order. He finally said that we ordered Cokes. I explained that we chose the Diet Coke option on their ordering website. He insisted we ordered Coke. I then suggested that maybe there was a glitch on the website. He said "you ordered Coke. Whatever." I replied to him he has horrible customer service and I will be giving him a review. Click. read more

The food is cold. The fries are mushy and the men that work there are the most nastiest people I have ever met in my life. I will never ever go there again. If my mother wants a whopper I'll make it myself. Ha ha lol obviously it's very easy to do, I cannot believe the guy at the driver actually yelled at me because I had the wrong coupon number and then I talk to the manager and he said that he understood why the guy yelled at me. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never go back again. read more

Terrible service, and they closed early... it says 3AM, and it's 1:30.... Posting false advertising

Will ask for your order and leave the store half way through. So I get it it's Thanksgiving, everyone wanted to go home and be with their families. So why not put up a sign with the time you close? Why not tell me as I'm half way through my order, I'm sorry we are closed now? Nope. She helped the 2 people ahead of me, than asked for my order. So she isn't responding and I say, "Hello Hello." I waited thinking maybe she was the only person there and was helping the 2 in front of me. Finally, I realize there's no way, and drive up to the window to see what is going on. She literally left the store in the middle of me ordering. read more

This is probably by far the worst Burger King I've stopped at, the manager who looks like Colonel Sanders, walked up to the front chatting on the phone then disappeared as a long line formed, I was waiting until the lady who makes the burgers and also the drive through speaker came to the front to help, i order 2 whoppers with no onion, a medium fry and a medium caramel frappe. I got a small frappe and barley any fries. I was in a rush so I didn't complain or wait for another one since I have no time, I just won't be back here again read more

I came here the other day and ordered a burger fries and a coke when I got to the window to pay the girl at the window handed me a sprite and I told her I ordered a coke not a sprite and she said they didn't have coke. They should've said at the speaker they didn't have coke and given me an option instead of just handing me a sprite. When I got home the soda was flat and tasted horrible. read more

Manager tried to take away someone's rc car because he "didn't know where it came from" when it had note that asked for a spider-man wopper with money attached to the note to cover the expense of the wopper. food is cold and they kept my card. they gave me my receipt and food and didn't notice they kept my card until I got home. Due to rising Covid numbers and health issues, I placed a door dash order to feed my family. When my order arrived it was missing several items. Bacon burger, nuggets, fries. For forty minutes I attempted without success to call the store. The phone is on fax answer. Eventually I reached a very nasty man. I explained my situation and he angrily told me to drive to the store. His uncaring attitude made it seem like feeding my children was optional not to mention the money I spent on food not received. Obviously after this event I will no longer be returning to Burger King read more

I was the only one on line at the drive-through got to the window and was asked to pull into a spot. I waited there for 15 minutes for a whopper and fries the lady who brought it out was rude walked away before I could make sure the order was correct. Although there was an ease of making my order at 130pm the food was awful. Presentation sloppy, grease on outside if wrapping, temperature of Burger was cold and the tables and seating were filthy. Even while there were 3 managers on no one took the time to see or help me when I stood up to wipe seating and tables which had black residue on it. The worst I've seen this place. read more

They need to put the drive through menu in front of the intercom so people can view it before ordering. I was trying to see what they had while at the intercom and I couldn't understand the girl taking the order and she kept saying "is that all" before I was finished speaking. It was very stressful trying to place the order. read more

Just spent 5 hours in a car with kids and decided to stop here to get lunch and use the bathroom. Would have been happy with almost anything. Looked nice from the outside and it was all downhill from there. Our food, including our fried and whoppers were ice cold. Possibly because the air conditioning was set to probably 60 degrees could barely eat because we were freezing. Went to take kids to bathroom and the floor was so covered in urine I could not believe what I was looking at. And this was not from one person, it had dried to the floor in many places and our feet stuck to the floor. By far the most disgusting experience I've ever had at a fast food joint. read more

Burger King Restrnt is a fast-food fries and burgery located on 112 in Patchogue. It has a corporate feel with tie-ins to Nascar and the Summer blockbusters. I had two doublecheeseburgers here recently which met my expectations. Despite flame broiling, BK reigns o'er this fiefdom strictly as a monarchical figurehead. Their name says it all. King of burgers is their claim and well they are just that. They also make a great crispy chicken sandwich. Always a good choice if you can resist the call of the whopper. (Good luck cause I can't) Make sure to always get zesty sauce even if you're not using it for that meal it comes in handy at home. Always a good crowd in there too so it's always fun having a quick convo before getting such an excellent meal. read more

i dislike this burger kind and also i just don't like burger king in general it's nasty to my opinion the burgers are like $10 and are nasty the workers always mess up my order and put stuff i never asked for and the workers are so full of themselves like ur working at burger king making probably $1 a hour know ur place read more

Now burger kings breakfast is truly ahead of the game. The 2 for 4 breakfast sandwiches are a great deal and has been for years, the only unfortunate thing is that it's not served all day! Their hash browns are golden and delicious, the flavor of the sandwiches are superb, the way when everything is just prepared is hot, fresh and flavorful.... mmm as far as burgers go, i love their bacon king sandwich. For breakfast i really recommend the sausage egg and cheese croissanwich, the only thing that would make Burger King's food not great is when it isn't made fresh, in other words not cooked to order. Everything tastes much better hot and fresh so if you're unsatisfied, try asking them to cook it to your order and try it again! I truly think Burger King is underrated but not every one does it the same way, for example: the one near my house is lacking in various departments but this location is good! read more

the location is convenient (on 112) and the inside is nice, but it stops about there. they never ever ever get my order right. even if the receipt says "no pickles" and my request was actually put through, it's always ignored by the people preparing the food. the drive thru wait time is incredibly slow. the fries are usually fresh, however, and their shakes are always good. read more

OK. It is lunch time. On or about 12:30. I ordered my food. I came back and asked the manager for some ketchup. He goes under the counter looking for 30 or so seconds. Then he comes up and gives me a clump of packets all stuck together with some sticky stuff. The manager tells me its still good. No ketchup in the middle of the day, Really? This time of day, a national brand restaurant franchise and this disgusting act was done. Unbelievable!! read more

First let me start off by saying management is absolutely horrible. If your okay with being stolen from, then come eat here! I've had numerous problems with payment here. For instance, I gave a cashier $20.50 and they put on the register I gave them just $20.00 alright the cashier made a mistake, and the bald manager starts yelling at him in front of me! If they treated staff with respect maybe they would produce quality products. Also, somehow on a different occasion the same cashier charged my card twice for the same amount. When I came in for a refund, the manager told me that it is no way possible that could've happened and to call my bank. So I'm a liar? I'm making this up? Interesting because my bank NOTIFIED ME OF THE DOUBLE CHARGE AND MY statement says otherwise. Corporate will be contacted about this horrible service. This is how you treat your guests, tell them that there is no way possible that could happen? Well it did. Maybe proper training for your associates would equal less mistakes. Now for the food: it is almost never hot, but they have yet messed up my order at least. Dining area is mostly dirty, but there will be a few tables with no crumbs. All in all your better off going to a different location. read more
