We placed an online order and chose Diet Coke for our two meals. When delivered, we received regular Coke. This is the second time this happened when ordering from this BK location. So I called to let them know, as now that was four sodas wasted. I spoke with "The Manager", don't know his name as he would not disclose it. I explained what happened. He looked up the order, which took him several minutes and repeatedly asked what the order was and the name on the order. He finally said that we ordered Cokes. This is probably by far the worst Burger King I've stopped at, the manager who looks like Colonel Sanders, walked up to the front chatting on the phone then disappeared as a long line formed, I was waiting until the lady who makes the burgers and also the drive through speaker came to the front to help, i order 2 whoppers with no onion, a medium fry and a medium caramel frappe. Due to rising Covid numbers and health issues, I placed a door dash order to feed my family. When my order arrived it was missing several items. Bacon burger, nuggets, fries. For forty minutes I attempted without success to call the store. The phone is on fax answer. Eventually I reached a very nasty man. Just spent 5 hours in a car with kids and decided to stop here to get lunch and use the bathroom. Would have been happy with almost anything. Looked nice from the outside and it was all downhill from there. Our food, including our fried and whoppers were ice cold. Possibly because the air conditioning was set to probably 60 degrees could barely eat because we were freezing. Went to take kids to bathroom and the floor was so covered in urine I could not believe what I was looking at. And this was not from one person, it had dried to the floor in many places and our feet stuck to the floor. By far the most disgusting experience I've ever had at a fast food joint. read more

Their name says it all. King of burgers is their claim and well they are just that. They also make a great crispy chicken sandwich. Always a good choice if you can resist the call of the whopper. Now burger kings breakfast is truly ahead of the game. The 2 for 4 breakfast sandwiches are a great deal and has been for years, the only unfortunate thing is that it's not served all day! Their hash browns are golden and delicious, the flavor of the sandwiches are superb, the way when everything is just prepared is hot, fresh and flavorful.... mmm as far as burgers go, i love their bacon king sandwich. For breakfast i really recommend the sausage egg and cheese croissanwich, the only thing that would make Burger King's food not great is when it isn't made fresh, in other words not cooked to order. Everything tastes much better hot and fresh so if you're unsatisfied, try asking them to cook it to your order and try it again! the location is convenient (on 112) and the inside is nice, but it stops about there. they never ever ever get my order right. even if the receipt says "no pickles" and my request was actually put through, it's always ignored by the people preparing the food. the drive thru wait time is incredibly slow. the fries are usually fresh, however, and their shakes are always good. read more

First let me start off by saying management is absolutely horrible. If your okay with being stolen from, then come eat here! I've had numerous problems with payment here. For instance, I gave a cashier $20.50 and they put on the register I gave them just $20.00 alright the cashier made a mistake, and the bald manager starts yelling at him in front of me! If they treated staff with respect maybe they would produce quality products. Also, somehow on a different occasion the same cashier charged my card twice for the same amount. When I came in for a refund, the manager told me that it is no way possible that could've happened and to call my bank. So I'm a liar? I'm making this up? Interesting because my bank NOTIFIED ME OF THE DOUBLE CHARGE AND MY statement says otherwise. Corporate will be contacted about this horrible service. This is how you treat your guests, tell them that there is no way possible that could happen? Well it did. Maybe proper training for your associates would equal less mistakes. Now for the food: it is almost never hot, but they have yet messed up my order at least. Dining area is mostly dirty, but there will be a few tables with no crumbs.
