The worst fast food place I have ever been to!!!! Staff are a complete bunch of morons who can't read English or make a meal!!!! These idiots are incapable of providing good customer service. All they have to do is put the right items into the right bag!! Management is USELESS!!! read more

The only way to order fries from this place is fresh. They look good. They taste good and they're not soggy this crap. read more

I know, I know - who reviews a Wendy's? This location is so consistently good that it's deserving of one. No matter what our request (lettuce wraps no bun, or baked potato with fixins), the quality and service is top notch. The chilli is always fresh and the salads are as well. We drive out of our way to go to "our Wendy's" when we want fresh, hot food. 9/10 times the fries are just cooked as well as the nuggets in a Biggie Bag or what used to be a 4 for $4. Keep up the great work - yes I am serious - best Wendy's we've come across in a very long time. (pic for proof) read more

Not sure why the bad reviews. We live in New Orleans where all the Wendy's were stink with bad food and surly service. The Manager here, Christine, was a human dynamo, making sure every order was correct and delivered in a timely manner as well as being personable. A real credit to the Wendy's franchise. They should clone her. read more

I'm happy for a fast food place that offers options for keto and low carb diets. They're happy to give a burger or chicken sandwich with no bun and wrap it nicely in lettuce. It makes eating on the run with health issues a little easier. They have a good selection of salads and I feel like the food they offer it just better quality than other similar joints. We don't eat fast food often, but when we do, Wendy's is one of our first choices these days. read more

This Wendy's is very sloppy. Where is quality control? I keep going to this location because it is close to my night job. Im a sucker for wasting my good money. read more

They had 2 solid routes from the lettuce in the salad. They have 2 soda machines one didn't work and the one that did work didn't have any ice so you get the ice from the machine that didn't have any soda then you go to the other machine to get soda and the screen didn't work correctly because the wrong item comes up. to sunrise hwy Wendy's. read more

I downloaded yelp to review this horrible service. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude about his mistake that he made. Food came out cold. And was a terrible experience will never be coming back. And I get its fast food but have some respect for your customers. read more

I had ordered a triple bacon cheeseburger sandwich. Unfortunately I did not check the order and they sent me a single hamburger. Totally got ripped off on what I wanted. I had already driven home so to get back in the car and go return it would've been worth it but I was just so annoyed that I learn my lesson to make sure you confirm your order. read more

I had coupons but I still spent almost $20 and I ordered two medium fries the first time I got them they weren't good they were hard and seemed not fresh then I guess they gave me the same ones again they were the same exact way I like Wendy's fries usually this is very disappointing if I wouldn't be charged with a crime I would have probably thrown the fries at them next time I'll just ask my money back and give them their back read more

They don't acknowledge people in their restaurant! The food you get is cold! They are rude! They take forever to get your food as much as getting someone to ring up your order! Don't go!!! It's a waste of your time and money! read more

Ordered Baconator fries, literally came as cheese fries with two small strips of bacon slapped on top. Like c'mon man. Used to be so much better. What a shame read more

Avoid if you ever need to run in and run out. There were only 2 people in the store and they got the other guys order wrong. Tons of people behind the counter and the line at drive through was ridiculous with the wait. People just backed out and drove off. Manager leaves seeing us roll our eyes and she didn't even care. read more

I'm the Grubhab driver , I been every single of Wendy's this is the worst one ever. The worker are very unprofessional with unknown experience. And the restroom also so dirty and filthy. read more

Consistently the worst Wendy's i've ever gone to. I haven't had a single time where they haven't messed up my order, on top of never being polite when i'm always friendly. I recommend that anybody stays away from this Wendy's, and goes to the one near Island 16 in Holtsville which is an awesome location and always get the orders correct while being super nice. read more

Everyone here waiting for mixed up meals, orders without the right food, no one on the line is happy, an old man in front of me waited 15 minutes for a 4 for $4. The staff is entirely incompetent. The restaurant is empty and the staff still can't keep up. Lady came back up with cold food After waiting 10+minutes my burger was barely warm. My meal had a burger and salad what was the wait for read more

This Wendy's is so amazing!! We just went there and ordered so much food & had 4 different orders and they got everything right!! They didn't miss a beat and they included so much extra sauce. The fries were extra fresh, chicken nuggets were extra good, and soda was extra fizzy. It's the best experience I ever had. The staff was so kind and helpful and patient. Thank you Patchogue Wendy's!!!! read more

I waited for at least thirty minutes in the drive through. Absolutely unacceptable. At this point, I could not get out of the drive through. Terrible. Never again. Still waiting as I am typing this review. read more

Worst Wendy's with the worst chili ever! Cold, hardly any meat. Baked potato just room temperature. Asked them 2x for sour cream was told it's in the bag. It wasn't. read more

Line usually goes pretty slow here but they've rarely ever messed up my order. Food is what you expect from a typical fast food joint although I do have to say that Wendy's has the best fast food salads by far! Quality of food in general is higher than many other fast food chains. read more

the hours are wrong walk in is 9am not 7am so be careful not to go there earlier than expected

Y'all are ridiculous sauce spilled all over the food the tropical berry was wayyyy to sweeet food was cold this place is a joke

This is by far the worst wendys or fast food restaurant I have ever been to. You never know what you're going to get. The order is always wrong sometimes in my favor sometimes not. I'm wondering if they only hire people who can't take orders or read. The sandwiches come out haphazardly put together and usually squashed. But it's the only wendys near by. I guess they just don't care. Go to McDonald's, it's a world different and right across the street so much better. read more

If you have dietary issues DO NOT go here. Ordered a son of a baconato, NO CHEESE, I am lactose intolerant. I always check to make sure. Wrapper was marked and I didn't see any cheese upon first inspection. After a few bites I noticed what looked like cheese in the middle. They scraped it off! I have been extremely ill for two days. read more

No receipt, no "thank you, have a nice day", no napkins and no straw for my drink....working at Wendy's must be really difficult or inconvenient for whoever is working there. I worked in fast food for a very long time and have never experienced something like this. Service really sucks here!! read more

To the Owner / Manager of this location: if you pay your employees over 2 dollars an hour you are wasting your money.

Well I was about to go and get a salad for dinner. But with all these negative comments I'm going to skip it. I'll head over to Applebee's for takeout. Thanks for the heads up read more

I try very hard not to give out 1 star reviews but after visiting this location several times and having my order screwed up each time I visit, I had no choice. When I go here it's usually to grab grub for the night shift. I usually have a list of things to get and since this is the only place that's open late my options are limited. When someone says no tomato it means no tomato, when someone asks for a burger I would assume the burger would be added to the bag since it was paid for. Very frustrating being that guy coming back to the office with someone's order not being in the bag . read more

Place is horrible, run terribly, staff is horrible, not much more i can say lol they forgot a peice from my order and came back to get it and still messed it up! read more

This is definitely not my favorite fast food place and never would be my first choice. First of all the line is always long and there are never many workers there. The fries are too greasy and too salty and usually you look forward to french fries when you get fast food. The burgers are usually cold and the chicken nuggets are not that crispy and usually a little soggy on the outside. The tables inside are never clean and have grease and crumbs all over the table and chairs and it is disgusting. Most of the time my order is wrong when they give it to me. The fries are under filled and the sodas are watered down by a lot. read more

Closest Wendy's to my house but I WILL NOT go back! 35 minutes in line , then pull up to window to wait another few min( hey what's 2 or 3 min more after waiting 35?) Kid finally comes up to window and takes my money. I pull up to second window and guy finally comes with my food - no hi ,no nothing. Just a bag thrown in my face - I ask if the ranch sauce is in there to a reply of " it should be" ummm why am I getting a Should be rather than them checking and making sure. I take the bag ( which was a very complicated order of a four for four I know it was too hard, right?) and put it on my seat and look at the guy waiting for the drink that comes with it. Nothing. So I ask politely can I get my drink? This guy then says " well I only have TWO hands" so yeah I WILL not be returning even if this dump was across the street from me. So if you have 45 min you would like to waste waiting for fast food and then too it off with extremely rude customer service be my guest. Nasty f%^*s read more

I highly dislike writing a bad review. I came to this location before going to work. I had a craving for fries and five guys is nowhere near. I believe I sat at the drive-thru for over 10 minutes.....I only ordered a medium fry. I cannot explain why it took so long, nor can I fathom a reason. But I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

As we pulled up I noticed the drive thru line was long so I decided to walk in and was third on line. I have been trapped here for almost 25 minutes.
