Good lord this has to be one of the worst locations They don't have grilled chicken EVER and today they're out of slaw at 5 pm. I stopped coming to this location for about 2 years because of service and cleanliness issues but come on... I think we can stop the investigation into why the drive thru is empty during evening rush when all the other fast food places in town are hopping. Sad. Read the reviews and since it had been about 6 months since a review, we decided to try them.... Haven't had KFC for years but since our son just got a corporate role @ Yum brands, we thought we would support them. On the upside, we ordered an 8 piece box online and it was ready when we arrived. (3.4 miles away!) The meat was hot. I would say the chicken was not outstanding but not awful. It is the standard KFC approach to cutting up the parts... some pieces are identifiable, others not. We ordered extra crispy- it was perhaps regular coating, but breading was not crisp, even a bit soft. The chicken was done sufficiently. We thought we ordered a large mashed potatoes and gravy- got a single serving.. perhaps our fault, but it was clearly instant mashed potatoes slurries w/ gravy(?) Not a great meal as we had hoped, and had recalled from our past KFC experiences, but maybe acceptable. Regardless of our son now working @ corporate, we will likely not be regular customers here. There are just too many really good options in PC to accept mediocrity. I truly hope there will be some very positive reviews in the future. If so, we may be encouraged to go back! We truly hope so!! Went to pick up chicken a few days ago and a hand written sign was taped up on the speaker and drive thru window "closed for the day". Tried to give them the benefit and called today and low and behold they are again closed for "computer issues". And, what a rude pos on the phone. Very short and unprofessional. Guess I shouldn't expect anything else from a place that can't seem to stay open. Oh well off to Popeyes it's better anyway. read more

Working at a fast food place myself I understand rushes and not having food pre-cooked to serve right away but my family and I waited for a good half hour just to get to the mic, when we got there, they said they were completely out of breasts and tenders and all they had was wings. Now for my chicken lovers, wings have basically no meat, it's all bone. Instead of going into the freezer and getting more they just said they were out, being a place that prides themselves on chicken they shouldn't completely be out of chicken, we were very upset and will NOT be returning. I really wish I can give 0 stars.. the chicken here is disgusting. Skin was soggy, it was probably left out for too long or something. YUMMY! Got the four tender meal with new fries! Asked by chance if they could make them extra crispy! Went to the window and they said they were making them extra crispy for me!! This KFC was recently renovated and must be under new management. (Or lack thereof). They are constantly out of side dishes and other items. They expect full price for meals while constantly shorting the order. Not sure this is caused by incompetency or dishonesty or maybe both. I wish the old team was still here before the renovation. If there were no stars, I would give no stars! Waited on line for 20 minutes when there were only three cars in front of me. After ordering, waited another 10 minutes. I live a mile away. On 03.20.20, this guy at the drive-thru window had an attitude so I told him that I do not appreciate being served that way. Instead of apologizing, he said "good night" and slammed the drive-thru window hard that it rattled. I immediately reported his action to the manager, who did not apologize but instead defended his employee without even hearing the circumstances involved. Haven't had KFC for a while so have it a shot again. Got the family package for $22 = 8 Pcs chicken (although we only got 7), 2 large mash potatoes with gravy, Coleslaw and 4 biscuits. The sides tastes good. The chicken was heavily breaded ( which my daughter like since she likes the skin the most), the chicken pieces had little meat, and was greasy that I didn't mind KFC not giving me all 8 pieces of chicken. Yeah, probably another year before I go there again. Next time I will count the number of pieces before I head home! read more

This place has been filthy and warn out for years, dirty dirty dirty. The last time I went they again left out items and what was there was thrown in the bag crooked and was upside down. I went back to return the whole order and they said they can't give refunds on credit cards, I asked for a manager and they had to call her at home, she sounded drunk on the phone and I told her I was disputing the charge and she said, "what do I care, I get paid regardless honey, like I am right now at my pool and she hung up on me. As far as I'm concerned this KFC deserves 0 stars. It is absolutely the worst KFC I have ever been too. The chicken is soggy. They never get your order right. And they are always running out of stuff. Tried to call tonight for missing items paid for and they will not answer the phone. Didn't have time to go back tonight. Had not been there for a long time because of these issues and decided to give them another try. They were out of biscuits and pot pies, which is what we wanted. Ordered some wings and they were not put in the bag. Got the bowl which came in a tray instead of a bowl so I'm assuming they are out of bowls and had maybe 5 little pieces of popcorn chicken on it and 5 pieces of corn. Ordered 3 sides of wedges and they put all three in one box and they weren't all for the same location so rather than try to divide them I just gave them all to the other person. So they must be out of containers they put them in too. I am not sure what is going on with the management but they need to make a drastic change. Palm coast has some serious issues with their fast food restaurants. Don't even get me started on the Wendy's on Old Kings! read more

Was very disappointed with the quality of the food. While the service was fast and friendly through the drive through, the quality of the food was so disappointing. I wanted to give them another try so I swung by tonight to get hot wings to go, the teller took my order, told me to pull up to the window for the total and a one minute wait someone open the window to tell me it would be 9 minutes for wings. My boyfriend and I decided to go to our local KFC for the first time since we moved here. I've never had such a horrible customer service experience in my life!! The cashier was so completely rude. She actually acted like I was bothering her by placing an order. Like it was an actual chore for her to do her job. Then, when my order was ready and another girl placed it on the counter, I asked her for some honey and she practically threw it at me!! We will NEVER go to a KFC again!!
