Sadly, my search for great Chinese food continues. I ordered a small vegetable fried rice in case my husband wanted to try the rice. I ordered the chicken wings because I have been looking for good chicken wings too. Growing up in NYC, chicken wings and friend rice or French fries were always a favorite. Since leaving NYC, I have yet to find a place that can replicate the memories in my head. The rice was good, it felt slightly under salted. Ordered dumpling.. They were not homemade. They looked were small and looked frozen old and tasted that way. Very disappointed.

Our first visit and it wasn't a good one. 1) the fried rice was white, not a light golden brown. it seems charred/grilled meats and veggies were added to basic white rice. not cool. 2) the lo mein was missing from our order, we didn't catch it until we got home. 3) we ordered a small boneless rib app, they subbed a large order for double the money. I just got take out form china express because of good ratings. It's a sad state to think that people in my town could give such high ratings. I ordered sweet and sour pork and spare ribs , the s/s pork tasted like greasy fried dough and had to hunt for the pork, the other was like shoe leather,pork fried rice was only yellow which is best way to describe it. Put ina nut shell, if you closed your eyes you wouldn't have a clue what you're eating. Don't waste your money. read more

They were very kind and helpful on the phone when we had an order mix up in the past. The other chinese food place I've tried in town, made us sick but this one is very consistent. Back again this time I'm trying their general Tso's ckicken, and the pork Lo mein , the Tso's ckicken was a little bit to sweet for me , but the chicken was good and moist and tender , my favorite was the pork Lo mein I loved it it was well cooked big long pieces of pork and onions veggies delicious great service as always. This review is based on a pick up order. The staff was friendly upon arrival making sure I knew where the condiments were and napkins. By the time I ordered and arrived my food was ready. When I got back to my office the food was hot, crispy and delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly and filling, with good portions. We ate here during our recent trip to Palm Coast and St. Augustine. The food here was fresh and delicious. It's rare for us to order Chinese food here in Florida and have all the items in our order taste fresh. General Tsao's Chicken, Chicken Lo mein, Krab Rangoon, even the egg rolls were awesome. Side note - Unfortunately it took over an hour to get our food because there was a group of special needs young people in line, and the head of their group decided to let each person order individually, for themselves. You can imagine how that went. I understand that this is probably good practice for them, but on a busy Saturday night, it was bad timing and a poor idea in my opinion. There was a nurse in line who had to return to her job from her break, without getting food or eating, due to this. I felt bad for her. Came in for pork fried rice to go. Since it was our first visit we tried one large order. It was so delicious we ordered another large to go. The lady was friendly and was sensitive to my request regarding oil. She was able to have the rice made with light oil. Excellent experience. Quick service. They have 4 tables inside and are tucked into a strip mall. They also offer lunch specials is you are looking for that type of meal. Looking forward to trying other menu selections. read more

I just returned from Philly's Chinatown wanting more of the same. This was delicious! Eggroll was wonderful as was the eggplant in garlic sauce, the moo goo gai pan and the Mongolian beef. I have enough food for a week. The fried rice is also great. read more

First time customer and will be back thats for sure alot of places in my town are going to frozen egg rolls not here made with fresh ingredients and you can tell the difference from what I'm used to fresh veggies makes a huge difference then something frozen . When I first came in place was spotless , never seen a place so clean . A.C was on and working . A very sweet lady was very welcoming I got for my family was Pan fried Dumpling the best I have ever had , eggs rolls , spring rolls for the hubby which he loved the egg rolls didn't leave you with a heavy feeling afterwards they were delicious fresh ground pork . The pan dumpling very different use to a thick dark meat this was more of a ground pork feel to it very favorable and sauce outstanding got 2 small things of wonton soup really good , I got lemon chicken for me when I open to look at it I was like omg my childhood is back done the way way back in day I got it lemon sauce really good chicken was a huge breadt deep fried and sliced into chucks, pork fried rice really good hubby got Cashews chicken was really good too . We tried China Express for the first time via GrubHub, delivered. Our food arrived in record time (less than 45 minutes) and everything was hot and fresh. Prices were very reasonable and delivery was free. Our order included wonton soup, pork eggrolls, and two lunch specials (sesame chicken with white rice and general tso's chicken with pork fried rice). They even included an little bag of crispy wonton bits for the soup and each lunch special comes with a can of soda. Everything was really good and definitely the best Chinese food we've found in Palm Coast in 5+ years as residents. The eggrolls were crispy on the outside and perfectly fried as was the chicken. The soup and sauces were very good as well. I wish they had included a couple of fortune cookies but maybe they're available at extra cost. Overall a great meal. This place fails to ever disappoint the fried chicken wings and rice was all I started ordering the classic street 4 pc n fried rice can't go wrong right?
