I ordered a 3 piece original and I specifically asked for fresh cooked. The woman that appeared to be an owner/manager said of course it's fresh. The chicken most definitely wasn't fresh cooked. 2.5 stars It was a Tuesday night. It was because I fell asleep and forgot about defrosting and grilling the chicken at home. My hubby hasn't eaten since noon and it was after 9pm. So, we make quick stop here and go into the drive thru. We had to repeat our order because the person thought we wanted an individual menu instead of the family size in a bucket. They were out of grilled chicken (and I remember they had this same situation when were inside the time before last time). We said, "Okay.. the crispy one." When we got to the window, we saw 5-7 people inside. The person at the window took our payment and returned us with the receipt to sign it. Then she closed the window and turned her back to us. Ralphie went "what the-the- duhhh..??" lol And we find out that they were also out of the side that we wanted. We talk to a manager and she let us have two more sides instead of just one. A fee minutes ago we ordered to go! We ordered 8 pieces drumsticks combo, we got only one leg, the rest all wings. To make it worse this chicken was horrific a maze of wet flour soaking in oil that could not possible be crispy. It was disgusting! Everything else went down hill from there. Food/Freshness/Taste gets an "A". Cashier/Customer service/Speed/Efficiency gets an "A-". The store gets a "F" for the dirty floors, horrible baseboards, door frames, tile, filthy restrooms and the over all dilapidated state of the inside of the store. That alone will ensure I don't return until all of the above are rectified. However, I will admit the food was good/hot and taste how it should. read more

Horrible customer service. I ordered the new donut basket I was charged $6 something and when I got home to eat it I was only given one donut with no damn chicken. Of my last five visits to this location they gotten my order wrong 4 times. Tonight, not only was it wrong but I was lied to. I ordered original recipe, she asked if I wanted crispy. Based on other reviews, I really thought that I'd too would be rating this KFC low, but instead, surprisingly I rated a 5. Not sure if the time of day makes a difference, however, the cashier was extremely nice, kind, and helpful. We got our food in a timely manner, less than 5 minutes. Also, the store was extremely clean, which includes both the seating area and the cooking stations. For privacy purposes I will let you know that our cashier name begins with an "O" and she was oh so great! I'm happy that I gave this KFC a chance, and hope my experience will always be the same. read more
