I've been to a few Miami Grill locations, but none that looks as nice as the one in Dania Beach. The colorful decor was definitely sending out Miami vibes. The dining area was large with flat screen TVs on the walls and plenty of seating for the customers. What threw me was seeing a big ol' picture of Mr. 305, Pitbull, all front and center. I happened to ask an employee about it and she explained that he's a partner in the restaurant chain. Talk about levelin' up. Anyway, I came here after work to grab something to eat before catching a movie. I initially wanted a Philly cheesesteak but then I had to purchase a side of Nathan's fries separately. I quickly changed my mind and ordered the 10pc krispy wings with double Nathan's fries and a side of regular BBQ sauce to dunk the wings in...not really into ranch or blue cheese. I received my order a few minutes later nice and hot. No complaints about the fries, it's always fried to perfection. The wings was fried nicely as well, tender on the inside with a crispy coating on the outside. Every time I customize my salad and pay for an extra piece of chicken, I always have to send it back because they think I do not know what one piece of cut up chicken breast looks like. Then the owner was there one day, you thought he greeted any of the guests, the people that keep the lights on and the establishment running. This was our first time ever to Miami Grill in Dania Beach. It was really nice on the inside. The girl at the counter was very helpful and friendly. Each day they have a special, a screaming deal of just $6.99 Monday through Friday. There were four of us and we all got the cheesesteak with fries. Except one got a chicken pita with fries. everything was absolutely delicious and very fast. You actually have a huge amount of food and the drinks are good as well. Went inside and the place was super clean. I was surprised to see a bar with flat screens. Looks like just beer but it is a good place to bring the kiddos and watch some football. The dining area was super clean and pretty big. I was greeted right away and the kitchen, behind the counter and the drive through area all were very clean and well stocked. I went with a philly cheese steak classic extra grilled with extra cheese and some mozzarella sticks with a soda. I do and always have loved the Miami pink with the palm trees image. The philly was delicious and the mozz sticks were pretty darn good and the marinara sauce was was good. The service was fast and my order was correct. Because I am a senior with poor mobility I always use the drive through to get their food. I think Miami Grill is the best food with the drive-through window. Very meaty gyros on pita. Most everything I've had seems to be freshly made when ordered. The onion rings are exceptional. The menu is very diverse and include several popular brands not available elsewhere. Nathan's Famous hot dogs directly from Coney Island. The cheesesteak subs are great. I have not been inside but through the window the place looks clean and modern. They serve a beer. 5 star location! Miami Subs was my first job at 15 years old and this location is as good as it was back then. For a while I recall it not being so good but wow they kill it here. I usually drive-thru for just onion rings as a treat with the nice sauce they come with, they are always fried to perfection and super fresh with a nice sweetness to the onions as if they were hand cut. Tn I opted for a half works Philly sub meal with onion rings and omg the sandwich was perfection. Super soft roll, perfect ingredients ratio, nicely melted cheese and seasoned so well no sauce was necessary. High quality ingredients, as you feel light after such an indulgent meal. They also put ketchup and napkins in the bag without asking. The service is consistent and as warm as you are or just warm enough. Ordered a gyro platter. It took 30 minutes in the drive-thru. I've never seen a gyro platter look this weak before. There's almost like no meat. I'm not impressed. The girl that gave us the food also did not know what Tzatziki was... They need a better manager at this location. They don't know what they're doing. Gyro on pita with onion rings yesterday. Both exceptionally good! Unfortunately, I'm disabled and trying to remain quarantined so I'm relegated to the drive thru. I timed 19 minutes before driving away with my food. When I mentioned the long wait to the young woman at the window she apologized explaining they were short staffed. Horrible experience. I was in Fort Lauderdale for a lay over and spent the night here. My family and I got to the hotel around 12:30am and placed an order at Miami grill at 12:45am. We paid for priority service and uber said we'd get our order at 1:30am at the latest. The uber driver showed up at the restaurant at 1:15am and waited there until about 2:00am. Our delivery time changed about four different times because the restaurant was "wrapping up" for the entire 45 minutes. Our order still hadn't arrived yet and It was about 2:05am when we tried to call the restaurant to figure out where our food was but they were closed. Our food didn't arrive until about 2:20am. We had one drink missing, one drink was wrong and then the drink carrier was broken so one of the drinks fell when the driver handed us the drinks. We got two gyro plates which had the customizations messed up and then we had two half Philly cheesesteak meals. The one order that was correct was extremely burnt and the other was completely incorrect and we received a disgusting tuna melt that was slapped together as if they literally just threw the pieces onto the wrapping and wrapped it up. The bread was also extremely burnt so we threw the whole thing away. The entire meal cost $70 and was disgusting, dry, burnt, messed up and lacking flavor. It was an absolutely terrible experience all around. Buyer beware. read more

This place also serves Coke Zero, if you're avoiding soda with sugar. Gyro platter: The pita breads were oily alone (without even touching the meat!) and thick. Expect that. At least their yogurt sauce is edible... it was probably yogurt, but felt like sour cream with dill.. either way, it doesn't bother me. I just cant stand how they serve the side salad with their olive oil mixed with too much feta. The funny thing is I like olive oil and feta cheese... just not the way they miz it, I guess. I like their tuna subs because they don't put pickles, relish or anything weird in the tuna. They also don't use too much mayo.
