I don't wand give 1 star!!! The worst store ever. I come in by 10.25 the store empty ! 2 girls behind the counter and very slow Two guest waiting of their order. After 10 minutes I get ask what I like to order. I like to order two bowls with chicken as answer I get I must 20 minutes wait to get my order !!!! Really. 20 minutes wait for 10 chicken bites. Honestly I usually love KFC, it's my go to when ever I don't know what to eat , how ever I was so dissatisfied this time , I usually order the 2 piece leg and thigh which I did and to my disappointment I'm sorry but it might as well be a pigeon? It was sooo small , undercooked I did not enjoy it whatsoever ! The coleslaw was soggy , I just didn't like it . We also ordered the new Mac and cheese wraps which are good , I wish they would've heated up the wraps because the tortilla felt soggy too . I made a purchase though Uber eats on the 2nd of Feb 2026. My order was delivered on time. I did not check my order as I was busy attending to an urgent matter. When my son came from work he went to take his food out and then realized that the wedges missing, coleslaw missing and the mash patatoes was of a gravy consistency, chicken seems like it was refried. So, I decided to contact Uber eats about my issues, that was on the 2nd of Feb 2026. Never got any response from Uber so I decided to call my credit card company since Uber is not responding and their phone number is not accepting calls related to Uber eats. I got my money back from my bank! Fast forward to the 17th of Feb 2026, to my surprise Uber charge my other card for the same money that was refunded from the issue. Still no response from Uber eats! I am not going to pay for a food that was of very poor quality and half of my items missing. KFC needs to up their quality of service and food. Never again using Uber or buying from KFC ever again until they can give a better service. read more

I'm so disgusted with this KFC! We went there last night around 10:30. The first issue, they have no white meat. My husband was disappointed but said ok, he'll take legs and thighs. We get to the window and pay. The girl gives us our drinks and says there's a wait for my chicken tenders. Instead of telling us to pull forward, she tells us to back up!! My husband and I both look at each other very confused. We're the only people in line. Why do we need to back up and pull back up in 3 minutes! We'll more than 3 minutes pass. we pull back up and wait. Then she brings us our food. She closes the window and walks off. We checked our bag and realized we didn't ask for ketchup, so we had to honk to get her attention. She opened the window and gave us ketchup. All good, so we thought, and at this point, another car pulls up. So we continue to exit out of the line. And Bam, the delivery truck is blocking the exit, and the delivery guy is telling us to back up! HTF are we supposed to do that if someone is behind us. The KFC employee in the kitchen is yelling at us to back up and then starts laughing! At this point, I'm already pissed AF. The delivery guy comes to our window and says he doesn't know why the girl at the window didn't tell us to back out. We told him it was someone behind us. As stupid as this whole situation sounds. Why would the delivery truck block the drive thru when the restaurant is still open? What if there were tons of cars behind us??? So the other car backs out, then us. We get to our room, my husband opens the box, and they gave him only legs, no thighs. He was pissed then. Oh, but it gets worse. Today, we get ready to go out to enjoy the rest of our vacation. I switch purses and can't find my debit card. Needless to say, they kept it and charged another transaction on my card. So now, I have no debit card for the rest of my trip! My husband and i decided to stop at this KFC Location while out and about. We experienced the worst customer service ever today while in the drive thru. It started as soon as we drove up to order. The Drive Thru Attendant was very inpatient, rude, and unprofessional. I had to stop my husband from stooping down to her level and arguing back and forth with her. Then her Manager Neil step in and the escalated the rudeness and unprofessionalism. Instead of being a manager and handling the situation the right way, he started cursing and being really ignorant saying that he's trying to leave KFC anyway and did care after my husband asked him if knew how to spell fired because we are going to report him and the horrible service we received to his superiors. I've visited this KFC several times now. Somehow, I always seem to have an issue with being presented a limited menu. "Oh, I'm sorry-we don't have fried chicken at this time." How a chicken spot stops serving fried chicken is beyond me but the peach honey Mountain Dew they exclusively serve here is fire so I've made exceptions. When it comes to sides, I've grown past the Mac-n-Cheese phase and reverted back to my simplistic roots of my coleslaw tendencies. It's been on the watery side lately but I'd like to blame covid for every inconsistency in my life so this one gets added to the list. The breading to meat ratio on the strips could be a bit more heartier on the meat portion. If not eating the biscuit is a sin, then I'm a sinner. I'm not a biscuit type of gal because I find it dry. I feel like KFC should offer more variety in the BBQ sauce department but the execs never seem to hear me out on that one. Their mashed potato is always solid; even when the gravy lacks gusto. I came to KFC on 135th for only a 16-piece grilled chicken bucket. Instead of what I ordered, I was given an 8 piece fill up bucket with mashed potatoes!! Completely different from what I ordered! When I returned to KFC, "Tania", the manager over charged me to correct my order! I was SCAMMED an extra $10 from my order and was given the smallest pieces available. Never again! Beware! If they mess up your order, they will blame the customer and steal your money! I was charged $36!! For 16-piece grilled chicken that only fills 3/4 of the bucket.
