Very Nice service! Clean and good food. Manager is nice! Helpful to customers. Food fresh

My experience at this location was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude, disrespectful, and unwelcoming. When I walked in to place my order, I was not greeted or acknowledged, nor did I feel that my business as a paying customer was appreciated. Additionally, the restaurant had an unpleasant odor that smelled like a dirty mop or rag, which made the environment feel unclean and uncomfortable. Customer service and cleanliness are extremely important, and unfortunately, this location fell short in both areas. Based on my experience, I will not be returning. read more

Excellent value for money! Courteous staff and delicious meal! I am sure that we will be returning again Thx !

Horrible. It looked like dark meat and the server assured me that it was white meat. It's late and I'm hungry so I didn't argue. Got home and it's tasteless DARK meat. I don't mind it in teriyaki, but do not lie to me. The server was rude. This was 3/1/26 @7:30pm. Super rude people. read more

Service has gone down hill since the new management and staff have taken over. I used to come to this location very often, a few times a month, since it was in the old location a few doors down. However ever since the move and new staff, going to this location has been more of a miss than a hit. Staff needs to be trained better. Mangement, if there is one cause it never seems to be a manager, seems to be more confused than the staff. I have had multiple issues when they rung me up. And when I asked to redo to ring up correctly, they need a manager or they don't know how too. I cannot recommend this place at all! Which is sad cause the food used to be good. Which is also sad cause recently they have been under cooking the food. read more

Daniel and Blake were absolutely wonderful. In an era where it's hard to find good customer service this establishment is lucky to have both. They took their time suggested sauces and ensured we received the order to our exact requests. Well done read more

Okay chicken kitchen has always been my favorite!! This is definitely my go to spot always. I usually get the deluxe and add cheese and you cannot forget the skin!!! The chicken is always fresh, amazing taste, never dry! All the bowls are honestly delicious like the bazooka! The service is always great, some actually already know our order by heart and know that the skin is what we must have always! and eating it there wraps the whole experience. Chill vibes and clean area. Also, the sauces are great. I always mix the bbq with the curry mustard! read more

Don't be surprised if the next time you visit and they charge you for opening the door. From charging for the skin that already comes on the chicken... to now cutting the brownies in half and charging more the whole.. I don't know if it's just this location but now you know! Crazy! read more

Food is fresh and delicious. I've been a customer for years. Very clean restaurant and the staff is friendly and helpful.

It sucks, the lady manager was rude af and unprofessional when she messed up my order

Food was great, def go for teriyaki chicken. Service was friendly and overall ambience clean.

Let me start this review by saying that I always like the food from Chicken Kitchen, but this location in particular has the most rudest franchise owner and his staff are learning this and projecting their frustration and bad leadership to their customers. We all know that when you order (in person or through UBEREats) the food doesn't have to be prepared and cooked... everything is already made unless they are running behind with the chicken but for the most part, everything is ready. I keep ordering from here and everything I say the same thing (I'll never order again) my delivery time has extended 4 times. I don't know if it's because they forget to alert the delivery service that the food is ready, but it's stays in Prepping Your Order forever... and then, all of the sudden it changes and 5 minutes later your food arrived. Please retrain your staff and be efficient. read more

Rudest staff ever! Never coming to this location again. Even asking for something simple, such as a sauce you get an eye roll and a rude "how many?" Very unprofessional. read more

I have eaten here before and it has never been good. Was working yesterday and a co-worker wanted to go. I walked in and was immediately met with a nasty odor of sewer. I walked out. Can't even believe none of the employees caught the whiff. Never again will I give them a chance. read more

Food was good but they aren't light on the amount of chicken or rice they put in your bowl..

ALWAYS A DISAPPOINTMENT on this location. The old man is the rudest person but now the rest of the associates are going on the same direction. I asked for the skin and I was told they had no more but the had it on the grill. The cashier told me they have it for Uber orders only. Which is so wrong. This is the only location that have issues when asking for the skin. Also the cashier was extremely rude. Saying that if I wasn't happy to make a complaint. Which I had in the past but nothing is been done. The owner careless. Wanted 5 meals ended up not getting anything. Taking my business somewhere else. read more

Horrible service, don't come here. Tell you to wait 15 minutes for the chicken to be cooked, then once the 15mins were over came back in and was told 15mins more. No apologies no nothing never coming here again. read more

6 people in line because the cashier seems to not know what she's doing. Also, three other employees and another cash register but nobody thought of the customers. Chicken Kitchen - 6 people in the line. The choppers are faster than the cashier - Salad Near Me - North Miami Beach, Florida

Unfortunately every time I arrive at 9 o'clock with half an hour remaining in their store hours they are always out of chicken and I would understand if they would run out of chicken one day but on multiple occasions they say they run out unfortunate an ongoing issue that I think corporate should step in and take care of because of some practice they are doing at the specific chicken kitchen read more

I can't say enough good things about this food place. I'm a regular and go there often to the point where they memorized my orders. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu is amazing that cater to various tastes. Every time I visit, the food is consistently delicious, and the presentation is top-notch. Chicken kitchen is definitely the best place for bowls. The staff is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, making you feel like a valued guest. Whether it's for a quick bite or a special occasion, this place always exceeds my expectations. I came here yesterday for lunch after discovering that the Moe's in the same plaza is closed for renovations. It was a lifesaver to find something familiar so close by, but unfortunately, the good vibes ended there. First off, it is FREEZING! The temperature is clearly set for the comfort of the staff cooking over open flames and NOT the customers. It is the approximate temperature of a meat locker inside. At first, I thought it was me since I am part reptile and am always cold, but even Larry S. was uncomfortable and that man is NEVER cold! It was nearly empty inside and there was plenty of staff milling around but the service was still slow. The woman assembling the food was friendly enough, but the rest of the staff was indifferent, bordering on rude. We ordered the Bazooka chop (I think that's what it was called... it was the Mexican chop with guacamole) and the Cuban chop, chicken on the side. Bonus points for them handling the side chicken order correctly (I have been charged for an extra order of chicken at other locations). I cannot understand why the vegetarian chop is the same price as other chops that include meat, so I always order a variation that includes chicken and ask for it on the side. Larry S. is happy to have extra chicken on his chop! The food was fine; it hit the spot for sure. However, the amount of guacamole on the Bazooka was negligible. Also, since the temperature of the restaurant was so low, the food got cold very quickly. We spent about 5 minutes eating and then bolted for the door! Fortunately, the food holds up well and we "enjoyed" the rest of our meal sitting in the car. Not the best experience. read more

Now Listen - I don't like leaving bad reviews, but sometimes it must be done. I LOVE...yes LOVEEEE....chicken kitchen, but this particular location, makes me want to puke...yes puke. The places recently got an upgrade on the tables but before that they were the most warn down, rough, disgusting tables ever. At least they fixed that (on my last visit they had upgraded the tables but they were still dirty...last visit... literally because I will never go back, but read on to find out why) Now the staff there is never really nice - never really rude either. They are somewhat indifferent to whoever comes in. Mistake number 1 in my opinion. The food has always been solid - at least it hasn't ever gotten me sick. The MAIN reason I give this a 1 star review is the soda machine. On the last visit, as I got soda, the cap fell off and at least 30 dead bugs fell in my cup. YES, there was dead bugs INSIDE THE SODA MACHINE. Those caps hadn't been cleaned in years I bet. That is REGULAR maintenance, you must do. We refused to eat, and just left. I didn't even want my money back...we just left. I have not lost hope for my beloved Chicken Kitchen and since moving down south have visited a couple of them down here. Unfortunately I am sure they are run by different franchise owners, and they decided how to run the restaurant. I won't be the one to call corporate, but I will give a fair warning to my fellow Yelpers! read more

This place is decent but nothing special. I've had them mess up my order more than once when ordering through Uber eats. Another thing that bothers me is how much they charge for extra sauce. I go to this Chicken Kitchen every single day for lunch and I love it more every single time. Not only is the hospitality great but the food is even better. Never have I ever had a bad experience here, maybe average, but never a bad one. I love the way they make my deluxe chop-chop with some curry mustard all over it, delicioso siempre! They also have a rewards system, simply by punching in your phone number while you pay for your food, giving you points that can eventually lead to a free drink or meal! I'm going for that meal, soon I will get a free small chop, can't wait! Definitely a great place to get lunch at an affordable price, always fresh and scrumdiliumptious read more
