For the life of me I cannot understand why this restaurant doesn't have a 5 star rating!!. We have been here multiple times over the past few years and every single time it has been fabulous. Tonight we opted to sit at the bar because my husband wanted to watch the football game on TV. George took care of us and was absolutely brilliant. Fast service, food was excellent as always and they never rush you to finish your meal. We had the house salad, wonton soup, chicken lettuce wraps, Mongolian Beef with fried rice and a chicken Pad Thai. All the food was absolutely delicious. Still here after 10 years since my last visit....nice! Dependable that's for sure. Menu has changed up a bit but the classic lettuce cups are still around, as well as the fried rice and General Zhos Chicken. I went to meet visiting family, it was a large party of 10 and they took good care of us. Chinese is not my favorite food, but the staff made my visit a most pleasant one. read more

So I came here Valentine's Day and my experience was not great. And yes, I understand it's one of the busiest days of the year which is why I gave grace but the service, food and drinks all were bad that night. Not to mention the lychee martinis were being made with absolut instead of Tito's as promoted. Luckily I revisited again and Carmen completely saved the initial rating I had intended on giving. It's like this visit was a completely different place, from the moment we walked in with the hostess. Carmen took care of us at the bar. Drinks tasted how they should. She provided exceptional customer service, made suggestions, and communicated through out our dining experience. Five Stars all day long. Have been to this location several times and always have a great experience. The restaurant is gorgeous inside and there is plenty of free parking in the huge parking lot outside . We always like to sit at the bar and Julie has taken absolutely awesome care of us the past few times. For my choice of drink, Julie is a great bartender and, for my wife who only drinks wine, the wine selection is excellent. They always run dinner and drink promotions which are great value. Tonight we had the "Celebrate" Special that offered a Sushi starter, two soups and 2 main courses - I had the Mongolian Beef and my wife had the Changs Spicy Chicken and a dessert. We ordered the Butter Cake which was sinfully good !!! We were beyond full and took food home. Great evening and fantastic service from Julie and the rest of the staff. Visited on Saturday night around 9. The place wasn't very busy. The service was slow for the restaurant to be so empty. Our server(forgot her name) was supper pleasant even though she was very slow. She only had 4 tables but everything took long. The manager had to assist her to get out our drinks. The food was good as usual and we weren't in a rush. read more

What a disappointment. P.F. has really taken a nose dive across the board these past 5 years. Almost every dish that comes out of the kitchen is a lukewarm, under flavored, soul lacking version of it's former self and anything new is some equivalent of a trashy Applebees' menu item. Chefs's Feast makes no sense. Two of us dinning and it was explained that we both would have to choose the Chefs Feast. 1 person alone could not order from the Chef's Feast so we settled to order from tge Dinner Special. Egg drop soup is not very eggy which was a plus for me. Taste like chicken soup. Just needed a bit more salt. Hot and sour soup was very flavorful and tangy. I guess thats the sour part. It wasn't bad. Crab wonton wasn't my flavor. It was very fishy and heavy on the cream cheese. I wouldn't order it again. Came to PF changs in Aventura for lunch , since this is definitely one of my favorite PF Changs compare to others. It's never too busy and when you come in you always get seated right away , or with a little wait . The service it's fast and super efficient, the servers make sure to be available while you dine there & your order comes out super fast all the time . My favorite will always be the lettuce chicken wraps , they are the best - such a great appetizer. & for the first time I actually order dessert here and it was such a cute aesthetic way for the presentation and the fruits were fresh ! Frustrating experience here on 4-23-26. Stopped in for lunch. It is well established fact that PF Changs is not what it used to be. The increases in price, reduction in portions and scaled back service is known by all. But, I find it a decent go to of comfort zone at times. This experience started off amazingly well. I can say without a doubt the best tasting food in years from any PFC across the country. Plate presentation was awesome, food was hot and absolutely delicious. So, why the 1 star? Well I sat at the bar to eat. My Server was Jocelyn. There was one other individual at the other side of the bar and only a handful of people in the entire joint. As I was completing my meal, I received a phone call, so I stepped outside to take it. My cheap pair of reader eye glasses were on the bar. Jocelyn, who spent much of her time glued to her phone the entire visit was unaware of where my glasses went when I came back inside. They disappeared out of the blue. It was very frustrating that someone would walk with them. Especially because the meal was so good. Can;t even begin to express how disappointed I am. read more

We had dinner yesterday at PF Chang's near Aventura Mall after doing some Thanksgiving Day grocery shopping and dealing with the holiday crowds. It was nice and relaxing at PF Changs with music piped in and perfect a/c temperature on. Our server, Gabby, was friendly and attentive. She never kept us waiting and magically knew when to fill up our water glasses. She also had some good food suggestions. We ordered the Mongolian Beef with the Flaming Filet Mignon Wontons. It was fun to watch her light up the Wontons and cook them in front of us! We also added the Chili Crab and Pork Belly Fried Rice and the Honey Crispy Chicken . All of it was very good, and we even had some to take home for lunch the next day. It was fun revisiting PF Chang's because we hadn't been here since before the pandemic. We did the new $19.99 pero person 3 course meal! Super worth it! We sat at the bar, the drinks were $5. I tried the cosmo for the first time and it was delicious, as well as the margarita! The food was delicious as always! The only thing I did not love was the soup, taste wasn't bad but the texture was a definitely no for Me. Too thick for my liking. The service was great! PF Chang is one of those staple places where the food is always good, the prices are always as expected, the service is always solid, and the decor is always on point. This visit to this location was no different. We started out with the chicken wraps, because OF COURSE! It is the best thing on the menu. From there we had a couple different appetizers. We like the beef & broccoli, as well as the general tsaos chicken. Everything was made to order correctly, came out quickly, and was delish. After a long week, we decided to go for a Happy Hour. Usually our choice of Happy Hour would be at one of those sports bars. We were so glad that we came here. We had a late lunch on 8/20/24 around 4pm ish. So, it wasn't crowded at all. No wait when we walked in and there's always a wait-LOL! We were soooo pleasantly surprised by the food quality. We had been a while before and have ordered takeaway and the food had not been great. Note: one star off for the so-so server. However, he was the bartender and wasn't happy that the manager sat me and my mom in the bar area. So, we could order from the HH menu the manager was super accommodating. My Mom is using a walker as a mobility aide and seated us at the table in front of the bar. Since, the bar wouldn't be feasible for her. Anyway, the food was amazing. I am usually a fan of P.F. Chang's. I have never been to this particular location before and I will not return in the future. When we arrived, we were told our table was not ready, and the kitchen was running extra slow. This information might've been nice to know ahead of time as we had made a reservation. The service tonight was lackluster. My daughter's kids orange chicken was spicy (it's typically not spicy or at least that spicy). Getting a replacement took a long time. My son's kids lo mein noodles were undercooked. My wife's Thai peanut salad was not good at all. The men's bathroom was in a sorry state. And to top it off the bill arrived wrong. I have also never seen an automatic 20% gratuity at a PF Changs before. This location seems to be very poorly run. Not a good night for PF Changs! read more

Hello... this was the first time and the last time I visit this restaurant... service was good but the ambiance was a bit weird the hostess attendant had a long face which kinda set up the rest of the visit. I came back after a year, the place is big and nice as always, Friday lunch was empty at 1pm and the food took more than 35 minutes and the waitress came to tell us that they would bring it to us, when they brought the plates two of them were cold so I had to send them back to heat them up. Of course they were waiting for the third plate that was missing. The food was good. They have new promotions and lunch specials. The waitress's attention was very weak, she disappeared all the time and when she finally brought the bill she was left standing waiting for you to tell her that by the way the amounts they put on you were calculated with the tax included! So.. let's get into this amazing review! While traveling I have had the opportunity to try different P.F. Chang's in different states. This location in Aventura, FL is my favorite! I have visited here a few times and decided to do this review because I love the location, ambience, decor, and more than all of these the amazing service from our Bartender/Server Carmen! Each time I visited she has been so kind, has a warm spirit, and very attentive! In fact, upon our arrival for this dine in experience, she remembered me and asked if I wanted my usual, and recited it verbatim! I do not live here and only have been here three times, yet she remembered me and my order!! She makes the best Top Shelf Margaritas. However, I wanted to switch it up and was still happy. Please try the Tito's Sour Apple Martini (pictured) you won't be disappointed! My entree was the Chang's Spicy Chicken w/Brown Rice. So delicious! We ordered on Friday may 09, 2025 PF Changs with Uber Eat - I never got so sick... my husband and I got so sick - Hot Sour Soup tasted like strong Soy Sauce. My spicy Chicken was dry and got me very sick - cramps, vomiting, diarrhea - a shame as we went to to the restaurant few weeks ago and it was quite good. Pros: food was good, I had the shrimp dumplings and the veggie rolls, the rolls were very greasy, I wish there were healthier appetizer options. I was on a time crunch so I stuck to appetizer because they said the kitchen was backed up, so the entres may take up to an hour. I appreciated the honesty. Cons: service was scattered, I think I came right AFTER the lunch rush, and they were all a little out of it, I had to ask for a menu, although there were 5 servers around me talking crap and cleaning up. I also had to ask for the check three time, and someone else ended up helping me when they heard me asking for it the very last time. I sat at the bar and there was only one couple there, so it was empty. I know they have to make drinks for the entire restaurant, but I felt like they were annoyed that I sat at the bar. read more

We decide have a dinner at P.F. Chang's this night, we expected a good dinner but unfortunately was very negative experience. We asked for two plates what include salad and side dish; so .. the principal dish came before salad and side dish... complete wrong, we tried ask the server name CAROL to reverse the order because this way we decide no more salad or side dish. The server refused to accept and we surprised after all this a very rude finish from CAROL ( she came with bill and pointed where we have to put the " Tip " . We went early in the day and the service was good. The edamame were steamed perfectly but a bit too much salt for me. I ordered the miso salmon with a side of fried rice. I was not a big fan of it. The salmon was fresh but the miso sauce was a bit watery and tangy for my liking and the vegetables it came with were soggy from the sauce. I have eaten at this PF Chang's a couple times but it's been a few years. I recently ordered their food via Uber Eats because I was craving stir-fried green beans. The food was ok, but the quality definitely wasn't as good as I remember. The chili-garlic green beans had a little spiciness to them, which I like, but they were a little too greasy and limp. The wonton soup was totally bland, and the chicken in the soup tasted tough, like it was overcooked. The crab wontons were good, although the sauce that came with them had a weird aftertaste. I'll probably eat at this PF Chang's location again, but I can't see myself ordering delivery from them again. read more
