When you first walk in you will notice the place is spotless, very very clean. I love the flavor variety, because they have a flavor for every mood, the honey "garparm" is absolutely delicious.And that's why I don't give it less stars. When ordering, I had to repeat myself multiple times in both English and Spanish and the young man taking my order just couldn't get it. He would just look at us as if we hadn't said anything. Great new wing spot in North Miami Beach! They have over 100 sauces and combinations. They have everything from Dry, Honey based, BBQ, Buffalo just to name a few. And some not so run of the mill sauces, including some Melinda's Hot Sauce based sauces. The staff is fantastic and Steven is especially helpful. I have not tried all the flavors but they've only been open for a month or so. The wings are a decent size, not giant and like pigeon wings (don't ask) just a nice size. I'm looking forward to working my way through the menu, which includes a chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, wraps and salad. The fry selection is pretty good. Full disclosure, I'm not a fan of French Fries, because they are never right. Soggy, limp, lukewarm and tasteless. But these fries are great. You may even get them Spicy Black Truffle and Cheese. I've only had the Garlic Parmesan, (not your normal garlic parm) and Poutine....,Canada's greatest contribution.....other than Alanis Morissette. Of course there's sports on the flat screens. Okay! I did not expect this!! This is a good spot in a good location! Came here to try some of their flavors and got more than what I bargained for 50 wings @90 cents each?! Also tried the onion wings and churros! Going to sleep good tonight! The service was fast too they had some orders to go but they brought all this out in like 10 mins. We've been anxiously awaiting the opening of this restaurant in our neighborhood shopping plaza. Upon walking in the restaurant is very clean and organized with fun decor showing the flavors. We were immediately greeted by the lady at the register. We opted for the 10 wing bone in combo that comes fries and a fountain drink. And we also a chicken sandwich with lemon pepper seasoning. The wings we got them lemon pepper and plain. The chicken on the sandwich was moist, tender and delicious. I would have liked a little more seasoning on it. But we ate it right up the pickles were crisp and the bread was warm and soft. The wings were well seasoned and the fries were crispy and hot. This is the inside of the place. It's brand new located inside the Miami Gardens Plaza. Parking is free and available. It's near Public and two banks, a couple of store and medical centers for seniors. I ordered the bbq blues flavor and lime with pepper and some fries. Okay so these wings are freaking amazing , the meat taste fresh, the skin on the chicken just enough crisp but not over done. The sauces were on spot, and the lemon pepper was delicious not salty but perfectly seasoned. The fries were also good, had them plain and they also were good and the regular size is what you need it's a lot. We called the restaurant back and received a very bothered and unapologetic manager/owner that didn't offer an immediate resolution. He yelled over to the cook and casually told us that he forgot to season the chicken. Since he offered no apology or resolution, I asked for one, and he annoyingly said they would remake our order. When we arrived for pick up, he still did not apologize for the mistake or inconvenience of having to drive all the way back. To add insult to injury, the wings were once again over-fried. They looked like low-grade, previously frozen chicken, and despite being seasoned the second time around, had almost no flavor. We will never go to this restaurant again. read more

I was greeted by Gerard the moment I walked in and he got right to it and recommend a few options from the menu. I went with the classic lemon pepper wings combo, which comes with fries and a soft drink. The food was tasty, the soda machine looked clean. No signs of disgusting like other places that aren't maintained. All in all I had a good meal and experience. I started eating here when they first opened in May. Boy have things changed. Veggies sticks were added automatically now you have to pay extra for it. The sauce for the wings ranch or Parmesan was also free of charge. The wings were good but over the past few months they have declined in flavor. This place is terrible & very unprofessional..... I ordered nearly $30 dollars worth of food online through their website for delivery. Well I guess they use Uber to deliver orders for them, which they used to have my order delivered. Well the Uber driver canceled my order about a minute away from my home and I never received my food. Upon calling store they told me it's not their problem that the driver took it and it's not up to them if I receive it or not. I was told by a manager that I would not be sent another order an neither will they refund my money. So I didn't get order or refund and I was robbed for my $30 dollars. How is it my fault when I ordered online? Isn't the restaurants responsibility to ensure customers receive orders or either a refund? No accountability at all, and after tomorrow when I call to speak to corporate if they dint right this wrong I'll be seeking legal counsel an probably file a suit in small claims court.
