So sorry that we scarfed it all down before taking a photo! We were visiting a park nearby and we were so happy to find a place with so many vegan options. And stuff was clearly labeled. Thank you! I had the vegan beyond wrap which has a delicious sauce, avocado and TOFU :) My husband got a chicken plate and it was a nice hefty size! He was full and happy. The flavor of the sauce was great and it had just the right balance of sweet and spicy. I think it was the same sauce on both of ours. Yum! I hope we make it back to try some juices and other things on the menu. read more

This is my second visit to The Squeeze Juice Bar. The establishment is kept clean with indoor & outdoor seating available. You can order on the kiosk or with the employees. I enjoyed my freshly made green juice. Smoothies, bowls, wraps and other food are also available to purchase. I would definitely recommend and urge everyone to support this local business read more

I have ordered several times, tacos, burgers, and egg sandwiches, first time great, second less so....constantly thought of well small mistake..oh well blah blah...but this time just irritated first menu is a complete bait and switch/lie....says comes with chose of side...NOT TRUE.. then sandwich came without cheese, avo, or tomato...as dry as old toast..so watch out it's not the sandwich you think it is or tells you it is..__local place would appreciate them fixing this stuff read more

Not impressed by the "fresh squeezed" juice that was served to me out of a container in the fridge. If I wanted pre-squeezed juice that was sitting in the fridge I would have done that myself at home. Would rather go to my local cafeteria where they make the juice at the time its ordered. read more

In the neighborhood, this is the best $10 lunch special! You can get between a falafel, wrap, or sandwich comes with fries and a drink. The service took a little long but that's due to being so busy! But great little spot on biscayne for a quick lunch! read more

I discovered the squeeze juice bar last year and it has *quickly* become one of my favorite healthy cafes!! It's a black owned business that specializes in serving nutrient- dense options. If your a salmon lover I would recommend: the jerk salmon bowl with a side of vegan chipotle dressing!!!! Chefs kiss Its extremely flavorful, sweet (because of the pineapple pieces), spicy, and exceptionally fresh! I love this juice bar! The wraps are great too! This juice bar is a favorite of mine! (They also give very generous portion sizes). They play good music in the juice bar. You can sit indoors or outdoors if you choose to be seated. Very professional service! read more

I will give this place a 10/0. Everything from the service, food was incredible and delicious. I ordered the PB&J Açaí bowl which was $13.99 and it was so fresh and delicious. One of the best açaí bowls I had. I also ordered the spicy apple juice , which had fresh greens apples and cinnamon, the juice was freshly squeezed right on the spot and was $8.99 for a large. Another thing I ordered was the tuna pita wrap. It was so delicious, the pita was on a flat bread, it tasted like a healthy pizza and it was so flavorful!! The service was incredible, the cashier gave great feedback on what to order. Will definitely visit them again to try the other things, especially looking foward to the chicken pesto pita. read more

I decided to stop by the squeeze juice bar after my workout. They have a wide variety of drinks and food. It took me a few minutes to look at the drink menu, and even longer time to figure out what I was going to select from the food menu. I ordered the Spicy Apple drink to start off my meal. Then, I decided to order the Jerk Shrimp Bowl. OMG, where to start! The first taste of the Jerk shrimp Bowl was full of flavor. It was seasoned well, it was a mixed of so many flavors. It was spicy, but there was bits of pineapple that commingled with the spicy shrimp that made the dish taste completely different. The sliced up avocado just completed the meal entirely. The shrimp bowl is the most ordered dish. However, as I stated previously they have a litany of items on their menu, so you will be looking at the menu for a few minutes before you order. Based on all of the positive reviews, I decided to try this healthy eatery for lunch after my workout. Their menu was expansive and filled with options including juices, smoothies, salads and protein bowls. I was a bit overwhelmed at first but decided to go with their lunch special that included a chicken, falafel, turkey or veggie wrap with fries or a salad for only $9.99. For an additional $5, you could upgrade the meal to a smoothie which is what I did and got the PBJ smoothie. It was delicious. The falafel in the wrap I ordered was quite dry and the fries lacked seasoning. They didn't have much taste. But this place was packed and with so many other items to try on the menu, I'll be back. read more

This place was a different option than the ones around the area. Though it fits right in to the Miami vibe sweetly. Colorful, healthful, mindful (JUST DITCH THE SINGLE USE PLASTIC ITEMS Puhlease) and soulful. Good prices for good portions. Filling da belly like your mama used to fill your belly. Bowls both savory and sweet and above all delish. My med bowl was on point, though wish it had less rice and some crunchy fresh green in the mix. I got it to take out (though I ate it at the curb--because the hefty portion told me I couldn't finish it all in one sitting. Courteous service, Covid friendly, cute lil spot. I come here for my breaks during my Gold Coast training. Outdoor and indoor seating the vibe chill either way. read more

Super overpriced in my opinion! About $12 for a small juice! Yes it is quality and healthy juice, but I think that is ridiculous for how small the actual small sized cup is. The lady who took my order was a little dry personality wise and it took too long to get my order. I was getting it to go. Was waiting for 20 minutes for wraps and 2 juices and I didn't even get my sweet tea that I was charged extra for. One of the juices didn't have the top on all the way and spilled all over my car!!! I was super upset and didn't even want to bother driving all the way back to the shop. There needs to be more employees. Expecting one person to serve a line of people on a weekend is a little unreasonable! It's a shame because the drinks are good quality but I am not that happy with the service. My wrap was okay but my boyfriend said his was really dry. And the system wanted me to give an almost $15 tip. Yeah right! Unfortunately won't be coming here again. Not worth it I was so excited to eat something healthy. read more

If you want to find the best jerk Salmon Pasta then this should be on your list to try. If you don't like spicy food do not try. The pasta is flavorful packed with spices and it is paired up with a toast of your choice. When I want a good meal I always plan to come here or order delivery because they don't disappoint. read more

Good health food ! A lot of options as well . I tried the snapper tacos and they were pretty good. Then I tried the jerk salmon . Very flavorful and a bit spicy. Lastly I had a smoothie and I forget the name but it was pretty tasty. This place is close to my house and even closer to the beach so very convenient and you can place an order over the phone . They have a friendly staff . read more

The squeeze is really what it says. They squeeze every last bit of juice. A very vast menu of juices, smoothies, sandwiches, wraps and bowls. You name it they likely have it the menus that diverse. I have tried anything else other than their juices but the juice is what fuels my day. No added sugars simply the sweetness of the fruits. read more

My husband and I typically eat at juice bars and vegan- vegetarian places but when it comes to eating with our 3 kids it is very difficult to find a place that has options for all of us . Turns out we were bike riding around the area and my husband suggested this place . Small little juice bar with two tables outside and a very hearty menu. We ordered paninis, fries and a Mediterranean appetizer platter . The food was great and tasty, the service was good , nice waitress and even the chef came outside to check on us . This is how I know it's a good place : 1- Couldn't take pictures of the food because the kids started eating right away , 2 - they ate everything, 3- they asked if we can come back tomorrow . read more

Welp, I should've read a few reviews before coming here. I agree with a few of these mentioning how bland the food really is. First of all, I ordered a Papaya Mango smoothie with coconut water and it tasted like ONLY coconut water in a thick smoothie consistency. When I asked the guy why it didn't taste like the fruits, he blamed it on me ordering it without sugar...really? You can taste mango or papaya on a juice or smoothie even without sugar, it'd just be maybe sour or not as sweet if fruit isn't ripe but not tasting like it all, c'mon. Also ordered the "Mediterranean" chicken bowl and that was bland too. Why is it a "Mediterranean" bowl? Because you added chick peas? Only thing that had flavor was the chicken. All this for $30? Smh...I've complained about Pura Vida's prices but these folks just replaced Pura Vida on my "worst" list and that's not a good thing. If maybe the guy had offered to make something else to replace this nasty smoothie maybe a third star could've been deserved but nope, it is what it is. As far as service, well that's why I gave them a second star. The gentleman at the register was welcoming and friendly. read more

This was literally love at first bite... That first squeeze was juicy enough to keep me coming for more. Unpretentious, tiny place on an ugly shopping mall seems to be the key elements for great food. This place isn't a vegan joint, but their vegan options are way better than some vegan power houses. My first dish was the filling falafel bowl. It was humongous and packed with exotics flavors. The vegan tzaziki sauce was the cherry on top... That's how the love affair started. The following weekend I got the vegan Tacos. OMG!!! 3 large tacos perfect for two, made with Impossible meat; and right there, ladies and gentlemen, I knew I was hooked. The squeeze was officially living mortgage free on my mind. After salivating for one entire week, today I had my favorite dish so far. The veggie panini, with vegan cheese for $1 extra, came to mama accompanied by an Israeli salad, bathed in ginger sauce. One word: Superb!! After that feast I came home for a necessary nap. We were craving a frozen lemonade and upon searching we found this place and we've been ordering our juices here for a few months now. We love the regular lemonade usually plain or with agave. Our favourite though is the mango lemonade which is always delicious! The only reason we gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the inconsistency of the drinks every time we order, sometimes they're frozen and sometimes they're not. Same with the sweetness, sometimes they're perfect and sometimes they're incredibly sweet. So that's something they could improve on but it's never stopped us from ordering. read more

Looking at all these 5 star reviews, I wonder - am I that unlucky? Do I make wrong food choices? Should I have gone in instead of getting a takeout? I ordered delivery via UberEats. My order was: 1) a seafood platter consisting of tuna, brown rice with chickpeas, a house salad and a pita. I got a cilantro lime dressing and tahini; 2) a banana bundt cake. When I opened the seafood platter, I thought I gotten a steak - the resemblance was impressive. I don't eat meat so it took me about 10 mins to get the courage to try it. It was indeed the tuna though. Not too bad. The brown rice with chickpeas was just the brown rice. I didn't find any single chickpea but there were some peaces of green bell pepper (I think). Was the chickpeas mashed in? It didn't tasted like it. The house salad was good - just veggies and no dressing mixed in. The two dressings that I got - I don't know what those were! Both were green, one was spicy and delicious, the other one was disgusting. None of them tasted like tahini though... oh and the best thing is I found a peace of plastic in the salad. So delicious! The Bundt cake was good but so tiny! It was not worth $6. Overall I won't be ordering from this place ever again. read more

I was in the area and wanted a quick vegetarian sandwich and remembered they had good food last time. The girl at the counter was very kind. I ordered a veggie melt - which I guess I misread the menu as I pictured a pita as something similar to a handheld sandwich like a tuna melt. When I opened the box it appeared to be some time of open pita pizza. Unfortunately the pita was completely soaked and soggy so I had to remove the toppings and had mixed veggies and cheese for 19 bucks after tax and tip. read more

Ordered thru delivery! They recently moved to my job's area and I'm very excited to have a good and fresh juice/smoothie/wrap/sandwich shop nearby. I've been craving a good smoothie so I ordered their house smoothie (Main Squeeze Smoothie) which has strawberries, bananas and pineapples. So fresh! I also ordered their tuna salad in a spinach wrap. Loved it! My issue with tuna is that sometimes it can be very fishy but it was delicious here.
