I had a fasting doctor's appointment this morning and wanted to pick-up something tasty. I ordered for pick-up. I will never do that again. My order was a lamb burger (with fries), falafel (sitting in hummus and with toast), soup and chicken wings. I was so hungry, I tore open the falafel. This dish was so salty, I threw it away. I tried a wing. Nothing stood out. It had no particular flavor and quite frankly, it was under-done for my tastes. The burger did not travel well at all. The bun was a mushy mess and the patty sat on top of a watery mayo of some kind. There were a few slivers of pickled onion, a thin slice of tomato and a few strips of lettuce -- hard to distinguish any of these toppings because it was all a bit of a messy mush. There was no nice lettuce and tomato at Lettuce & Tomato! The patty was the only standout of this order, but the fries that truly tasted day old, were such a disappointment, I couldn't get over it and just put the patty in the refrigerator. Even the ketchup was strange. I don't plan to return.

Everything on the menu looked delicious and made it really hard to choose what to eat because the options were that good! The waitress was super nice and very helpful when it came down to my decision. I went with the poke bowl which was super fresh and flavorful. My husband got the filet mignon sandwich and it was also very flavorful and juicy! My son got a burger, he wasn't even hungry and devoured the whole thing. For dessert the waitress recommended the caramel bread pudding and it literally melted in my mouth! I will definitely be coming back soon!

Let me start off by saying, I am glad I don't have to drive to Plantation for my favorite bowl, the…read moreharissa honey chicken. This location is clean and conveniently located off Biscayne Blvd in Loehmann's plaza. I love that there are so many Cava's popping up around South Florida, however the customer service needs more consistency. It is the new and shiny toy for delicious fast food so with that being said there needs to be more preparation so that no matter the time of day, you can have the same experience. I have been to this location for an early lunch, mid afternoon bites and in the evening for dinner and all experiences are very different depending on the availability of food items. I enjoy the chicken and rice or the harissa honey chicken bowl with saffron rice and arugula, crazy feta, tzaziki and hummus, tomato cucumber, pickled onions and corn for my bowl, but everyone has to find their fave combo to make it their own. In my opinion, the garlic sauce is the best sauce but if you go later in the day, chances are they may not have any. Which is disappointing if you have already placed your order because the sauces are last. I've learned my lesson and ask before I get in line because I've waited up to 30 minutes to create my bowl. Also, the original pita chips are delicious but you may also have to wait depending on their availability. They often have a special flavor like the harissa pita chip or their current sour cream flavor, but the original is good for me especially with all the flavors in the bowl. If you like Mediterranean flavors, this is the place to try. You can always ask for a sample if you need help figuring out what protein you want. If you're in a time crunch, try ordering through the app.

When I walked in, it was a little busy, which I understand--but once I got to the counter, the employees looked annoyed and like they didn't want to be there. At one point, one employee stated that she's not gonna start an argument with two other employees. There was no sense of friendliness or welcome at all. Things quickly went downhill when I ordered. I asked for avocado, and the employee literally placed half of an avocado--completely unsliced--into my pita sandwich, all in one section. I was honestly shocked. I don't know who trained him, but he definitely needs to be retrained. When it was my boyfriend's turn, he also asked for avocado and politely said, "Please don't do that--can you cut it and spread it out?" The employee responded, "Honestly, today is not the day, but I'll do that for you." At that point, I was completely taken back by his response. It only got worse. The cashier--who was handling money and the register--then went and touched my food to roll it. That completely crossed the line for me. I was in such shock I didn't even know what to say. After paying, we sat down, and I started noticing even more issues with cleanliness. There was debris on the floor, and the lower walls and floors looked dirty. I had already noticed while standing in line that there didn't seem to be much attention to cleaning or upkeep. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, Yelp requires at least one. Management and staff seriously need retraining--especially when it comes to basic food safety, cross-contamination, and cleanliness. I will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this location to anyone--

The service was top notch our waitress made great recommendations and was very attentive and friendly throughout our meal. We ordered the hugo spritz which has always been one of my favorite drinks to order in Italy after an afternoon spent sightseeing and walking around because the drink is so perfectly refreshing and not overly sweet which I love. The Hugo spritz was absolutely amazing, so much better than I expected, and brought me right back to the streets of Rome. Highly recommend! To start our meal we ordered the crispy polenta and it was a great way to start our meal. I absolutely love polenta and had never had it served this way so I was really excited to try it and it didn't disappoint it was absolutely delicious. The polenta was crispy and warm served over a layer of Cacio e Pepe cream sauce with fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Such a simple dish but done so well and in a way I've never had before. We ordered a Margherita pizza and the braised short rib ravioli of the day to share. The Margherita pizza was very good, the dough was cooked perfectly, and it was another simple dish done well. The ravioli was just OK, but we were expecting something wow for the $50 price point, it was definitely NOT WORTH IT. Portion size for the price of this dish was very small and the ravioli itself wasn't very impressive it was lacking in flavor and the short rib inside was a bit too dry. We were also expecting a bit more as far as the pasta went, it didn't have that fresh homemade ravioli taste, the pasta itself didn't taste homemade or was anything special. The dish was simply ok, but again very expensive for what you get. We ended our meal with the tiramisu which was also just ok, not anything special, and definitely not worth the $15 price point. It was served in a small tea cup so portion size was small and didn't taste at all like a traditional tiramisu. Even a double espresso here cost $7 which again is a bit overpriced for what you get. To put it in perspective, for two people for lunch our check was $200 and the restaurant already included 20% gratuity even though we were just two people (most restaurants add the gratuity for parties of 6 or more). I forgot to mention, that dining here they didn't bring any bread to the table either when we sat down, so I'm assuming that would have been an additional charge as well. So although we enjoyed our drinks and the meal, for the price point I don't think we will be back again.
