Amazing healthy spot for a quick bite! The food was fresh and the staff was kind and attentive. I will definitely be back.

Always yummy, always easy! Got the poke bowl and an açaí bowl-- both were great. Poke bowls have good amount of fish which makes me happy. service is a bit slow-- took about 20 minutes to get from ordering. Clean quiet place. read more

I was glad I was able to find Sproutz while on my trip. Overall a really good spot with a ton of menu items. I ordered the PB Acai bowl and it was so tasty! The staff seem very nice as well. In addition you can get a cup of water while you wait for you order. Parking is somewhat a hassle but that isn't any fault of Sproutz as it's in a strip mall so the parking overall isn't great and fills up pretty quickly. But overall great spot. read more

Cute little place with a lot of options, from salads pastas to flatbreads. As I am vegetarian I was not sure what I'd find here but they had a couple of very tasty pastas there, I especially liked the pear and gorgonzola pasta with a walnuts based white sauce that tasted really really good read more

I purchased the seared tuna salad to go a bowl of greens with 8 slices of tuna, a few beet cubes, and browning avocado cubes for $19. Before leaving I asked for a small side of dressing that was sitting packaged on the counter, the man told me that my salad came with olive oil and balsamic and he could not give me this extra dressing. It would have been a simple gesture leaving a low cost positive impression. Instead o left thinking about other establishments that show value for my business. When I arrived home and saw the little amount of oil and vinegar that was provided and the poor quality of the salad, tuna dry, avocado browning and dry, I was even more disappointed. I will not return. read more

Disappointing experience at Sproutz. The food looked great online but tasted bland and overpriced. Service was slow and unorganized, and the staff didn't seem very welcoming. Definitely not worth the hype. read more

Tenderloin bowl is delicious but $38 (DoorDash) for 7 cubes of beef seems a bit much. Otherwise flavor is spot on. If you order direct it comes to $32 which imo is still too much. Could also do with more rice or veggies, it's no more than a couple spoons of rice. read more

Sproutz was a great find during my trip to Miami! They have an assortment of healthy options from bowls to smoothies to salads, and much more. I customized my own bowl with sesame seared tuna, flavorful veggies, avocado, green onion, and cauliflower rice. It was both tasty and high quality! I also got an avocado banana smoothie with condensed milk (which I couldn't taste and had paid extra for) but it was delicious. The interior is spacious and bright and has a solid amount of indoor and outdoor seating. As a personal preference, I'm not a huge fan of ordering via screen when there are plenty of workers available to take an order, especially because the line grows pretty quickly when certain customers take a long time to scroll through menu items, or don't know how to work the technology. Additionally, the service wasn't the friendliest. Overall, a great spot for a (pricy) but super healthy lunch or dinner with a great array of options, super close to the beach and a wide variety of hotels! read more

I got the PB Acai bowl and requested to have no coconut added to it and had mango added for $1 more. You don't get much Mango for the extra dollar so I wouldn't recommend it. Also they made a mistake and out the coconut in it anyway but not a big deal. The Acai was perfect. Not too sugary or sweet tasting and great consistency. The fruit and topping also tasted fresh The morning egg wrap was delicious as well. You order at a kiosk and they will bring it to you. A good healthy breakfast. I enjoyed it very much. read more

I tend not to order Acai bowls because they are generally sweet for what is considered to be a "healthy" breakfast. But Sproutz got it right - for the most part. I would skip the coconut shreds as it's the most sugary item. There is enough sweetness from everything else in the bowl. The breakfast wrap was decent. Had a good ratio of cheese to spinach/tomato. read more

My family and I walked in and were immediately met with a horrible smell. We walked up to order and were met with a large menu that looked good at first. Once we started ordering, we realized that the bowls came with no elements and you had to pay for more than one vegetable. It also came to my attention that the bowls were $30 each and there was a $10 service fee for no reason. We literally walked out after seeing the prices. DON'T COME HERE read more

I almost choked & died on a staple that was inside this acai bowl. I tried calling to ask for a refund or simply an apology & got the WORST attitude & harassment from the employees on the phone. They are lucky I am not suing - which I am still contemplating doing. They even tried to get out of the call by lying and saying they didn't speak English when I literally was just there & spoke to them in person when I picked my food up. They then hung up on me. I called back 4 times and each time they said "oh well" or "no English" and would hang up right away. On top of all this, in person, they were blasting music so the ambiance was horrible too. I'd give 0 stars if I could & will NEVER come back read more

Wow. This place is great! I got the sunrise juice which was my favorite- carrot, apple, beet but with lemon and ginger. Luckily the last two ingredients did not overpower it. The bowl I would definitely order again. It is definitely on the higher price point for its category of food and then the cheesecake was eight dollars just to taste like sugar alcohol. Recently reviewed restaurant negatively. Gave them a chance to fix the food quality problems. Took out food a couple times since. Food has definitely improved. But, two new issues. One, they charge a 10% service charge for takeout. Where do they get the nerve to insist on a 10% service change for takeout? Two, my wife saw a cockroach on the floor. That means roaches! And so, this restaurant is now off our list permanently. They've had their three strikes, and now they are out. read more

Just moved down here from LA and found this place by accident. I have to say it's one of the better healthy food places in Miami! I came here twice already! Ordered the chipotle chicken wrap with no rice and avocado! Get it with the green sauce. Lentil soup was great and super healthy. Although it was missing some substance in the broth. I also got a poke bowl with quinoa and brown rice and a green smoothie. Everything was super fresh and delicious! Will be coming back again to try new things. read more

I've been eating at the Aventura FL store and love it ! But yesterday Jan 10 2024 I ordered a quesadilla and a sour sop smoothie fruit bowl. An hour or so later I felt nauseous. About three hours after my meal I had serious diarrhea And continued this morning Jan 11. Note I have not eaten other food so the contamination came from eating these two items from Sprouts. I have been having an issue with the Chicken chipotle wrap that is advertised to have mango & avocado inside, also states in the description that it will have mango inside. The ONLY reason I ever ordered this wrap is because its advertised to have mango. I've ordered this wrap 3 or 4 times & only ONCE did it contain mango. Twice it only contained ONE mango throughout the entire wrap, once it contained ZERO mango throughout the entire wrap. I order the classic wrap, however, the classic wrap as advertised contains more than 2 pieces of mango. Maybe the picture & description should change & exclude mango entirely. The guy who handed me my wrap today asked one of his female coworkers to hand me mango on the side or to add extra, she told him that it was an extra charge. An extra charge for the wrap to be made as advertised?? What an inconvenience & false advertisement. read more

So fresh. So good. Better than expected! Last night I had a poke bowl delivered and it was filling! Came here on a "we're starving" whim and were so glad we did. Literally looked up fast casual near our location as we were running errands and pulled in. I loved that you ordered yourself on the computers which made the whole ordering process much smoother I think. Our food was brought out insanely fast, even with a pretty full restaurant, and thank god because we really were starving. I got the tuna poke bowl which was more like a platter. It was GIGANTIC. Ate it for lunch and dinner. My husband got the vegan bowl, which he didn't love... the vegan sausage had a strange aftertaste, but the rest of the bowl was very tasty. Again, huge portion and some to go, which never happens for him. We also shared. Bowl of the butternut squash soup, which came out at the perfect eating temp - not too hot! We will absolutely be back to try more of these menu options. (No pics... just ate) read more

I had Sproutz bookmarked and accidentally stumbled upon it recently on a scorching hot Florida day. Sproutz is all about clean/healthy foods. The cafe itself is clean and bright. There are two counters with roughly eight seats each. There is also four (covered) hi-top tables outside. The walls & counters are white. The seats are a green color. They have foods & food pics adorning the interior and providing pops of color. I popped in to grab a smoothie and cool off. Love/need/want my smoothies, especially in the Summer months. I reviewed the menu. They offer nine different smoothies. I went for the island fever smoothie. Found their smoothie prices to be reasonable at 16oz. for $6.99 & 24oz. for $9.99. Their other menu items were comparable in price to the area. After I tasted the smoothie I had a serious regret...should've gotten the 24oz. It was so good! Nothing artificial tasting in this smoothie. Delicious fresh fruit flavor, creamy, silky (blended well) and refreshing. Everyone dining seemed to be enjoying their various dishes. And they all looked appealing too. Next time I'll do lunch...and another smoothie ;)) read more

Healthy & nutritious foods with great flavor! Extensive menu with options ranging from juices to poke bowls to wraps and paninis... there's something for everyone! Easy touch screen ordering and the food comes quickly! Ordered the grilled salmon poke and absolutely loved the crunchy onions and sauce on the dish. Surprised myself when I ate the entire bowl because the portion was generous. The turkey pesto panini was another good choice! Also enjoyed the complimentary lemon water. Imagine ordering two bowls. Each is $22 with a 10% mandatory "service fee" (lol, for what? There's no wait staff). On top of that, imagine BOTH orders being wrong when they're handing to you at the to-go. We didn't realize both orders were wrong until, of course, we were long gone. Can't imagine a business this sloppy. Just unreal. I'd demand a full refund if it wasnt so out the way. Would never commend. read more

Food was ok at best, I guess. What angered me was that I did the self ordering through the machine without any human assistance. I was automatically charged a 10% service charge with no human interaction and was given an option to tip an additional 20+%. All in all, 1 poke bowl with one small scoop of salmon cost me in excess of $25. This is absolutely absurd. read more

While at work, I'm Aventura, I was in the mood for some Ahí Tuna Salad.. so whats the place to go for selection options ? YELP.. after scrolling threw a few places that had some good reviews and seemed to be good. After looking at pictures, drive time and price, I decided to give SPROUT a try.. and I was definitely NOT disappointed. The location is very small inside of a shopping plaza. Place looked very clean and well maintained, nice white and green colors in the location. Parking is available since they have the plaza parking lot, so very accessible. I went with the Ahí Tuna Bowl with Quinoa that I ordered in advance via YELP app, and that was a plus because of the 20 minutes drive to get here. The bowl was delish, there was a great combination of veggie and Tuna.. it's awesome when you can have such a well balanced portion that your last bite has everything you started with. Unlike bowls that has a teaspoon of tuna and 90% everything else. There was crunchnicess, sauce, and Tuna all over the place. I will definitely come back here and sit down and eat versus taking to go. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is because it is a little pricey, after taxes and all it's very close to $20 for a Bowl.. read more

We come to Sunny Isles every few months and Sproutz is a constant go-to. It's constantly fresh and delicious if you get their salads and poke bowls.
