She quoted us a 40-minute wait, but thankfully we were seated in about half that time. Inside, the restaurant is quaint and cozy with a classic diner feel complete with counter seating and booths. The ambiance is casual and welcoming. If you have a larger party, there are a couple of outdoor tables that appear to accommodate around six people, but personally I think this spot is best enjoyed with a smaller group. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and kept everything moving smoothly despite the busy brunch crowd. Every single thing tasted homemade and full of flavor. This is what Southern comfort food is supposed to taste like.
