I stopped by this KFC location today to use my T-Mobile Tuesday code on the tenders and fries. I placed my order through the KFC mobile app because the website didn't work for me. I got a large Mac and cheese, 3 piece tender with the KFC sauce and comeback sauce and fries to complete my order. When I arrived at the place, I was the first customer there and they were just about to open. This store location isn't in the best of area and the parking lot isn't in the best of shape either. When I walked inside of the place, the lady who open up just stayed in the back and was helping just the drive thru. So my order wasn't ready at the time I selected and had to wait even longer. It wasn't until another worker walked in and she started to help another customer first who was there to place an order. After she finish with him then she checked on my online order. They didn't even have to make the food, they just had to place it in a box and that was it. So I wasn't happy that I had to wait longer just because of the bad service here. The chicken tenders and fries were okay and the Mac and cheese was fine to me. It's not something I would come for occasionally, the last time I been to a KFC was like years ago. Stopped by today to get 40 piece hot wings. You can order it in 6,12, or 20 pieces. Instead of charging me two orders of 20, I was charged two orders of 12 and one order of 6 which ended up costing me more. It's a few dollars more but why?? Driving home from a long day of being out with the family , excited to pick up dinner from kfc. Ordered our food and spent just a little under $ 80 which isn't cheap for "fast food " ordered a family meal and two separate value meals and added on a few sides. Came home to find none of my extra ordered sides and none of my extra sauces as well as chicken not fully cooked. Tried calling them multiple times and no answer ...very disappointing! My kids like KFC. Personally, I prefer Popeyes. I usually order online and pick up. I never have any issues. I like this location as it has a drive thru so that is a plus. This is a little out of the way for me but as long as my kids enjoy it, I will keep coming back. Skip the disappointment at KFC and try Popeyes nearby. The family was craving fried chicken and this KFC was our go to place. I ordered the family meal extra crispy at the drive through and it was a little over $30. We got home and the chicken was horrible! It looked like it was sitting out all day. Dried out meat even on the drumsticks. They subbed a thigh for a breast piece. The biscuits were hard as rocks. The sides were the only edible food. We tossed the terrible food into the trash. I was extremely disappointed because this location was usually good. I reached out to corporate with my receipt info and all they said was sorry and give them another chance with a measly $10 voucher! Disappointed again. I've seen a lot of reviews on here saying that this location screws up their orders but I've never had that in the few times I've been here. Honestly, the food here is on par with any other KFC I have been to. Same taste & quality. Maybe I've been lucky. I dunno. It just feels like it's hard to screw up fried chicken. I will say, however, that I have been here a few times and just been completely ignored. As if I never even walked into the store. I voted this KFC as my favourite KFC of all.the KFCs. I used to live in this area but moved away quite far and had tried many other KFCs but none as good as this one! Today i went back for my Nashville chicken fix and the ladies still remember me!! Awesome ladies and their service were always satisfying! They remodelled the interior a little and it looks nicer! No more potato wedges.. i was not so sure to try the fries.. but it turned out the fries were SO GOOOD!!! This place is ridiculous. I ordered a $20 fill up with extra sides of fries and popcorn chicken. Once they give me the bag, I asked if everything was in there and they said "YES". I get home (luckily I live 1 mile away), I take the food out the bag and there's no box of popcorn chicken. So I drive back here to let them know they forgot and the manager says she put it in there. I asked her to check the cameras. And she said "NO". They said they would give me a free box of popcorn chicken and it would be the last time. That's ridiculous. Loved the experience. There was a mix up with our order and we had to wait...but the staff and owner were MORE than willing to accommodate. The owner gave us a free dessert, drink and fries for waiting. He truly understands customer service. You walk in and you are greeted by rude cashier. I ordered $5 fillup 2 piece chicken and cole slaw and 2 chicken little sandwiches. I get home and the chicken little sandwiches are not there. I ate the cole slaw a few bites and it was spoiled. The chicken tasted like it was cooked hours ago and was dry. Later that night I got sick on the cole slaw and threw up. Never will go back. I walked in around 7:30pm on a Sunday night and I seemed to be interupting something. There was no chicken in the warmers. They asked what I wanted so that they could tell me what they had. Hmm? I ordered a two piece breast and thigh with the fake mashed potatoes that I like and some cole slaw. I had to wait about 8+ min for the breast to be done. When I got the meal the breast was ok and the thigh was very very small. This is not the first time I've walked into a KFC and asked for chicken and they didnt have any on hand in the warmer. Waited in drive through for 20 min, only 2 cars ahead of me. 8pm Sunday. When I ordered they tell me they don't have extra crispy but have the regular bucket. I wait for 20 min for them to tell me they don't have chicken breast left. No apology, no substitution suggestion, nothing. They charged my card before telling me so they simply give me cash back. They have decent mashed potatoes and gravy. They generally have good biscuits. They have different types of chicken. Prices are not bad, especially with coupons. The not-so-good: Food generally tastes production-line, not gourmet. Kohl Slaw is below average, way below Chick-fil-A. Fried chicken quality is sporadic. Sometimes greasy, sometimes overcooked. Biscuit quality is also sporadic. Sometimes burned or overcooked. Quality consistancy is the problem, and even when at their best they are average. read more
