The young, male drive-thru worker who was at the window was extremely rude, to the point that we had to ask for the manager. He read what he thought was our order, and when we politely said it wasn't our order, he immediately started getting an attitude with us, cutting off my husband when he was telling him what our order was, raising his voice, going back and forth when I told him how rude he was being, smirking, and full on laughing out of spite. The manager eventually said a quick sorry just to get rid of us, but she looked like she didn't want be bothered and did not address how nasty her worker was being to us, even though she was right next to him most of the time. Ordered a 3 piece dinner with Cole slaw and mashed potatoes. For $14 and change I got two of the smallest wings and a breast. The chicken tasted old, the mashed potatoes had practically no gravy. Food is always a 30+ minute wait minimum because they're always "out of chicken". When you finally get your Sandwich it's thrown together with so much sauce covering the bun you can't even hold the thing. Building is always a sticky mess with full trash cans. This place is a joke. I never go here but my mom ordered through the mobile app and asked me to pick it up. The app said the food would be ready in 20-30 mins, which would have been fine. When I got there and went inside I knew already it was a clusterfuck. There were multiple employees looking confused and not helping people. Others were servicing the drive thru quickly but any mobile orders were waiting at least an hour. It took me like 15 mins to even get anyone to tell me if my food was done. Of course it wasn't, but then they just continued to ignore us (all of the mobile orders). Finally got my food an hour and 15 minutes after ordering. I will try to continue to avoid it. I ordered their manager special which include 10 piece leg and thigh combination half original recipe and half extra crispy (by request). I also ordered their chicken pot pie and it was delicious. Well, I remembered today why I can't stand KFC and it's not because of the food! The food is great, however it's the employees that ruin it! I ordered on the app today and went to the drive thru to pick up my order. Waited a good 7 minutes I would say on line just to be told I had to PICK UP my mobile order inside! When asked if they could just hand it to me through the drive thru the girl rudely told me "no you needa pickup inside". #1. What's the sense of ordering on the app if I can't pick it up on the drive thru? If the app would have said I can't pick it up on the drive thru I wouldn't have ordered on it, I would have just ordered at the window. #2. With COVID on the rise we all are trying to keep a distance and not go into places hence the ease of ordering on the app and going through the drive thru. #3 Why even have an app if I have to walk in anyway to just WAIT for them to make my order anyway and get it. I had to wait another 5 minutes for the meal to be put together. KFC's system doesn't make any sense!! And yes I filled the survey out that they sent me which specifically asked if I felt they took my health and safety into consideration with their protocols in place. By the way, when I went inside I didn't see anything that caught my eye. For example no hand sanitizer. My meal was good as always, lots of meat on the chicken, coleslaw is always good, and I also tried the fries which reminded me of fries from the fair. The amount of fries they give you is huge too!! I couldn't finish everything! It's KFC so what more can I say. Actually I have found that for some bizarre reason not every KFC location serves potato wedges which is beyond me cause those things are pretty darn good. I drove to the store and was advised that they do not fulfill orders after 9:00 although there business hours are until 10:00 PM every night. I mean I've been here a few times just cause I'm in the mood but I think this will be the last time. The last few times I've come at around 8-8:30(after work) and they never have anything I'm looking for. I came in and asked for a chicken sandwich with a side of Mac n cheese and the lady working rudely said they didn't have either of those things this late at night(keep in mind it was only 8pm. Once I went up to the counter to order it took about 5 minutes for someone to even engage me at all and another 5 minutes to even get my order taken. Thankfully they had the things I had wanted today. I waited 2 minutes and my food was up(fairly quick) I sat down and took a bite of that long awaited Mac n cheese just for it to be freezing cold. No where near warm enough for me to eat. I went up to the counter to ask for a new one and they said NO. Like "excuse me"! You just served me cold Mac n Cheese and your not even going to get me a heated up one. The audacity of the staff was just terrible. I will never be returning here again.
