Horrible service at this location. On 8/4/26, I put in a delivery order a little before 9 pm. Nearly an hour later I had not received my order. I contacted Wingstop to find out why. A smug young man got on the phone and told me that a door-dash driver picked up my food and was aware that it had not arrived. Because the door-dash app kept sending other drivers to pick up the food as it had not been delivered to my address. He then told me in a condescending manner that there was nothing he could do and that I needed to contact DoorDash to get a refund. I contacted DoorDash who confirmed that the order was not received and was sending the amount paid back to Wingstop so I could receive my refund. That part was smooth. I called back Wingstop and the young man again picked up the phone. When I told him I wanted my refund, he initially stated that he was not going to the issue the refund as he was assuming that I placed the order through DoorDash. At this point I was highly annoyed and without yelling or raising my voice. I told him that the order was placed through Wingstop and I asked the young man why he was making things more difficult. This triggered him and he became very defensive. The young man insisted he wasn't making things harder and I quietly responded by asking him to hurry things up. Again my voice was calm and I was not yelling. The young man then hung up the phone on me. I called back and another employee picked up the phone and asked me to wait on hold. About 2 minutes later the young man got back on the phone and told me that my refund was issued in some victimized type of tone. I said thanks so much and he again rudely hangs up the phone. At that point I made a decision to delete my Wingstop app and any further promotional emails from this company. I will not subject myself that kind of horrible service from some entitled brat again. So..I have had several negative experiences at the Wingstop on Rt. 211 in Middletown, however I decided to try them one more time because I was craving lemon pepper wings. I was waiting in line for a while because the customer in front of me was complaining about the amount of time it was taking to fulfill her order. After listening to the woman's complaints and how she was demanding that her food be free and how she wanted more "free" things to be added to her order. This woman was truly horrible! She had not been waiting long and was calling the cashier names and being very loud and obnoxious. However, I was very impressed with how the cashier handled the entire situation. Ra was the employees name and he kept his voice calm and respectful the entire time. He listened to the irate customer and apologized for the experience she was having, but he did not give into the woman and comp her meal or offer any free item to her. He did not become flustered, ask for a managers assistance, or disappear into the back until her order was ready. Within a few minutes of the lady ranting about the amount of time her order was taking, her order was ready. Ra handed the food over and told the lady that WingStop appreciates her patience. The lady was exhausted from ranting I think, and just said thank you and left. My order was fine, but I have a new respect for WingStop because of how professional Ra was in the face of a truly horrific customer. I love good service and truly love excellent service. Holy wings Batman!! The best wings!!! They have a ton of flavors. They make them fresh behind the glass next to the seating area so you can watch them being deep fried and tossed in a mixing bowl full of your sauce of choice. I personally enjoy the wings "extra crispy" and every flavor I've tried so far (4 flavors) has been the bomb.com :P & Their ranch dressing is yummmmyyyy!! I wish they would make a ranch dressing wing!!! That's my recommendation for you guys. That would be my fav!! The fries are also good. I've had takeout and dine in here. Both great experiences. This tiny wing joint has limited seating so sometimes you may have to take it to go or wait a while for a table. The place is always packed and when you sit down you see them just banging out wing orders, one after another. One more slight negative is it is kind of expensive. But it's good and worth it. I placed an order hours in advanced to be picked up at a certain time. My order was ready at the time chosen and correct. I order the 15pc combo for two and the flavors were lemon pepper and hickory smoke bbq. So delicious!!!! The French fries are so well seasoned (and even better than five guys ). Giving three and a half stars. Food was very good. I got the small six piece bone-in combo. I had three pieces of lemon chicken and three pieces of Parmesan with ranch as the side dressing. I got seasoned fries. With tax it was just under $12. The service was very good but there was nowhere to sit. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes at about 1:15 on a Sunday. I enjoyed everything I got. And I definitely will come back and try the Korean wings. They're not the best wings I've ever had, but they're definitely more in line of four star. Even though it's finger food, they should really give you napkins and a small plastic fork because of fries are a bit messy. They did not give either of those things in the bag. what really grossed me out was the restaurant inside smells like a dirty bathroom and there was no food safety. So Wingstop has gained a lot of popularity lately, which led to me to try it for the first time. I had high expectations with a lot of the positive feedback I've heard. But, I was disappointed. I ordered 20 wings with Louisiana Rub, Atomic, and Spicy Korean Q. My main issue with all of them was the lack of spice, including atomic. I usually go to wing places expecting them to be hot. It adds a lot of flavor and it's fun eating really spicy stuff to me. For reference I can hardly eat Blazin at BWW and mango habanero is spicy but still doable for me. The atomic flavor was the one I tried first. It looks pretty spicy, with chili flakes layered on top of it. But eating it there was not much spice at all- and this is their most spicy flavor. It's called Atomic dammit, I wanted a spicy wing. There was a tiny spice that I noticed after eating a few, but nothing extraordinary. With other wing places, if I get their most spicy flavor, usually I'm sweating, nose running, and coughing. None of that here. Louisiana Rub had hardly any flavor to me. No spiciness and the rub was really lacking in the flavor. Very boring. The spicy Korean was same story. Just very boring without the heat. Decent flavor, but not exciting enough for me. Couldn't notice any spiciness. The wings are cooked well at least. All mine were classic wings and were still nice and hot after a 15 minute drive. this place has been here since the summer but i noticed it due to a coupon and ad in the clipper magazine i get every month. this place is located in the big lots plaza. its actually the same space where papa johns used to be. the fries are amazing.. i got the parm and bbq boneless wings. both very tasty. the wait did take a while.. i think it was 18 mins but i went to big lots to kill time so it didnt seem that long but in hindsight, 18 mins is a long time. good thing i wasnt in such a rush that time. they have a soda dispenser that you can get free refills. they have tables but it is a tight squeeze when you have a stroller they also have bathrooms at the back of the store. read more

Delicious food & the best customer service I have experienced in quite awhile. I ordered delivery through Doordash, there was an incident with the driver at the restaurant when he went to pick up my order and they immediately handled it. Not only did they ensure my food was delivered in a timely manner, regardless of that driver's actions, they also refunded the money I paid for my order. I did not even complain about the wait but they took it upon themselves to ensure customer satisfaction and this is much appreciated!! The food order was really great too. I myself had bbq chicken wings and fries which was amazing and I definitely plan to order again. My coworkers all had various orders and everyone enjoyed their food.
