It was my loved one's birthday, and when we told Kasey, she completely understood the assignment. She made sure that we were having a wonderful time, was ninja-like in making sure our unused dishes were out of the way, she made wonderful, positive conversation that helped make our entire table feel welcomed + relaxed like we were old friends, and she had the most excellent timing with bringing out a surprise birthday treat at the end of our visit! I have never felt like a staff member at any place of business, no matter how wonderful they were otherwise, was as sincerely invested in making our experience unforgettable as Kasey was. at Kpot. Kpot is incredibly fortunate to have found such a warm, bright human being to work there.
