Went to drive thru. The food was hard and cold. Did not get a receipt. We pulled away and I went back in and asked for the manager. The guy went to the office, came back and said there was not one there. It was 3:00. He said what's the problem. I showed him the chicken and said it's cold and hard and very sm pieces.Can anybody else help me? He said, they don't speak English. Noone speaks English and no Mgr. And old and cold food. Just what we went there for. He then asked me if I wanted another order, I said I guess so. He got me another order,and without closing the box, slid it across the counter and walked away without saying anything.I have never been treated so terrible in any place in my life. Please acknowledge me of this problem and why I was treated so bad. I had to leave with a ripped bag an old bag of food and a new opened container of food and no apology. He just walked away. I recently tried out this KFC location. I have had KFC before, and it's average chicken. Nothing too great about it, however it satisfies your hunger. I had no issues with the food here. For my order, I tried a famous bowl, spicy chicken sandwich, and boneless nuggets. Everything was decent. The bowl could of used some more chicken in it, so I added some of my side nuggets into it. Ordered thru the mobile app. I had mashed potato bowl. It was thrown together nothing was melted. I ordered the new mashed potato bites and got chicken nuggets instead. I wish I could give -1 stars. I swore after the last time I went there (chicken was overcooked and way too dark) that I would never go there again. It was late and I was tired. It all ended up going in the trash. But we had company and that's what they wanted. Paid almost $50 for food. Asked for CORN. Idiot at the register put in coleslaw instead. I absolutely hate coleslaw. Meal was supposed to come with 8 biscuits and I ordered two more. They shorted us one biscuit and completely forgot to give us the two extra. I really like KFC and this is the only one in this area unless you go to Old Bridge. So from now on, we will only get KFC if we are shopping out that way. Ah, the line here was very long; 20min wait to order+get food - I think they ran out of chicken and had to make another batch. Drive-thru only (no counter service), too, which was making it longer. Once they had chicken, they moved faster. The prices have gone up in the years - a 10pc bucket with sides now is $30, used to be $20. The chicken pieces, too, were smaller - two thighs and a leg that looked like they came from young chickens instead of the classic larger - I'm not sure if they're killing them too young, or since no more hormones, they don't get that much bigger anymore. Still, the original was tasty as ever, the biscuit was great, and mashed potatoes and gravy have no equal. But the mac & cheese was too runny and they got rid of a lot of the menu for now (not sure if ever bringing back the BBQ chicken, the sliders, etc.). Sadly been to better. read more

This establishment does not even deserve one star. The service is extremely slow and you rarely get your entire order the first time around. The food is overcooked and the staff is horrendously unprofessional. I made my LAST purchase here last night. I've never heard so many derogatory terms being thrown about at any other establishment. The workers were throwing the N word around at each other like no one's business (among other nasty things). I was also very uncomfortable with how annoyed and aggressive they were with customers. Just came here to get a quick dinner. I've been wanting to try the Nashville Hot tenders so I ordered that. The tenders were okay but I was expecting them to be crispier. Maybe I'm just spoiled with eating good Korean fried chicken all the time. The sauce was spicy but not overwhelming. The meal came with fries, a biscuit, and a drink which were all good. I was impressed with the fries- crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Service was fine and there's plenty of parking around this fast food restaurant. read more

Very unprofessional. I'm not looking for 5 start service but it would have been nice to be acknowledged in the drive thru without having to announce myself after 30 seconds. Then I'm told what a second, which was another 30 seconds. The young man then said yah. I give my order, 2 combo meals. More silence. I don't think I've ever had a fast food MANAGER argue with me, especially after over charging us. My bf asked for a number 4 then sandwich, just the sandwich otherwise he would've stated the number 1. It was only me and him. That's TWO people. He charged us for 3 meals and handed us 3 drinks. I came here at 8:00 in the evening July 1st to get the largest bucket of mixed dark meat I could. When I asked the drive-thru person how much that would cost they said $34 and change. And I said to him, just the chicken right? And he said, yes just chicken. I was unhappy with that price but said whatever. Thinking it is normal bc this is a Time of high inflation. I drove to the pickup window and picked up my order & I asked him for some hot sauce packets and we said farewell. when I got home I was checking the menu there for something else and now I see that the bucket of chicken should have cost $24. I never thought I would review a fast food place, but this place is so bad that I feel compelled to do so. The corporate offices need to send someone down to straighten this place out. First off, the place does not look clean. There was garbage on the floor in the back it looked disgusting. The employees were talking and clowning around way too much. Plus there was a lot of cursing from the employees. The last 2 times I was there I waited over 40 minutes to get my food. I was not alone. Both times they did not have enough chicken prepared. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. Waiting more than 40 minutes for chicken sandwich combo is ridiculous. People who ordered after me received their orders before me. When I asked why they said the potatoe wedges were not ready and it would be another 5 minutes. I was not asked if I wanted another side instead, they walked away. This location always seem to run out of chicken along with other items. Wait time is absurd and staff is always unapologetic. They all seem very uninterested in being there. This is the worst kfc ever they always pull you to the side and take 10 to 15 min to bring out your food. They get bonuses on the timer so once they move you they could care less about you. If I could give this place 1/2 star I would. It was 1/2 a start only because the chicken tenders were ok, not great to order again, but the bucket of fried chicken was the worst!! Can't beat the $20 meal deal! It's was crowded when I went in the 4th of July. It was reasonably quick and fresh and tasty. I treated order lady with respect and patients and I got good service and no complaints. It's a hard job dealing with the public, sometimes customers can in with an attitude and get it back. I have tried this place twice. The first time was just a simple 8 piece meal. It wasn't great but was edible. I went for a second try today and got some bowls, some potatoes (they get a pass cause I know they are fake but that's the charm), and some chicken tenders, the same kind you can get at almost any restaurant. I thought "hey chicken place...can't mess up chicken tenders." I was wrong. I'm not sure what the tenders were seasoned with but they had a taste that was off-putting and a breading that was equally as gross. To seal the deal, the tenders were overcooked and served way too long after they were cooked. At this point I settled for the biscuit because we all love some KFC biscuits...at least I used to. The biscuit I ate was so stale it was like dust. I have a sneaky feeling that the top-notch kitchen crew is fixing food and letting it sit way past it's serve date. KFC, I don't know if you read this or even care, but this is possibly the worst restaurant I have ever been too. I played music all over the U.S. and I have eaten at some very questionable places but this joint takes the cake. This place needs an overhaul starting at the top. Whoever is managing this place has no standards for quality of food, cleanliness, or customer service. All three of these areas are beyond unsatisfactory. Maybe I am nostalgic for the days when KFC was really good chicken but those days are gone. his restaurant has transformed that reputation into a shell of bad food, bad ambience, and bad attitude all served at a ridiculously high price. The worst location I ever visited. I have made numerous calls to the 1800 number asking to have the owners of this location to either call or email me,it goes on deaf ears! Always a long wait with no one in the place,rude employees.The last straw was when I visited sat around 8pm,place was deserted! They told me they only had a limited menu! I go to the window and the style of chicken they didn't have ready. It was Crispy. They never have any available when I go. I don't understand it was 6:50 pm . Why not? I moved to the area 4 years ago and the only problem I ever had at this place was the intercom/speaker didn't work properly and I had to keep going to the window to order instead of at the menu board.
