I go through the drive-thru and my mobile order is always right and ready when I get there. If I go inside I am ignored by staff walking by the counter. Today I had to go behind the counter and get my mobile order off the shelf since the person walked by me twice and didn't ask if I needed something. So I stopped in at 9:39pm today . It was quite busy. 3 people waiting to order then me plus another one waiting on an order. There was no one at the front at all. I set my timer and after 11 mins I was very polite and gently yelled to the back is someone Going to come out to the front and take are orders plus help the guy with his pick up order. It was like I was really bothering them . With that I left and gave up. As I left the other people waiting were like , 'Thank You!' Just terrible. A small Taco Bell located near a strip mall, just off Route 34, the place was packed with kids during a weekend late-night stop for a drink. The coke machine has a water tab, but also another tab for dispensing what tastes like carbonated water out of the root beer tap. Mediocre service speed, and didn't really feel sparkling clean. Busy Taco Bell on Hwy 34. Quick drive through service though! My tacos and burritos are always fine and never have anything missing.

Everytime I go here they are really rude. Today I passed the menu at the drive thru and I asked if I can just order at the window. And the guy said "No you can't. You have to pull around." I know they can order it at the window for me, McDonald's has done it for me when I wanted to change my order. So I did pull around even though the line was VERY LONG. And when I came up to him and told him "You know it wasn't very nice of you to do that, you can lose customers like that." I said this very very nicely. He said, "Ok, tell my manage." and slammed the sliding window. The night crew are always nasty! I'm definitely gonna talk to the manager. This taco bell was recently renovated and looks amazing! But that's just a side note, the food is always loaded. They never skimp out of their food items. The mexican pizza is fully topped and the filling of the tacos and chalupas are packed. I've mostly done the drive thru and they are super quick and friendly. I swear it's Angy doing it but she wasn't even working. hopefully she got fired. but she got my order wrong every time before. and now the rest of them are doing it. she had to have taught them her ways. we honestly ordered a taco pack with no lettuce just meat and cheese, and they must have poured the whole thing of lettuce on our tacos. you know how sad I was.
