(could have been hotter in temp though). I ordered the bowl version of the Truffle Burrito, and it was incredible. The portion was huge, so I couldn't even finish half (hello, amazing leftovers for lunch!). My boyfriend had three mixed street tacos and loved the chicken taco the most -- which says a lot, since he isn't usually a chicken guy. Service: Our server, Antonio, was the standout of the night. He's easily the best server I've had in years. Friendly, genuine, and full of pride in his work -- we honestly thought he was the owner! He turned a great meal into a memorable experience. Ambiance: The ladies' bathroom was spotless and beautifully decorated -- a nice touch that shows attention to detail. My only small complaint would be that the lighting in the dining area could be a bit softer. The chandeliers give off a cozy, romantic vibe, but the brighter lights took away from the mood a bit. I have frequented this place multiple times now and it does not disappoint!!! The portions are awesome & I hope it stays that way! At first you needed to go up to the register to place your order, but the last time I did a sit down here they had someone taking our orders. It was a nice game changer in my opinion. As you can tell, I have tried multiple items on their menu and all I can say is yummmmmmm! They are definitely on my top places to go to for birria type foods! They even have a birria Ramen, which sounds deliciously bad for you! Here's another piece of high praise...my fiance also loves the Birria grilled cheese....like a lot! Me an my wife went here. Food was great, service was amazing. Waiter was awesome, friendly and checked on us. We would definitely go back. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 out of 5 is because if you spend $15 on 3 tacos you should at least get a side with it. Some of there dishes dont come with sides. Thats the only thing. Alright here we go. This is for the owner/operator. Ambiance clean but not authentic. Mexican style skull dolls do not make it authentic. Please fix the ripped seats, it makes it look a lot worse than it is. The place feels very "take-out only", the menu was designed for a fast food chain store. FOOD: gets 2 stars. Nothing authentic about it, not the flavors, not the style, not even the way it looked on the plate. Now I am not hating, there is a lot of potential to make it sooo much better. If you are going to represent Mexico, make sure you got the best friggin Tacos on the block. My daughter loves it here. I had a cheese quesadilla which was average, can't really mess that up. Daughter had the shrimp tacos which she loved. BF had the carnitas quesadilla which he left me a piece to try and it was pretty good. He really liked it. Also ordered the churros, maybe they would have been better if they were warm. My friends and I came here on Sunday around 2:00 pm. Luckily there were not many people so we were able to grab a table quickly. You walk up to the counter to order your food then grab a number a pick a table. Drinks and sauces are self-service. I loved the vibe in this place, especially the mural on the side of the wall. It's just fun and bright inside. The food probably took about 10 minutes to come out. Everything was very flavorful and if you needed extra spice you could add any of the sauces. My only complaint is the tacos come with only cilantro and onions as standard. I feel like it could of added a lot more if it came with lettuce, salsa, cheese, etc. I'm sure you can add it on for extra but I'd rather it come as standard. Other than that, no complaints. This place is great if you want a casual meal and authentic food. The inside is clean and not crowded at all. The servers were really nice - you order at the counter then they bring the food to you once it's ready. We ordered the ceviche tostadas, street tacos (al pastor, barbacoa, and carnitas), and a quesadilla. The tostadas were fresh and light, with lots of flavor. The tacos were good too, although I felt the barbacoa meat was a bit dry and could've been broken down into smaller pieces to make it easier to eat. My favorite was the al pastor which came with pineapple and added a nice sweetness to each bite. The quesadilla was good, it came with a tasty sauce which we didn't know was spicy until we tried it. Luckily, we could handle the spice but for those that can't, be aware! Overall, we were very satisfied with the food and were surprised by the large portion sizes. 3.5 stars which is just ok. Taco N Lime is owned by Burger Bros. I love Burger Bros, but this place didn't live up to their other establishment. I had the Jamaican Chimichanga, Cabos tacos, Carne asada quesadilla, rice, refried beans, and a tres leches cake. The Jamaican Chimichanga was good, but not great. The chicken had Zero jerk flavor. The plantains that were in it were delicious, but that's about it. The Cabos tacos were ok/ good. The Carne asada quesadilla was DELICIOUS! It was the best thing I ordered from here, and I'd definitely come back again for. The Mexican rice and refried beans were terrible! The rice had no Flavor, and it was dry. Mexican rice is suppose to be fluffy, and this wasn't. The texture and taste was awful. The tres leches was mediocre. It wasn't bad, but not great either. I'd definitely come back for the quesadilla, and I'll try some other things again down the line. The business is new so I think they will improve in time. read more

We ordered the shrimp ceviche, Malhi burrito bowl, Tacos Americano, Tacos Birria, guacamole, veggie quesadilla, chips and salsa verde. Now I'm writing this, just realized they charged me for the chips and salsa verde, but we never received. Everyone loved their food, I had the tacos Birria and it was awesome, best I've had. The guacamole and shrimp ceviche were also perfect. Our kids ate without making too much of a fuss. Would definitely go back. Few recommendations to the management: for appetizers like the ceviche, consider providing small plates and more chips, there's not enough chips. I'm new to Marlboro and I'm always looking for good solo date restaurants. The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered a burrito and a bottled drink. They had cute decorative bottle openers for customer use. One thing I hate is going to a restaurant and still being hungry once I leave. I thought about ordering an appetizer for this exact reason and it was not necessary. The gentlemen running the restaurant are kind and extremely polite. When I mentioned I wear hearing aids, they were patient and spoke loud enough for me to hear them and didn't mind repeating themselves a few times. The restaurant was clean and made me feel like I was visiting another part of the world. It wasn't clear to me that anyone spoke or were familiar with ASL, but there is plenty of room for wheelchairs and families. They also deliver which is great for days I'm feeling lazy even though I live right down the street. I visited this restaurant on a Friday afternoon/night and I slowly started to see the pace pick up. Next time I definitely want to try the quesadilla or taco salad. read more

I was very excited to try this place and when I did, it was very disappointing. I called an order in and it was still wasn't ready until 30 minutes after they said it would be. We were the only ones there..... the lady up front was nice but the guy (manager?) was very rude and making excuses ..... "the kitchen staff is very busy" when I can literally see them laughing and dancing. When the food did come, it was mostly good. I wouldn't recommend the Mexican pizza, unless you like cinnamon, because that what it tasted like. After reading all of the previous reviews, I'd like to give the place another chance, hopefully when a diffrent person is running the counter. read more

The food was absolute garbage, the steak left a really awful taste in our mouths and it was WAAYYYYY overpriced. $80 for guac and tacos for 3 people. The worst part of it all was the employees. They were rude, unwelcoming, and we felt judged the whole time as we were eating. There were also about 6 employees just standing around at the counter not working and it felt so awkward.
