I went to this store 10/26 2015 and ordered 8 pieces of dark meat legs and thighs. When I got home they felt very wet. But I ate them anyway . I only ate 3 and saved the rest for another day. That night I had the runs with stomach pains. I called the manager Sammy and told him , He did not care at all. I told him I would call his corporate office. He said fine they would just ask for a doctors bill. I did call and he was right they don't care at ALL. I called 4 or 5 times. Talked a woman in the complaint dept. AND SHE DID NOT CARE EITHER !!! I this Kfc I never have any problems when I come here .I know it's the summer and everyone goes to the beach, so if there is a wait the cashiers and managers let u know that there is a wait. I always say no problem and they offer a drink for the inconvenience of having to wait. I was there today and they where under staff and they had a few rude customers, but for the most part ppl could see that it wasn't a lot of staff members. I went through the drive thru a few weeks back, my husband ordered 3 $5 fill up meals, and a kids meal. We ordered an additional 4 biscuits. Checked the bag, the biscuits are not there. We paid for them so I went inside with the receipt to get them. I told the young guy at the counter, then some old manager with gray hair comes over, and was acting like I was trying to get over on them for 4 free biscuits. He then turns to the guy at drive thru and starts belittling him, which made me very uncomfortable. I get my biscuits go home, we start eating, my chicken strips are under cooked. This completely grossed me out. I tell my husband he says don't make a big deal about it, it was only $5. I throw the chicken out, and go to eat my mash potatoes, only to see a hair stuck in the gravy. Googled the number to call them, it rang a bunch of times, and then went to a fax machine, tried calling again and it says call can't be completed. Call from hubby's phone, same exact thing. This pissed me off so I called corporate, left a complaint did not hear back, called a week after that to follow up was told I would hear back soon, nothing yet, so I called tonight the guy told me they updated the system and all the previous complaints had been deleted. I told him the situation, and they are sending me a $30 food voucher which I can use at any KFC, because I won't be going back to that dirty place ever again!!! read more

Its hard to be the worst kfc in america but.....i mean every time i go in there...slow workers goofing around,unbelievable how they do not even care about how long you standing there.place is always dirty,i just waited for 10 minutes with only 1 person in line,finally i said im outta here,their food isnt even good,cant even call it chicken,lol...thats enough for me.....go to popeyes,crown,new york chicken...anywhere but here...really badly managed.....and now that chicken coupe is gone we need a good chicken place in this area !!! read more

I was very unsatisfied with my order from this location. When I go everytime my order is always wrong. When I came today, ordered the Nashville hot wings they gave me regular hot wings which I didn't want. Plus it had (11 wings and one leg). I waited 15 minutes at the window before someone came to the window, told me the price and then started talking to the other coworker. The whole time I was at the window. He didn't even close the lid to the soda all the way that I spilled it in my new car. Everytime I come the order is wrong, I always wait 15 minutes or longer to receive my food and or someone come to the window. ITS TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I only come to this location because it's close to my house. They are rude everytime I go. All I wanted was the nashville hot wings that's all my boyfriend wanted and didn't even get it. And fast food wants $15 an hour when they can't even get the orders right and give the crappiest food to the customers. read more

The service is very bad. I went through the drive through and they kept asking me for my order. They wouldn't give me the order once I placed it. I couldn't get a specific side item I had to only get the one in the picture. This is not the case at all kfc restaurants either. Better to go to others. Mi had to leave it was so bad. read more

I'm not even sure where to start. My daughter and I visited this KFC on Memorial Day 2018. The rest room's soap dispensing machine was non-functional (made me wonder how the male employees wash their hands). While in the restroon, I could hear employees talking loudly using foul language (curse words). When I was waiting to place an order, the cashier / counter person was socialing with the customer in front of me. When another employee came to open another register (its possible is was a person in charged like a manager)and remarked " next customer on line", I proceeded to her and she refused to take my order! She actually wanted to take the order of a customer who came after me! She told me in a nasty tone that I had to submit my order to the other cashier who was still busy with the customer that she socializing with (the male customer was asking the cashier where she was from to which she replied "originally from Florida")! The socializing went on for several minutes...it was really unbelievable! The lack of logic was jaw-dropping. I was embarrassed that my youngest daughter witnessed how ill managed this operation was. read more
