DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! My Mother and daughter walked into this kfc to grab dinner this evening (ordered food to go.) Ordered a popcorn chicken meal w/a Diet Coke, a "fill up" meal w/a fruit punch, and a famous bowl meal with a regular coke, plus a large coleslaw. The store was practically empty, yet the wait was at least 15 minutes. When they got back home, we found that instead of the popcorn chicken meal, they gave us some kind of spicy wings, they also gave us 2 diet cokes instead of one diet and one regular, and they forgot the cole slaw entirely. So.... we were left with one meal that no one wanted to eat because we don't like spicy food, and we lost $5 because of the missing coleslaw and a Diet Coke that I won't drink. I understand that mistakes are made, but this really just sucked. We will be sure to second guess every order from here on out, if we even choose to go to this KFC again. read more

Horrible experience. Placed an order for the 8pc meal with mash/gravy and 4 PC biscuits. Drive up to the window and pay. The lady hands us a bag with butter and honey and says it'll be 14 mins for the biscuits and asks if I want to wait. I ask her what other options do I have but to wait since I've already paid for my food. I've been waiting in the parking lot beyond the 15 mins for biscuits. Every time I go, I get the same thing. The chicken bowl meal. Comes with mashed potatoes and Gravey with corn and chicken mixed in. So good! For the combo they give you a cookie and a drink. About $8. Service is always fast and friendly. I only go to the drive thru. The menu is also very easy to read. read more

Horrible service! If I could give 0 or negative stars That would have been the true rating. 1st the girl at the drive through could not take the order correctly. A second person had to come on the mic to finish the order. Then they told us it would be a 9 min wait for my meal. That 9 min wait turned into 45 mins because the female work at the drive through window told the managers that the order was completed, when it was not. Then they get the amount of my chicken in my family meal wrong along with the wrong sides. All that waiting and they never give me anything for their mistakes. I quit eating fast food in 2013. This stop was an exception, and happened to be the best fast food customer service I have experienced. Interacted with 2 different employees for my drive thru order. The woman who took my order was just genuinely KIND. When I pulled up to pay, the guy said they were cooking fresh chicken tenders for my order which would take about 5 minutes and asked if that was alright. I only ordered the chicken tenders, not a meal, so just after I paid, the guy offered me a drink of my choice for my wait. I parked around the front of the building, A woman just came out to bring me my food. She genuinely thanked me for waiting and told me she gave me an extra chicken tender. :) I rarely order fast food these days, but I know this kind of customer service is rare! read more

Just came in to pick up a late evening dinner from the "drive through" and was helped by Noah who was very considerate and courteous. I come here once in while. 2nd time I've ordered the family pack. The picture on the menu board shows a bucket, but if you look closely and read the description, it explains what are included. Only idiots would overlook it. If the description says so and came in a box instead but still find everything in there as described, then no harm done, plus people should know that the fast food market always create pictures that would seem more appealing to the customer. If customers want a 10 star service and food, it's best to go at a expensive sit down restaurant, but since this is fast food I really like how this store got my order out the drive thru really fast. read more

I used to like KFC. Not any more. I ordered the crispy chicken once and it had absolutely no taste! I called the manager and she said they get it pre marinated and the taste is very light. Light?! My mother is on a low salt diet, which makes things taste saltier, and even she said it was tasteless! Somebody's not following directions somewhere... I decided to try the boneless today. OMG! They are sooo small. Some pieces were the size of two chicken McNuggets put together! A total rip off! Never again! The restaurant was totally empty. OH MY GOD, RUN! ZERO STARS!! I don't typically eat fast food but got take out with my boyfriend about 4 weeks ago. We both ordered chicken (I had popcorn, he had drumsticks) but had different sides. I used dipping sauces/ and he didn't... The next morning I figured my stomach was just upset at the greasiness. Then came my second trip to the bathroom, then the third. (And nope, I wasn't throwing up!) This continued for SEVENTEEN DAYS straight. I was going to the bathroom between 3-8 times a day. I saw the doctor twice in urgent care and one to my primary care doc. I was placed on 3 antibiotics and had a full work up done to discover I had a SEVERE CASE OF FOOD POISONING (obviously) and my doctor said it was most likely from improper food handling. I have never in my life been so sick from a food related experience. It was 100% caused from my trip to KFC in Ewa Beach!! This makes me especially scared for anyone with an already weakened immune system, pregnant women, the elderly, etc who cannot afford to get SO sick and have to be put on medicine. This has nothing to do with their food but service so I ordered a pizza from dominos and while waiting my 4yr old daughter had to pee bad so I when to look for the security guard to open the bathroom in the building but we couldn't find them so we rushed to KFC since I no for a fact they had a bathroom we ran in tried to open the door but it was locked so I go to the front and ask for a key the lady tells me sorry you need to purchase something and I said no I mean I just spent my money on pizza and I told her it's not for me it's for my daughter can she pls. Worst service ever! The drive thru is completely slow and their workers are incompetent and rude. Waiting 30 minutes in drive thru with just a few cars ahead of you is not uncommon. If the workers were nicer the long wait would not be as bad. read more

This is for the service only! Aside from the food . . . This place in ewa only deserves one star for their service. I was being generous and gave two stars instead for the food since their food is pretty good. When me & hubby decided to eat here last night, we planned it earlier that morning. There was a line and a few cars ahead of us. We waited for a bit. When we got to the line to order, no one answered. Waited there for a minute or two and I said "uhhhh hello anyone there?". Then a lady answered and said yes what do you want to order? I was like wtf very bad customer service. First of all you don't let a customer wait, you greet them nicely and say order when your ready not "what do you want to order?" Secondly, when me and hubby was about to order, my hubby wanted to order the 8 piece meal since it was way cheaper than buying to meals. As we were ordering the meal, another lady started taking our order. Okay so weird! You don't just switch a person while we are ordering! Lady was kinda nicer but not really. She didn't tell us our price after we ordered. We wanted to substitute a mash potatoe for wedges but the lady wouldn't let us since it changes the pricing which is understandable. The good deal was add on extras sides for $1 more family size so we got that. We also ordered drinks on the side regular price which was $3+ more so we bought two of those. Very experience and I don't understand why KFC meals don't come with drinks as aside with their individuals drinks which is crazy and expensive as is! I could went to longs and buy a 2 litter for $1.50. Not to mention the new lady who was taking our order was really rude when she asked what type of chicken we were ordering. It was only like a three second wait that I didn't answer the lady since I had asked my hubby what he wanted for his chicken type and the lady rudely was like mam crispy, original, or grilled? I said it politely since I know that people spit or do things to your food if your rude or give attitude back.
