They didn't give me any of the sauces I picked, they didn't give me the wrong size of fries, they didn't give me the fries I picked to replace the coleslaw, and they burnt the chicken strips. I ordered an 8 piece on line. When I picked it up the chicken looked really dark I asked if it was original which is what I ordered. When I got home and took it out of the box it was darker that it was before. The chicken had been fried in old oil. When we begin trying to eat it it was hard, oily and rubbery. Everytime I order drive thru at Kentucky Fried Chicken stores, there is an error made. I decided to go in to place my order. It was clean and presentable and I got helped fairly quick. Upon hearing my number to pick up my order, I nearly fouled up by just taking the bag full and walking out the door. Catching my near miss and verifying the order before leaving, I ran into another situation where the order was inadequate. Once I brought the discrepancy to the employees attemtion, they apologized and corrected immediately the mistake in my order. I am unsure of why this happens at the KFC's, but the customer service at this location was extraordinary. I have many times thought of going to a Popeye's or Church's to avoid the snafu at the drive up, but each and every time KFC is what I see in my rear view as I drive away. He made sure my family of 7, traveling from Florida back home to Kentucky was satisfied with our meals and checked on us frequently even while short staffed and busy! We stopped by today on Father's Day in memory of my father, who passed from COVID-19 in 2020, whose favorite fast food restaurant was KFC. Carl's service made our quick lunch a special memory. Apparently it takes 20min to heat up water to make gravy, I was just told that it would be an additional 4min. Also there seems to be a lot of playing around and talking. I went for the first time. I started to place my order and was cut off before I could finish. The lady said they were out of popcorn chicken, so I cancelled my bowl order and asked for a 3 piece meal all white. She asked me to pull around. I got the total, paid, and was asked to pull forward. We sat there for about 20 minutes. Once the drive thru cleared, I backed up to ask about how much longer it would be. She said oh I'm sorry I forgot about you. When we received the food, it wasn't even hot so I'm not sure why we were pulled forward. Hope if you give them a chance your visit is much better than mine was. read more

Just close, if I was corprate off I would revoke your rights. It's honestly sad Yelp hasn't enabled zero star reviews because this KFC did everything it could to piss me off. When partaking in fine dining it would be permissible to wait 50+ minutes for your meal, at a KFC- it's not. My friend and I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches hoping to compare it to the far superior Popeyes. One would think that such a simplistic order would be quick to make, once again foolish assumption from this humble reviewer. When we got to window 20 minutes after getting to the menu board I knew we were in for an experience. Sharon the manager took our order and let us know it would be exactly 6 minutes until the sandwiches would be ready and to pull around in front. My friend and I being military members took Sharon at her word but wow was that a blunder. 35 minutes later an employee with the angriest face I've seen since the Disney classic 101 Dalmatians' Corella DeVille ruined my childhood.
