They were out of mac and cheese and biscuits, didn't tell us, and still charged us. Waited in line behind one car for like 30 minutes too.

A well earned one star all around. Their menu board is missing a huge chunk so there's no tenders listed. My wife got her classic chicken sandwich and a large root beer. Chicken was tough as leather but root beer was cold. I said I wanted an 8 piece tender, fries, and a drink. Girl asks in a meal. I said yeah, I guess. Can I get a diet with that? She said it doesn't come with a drink. Oh. When we get to the window it's $41 and they hand us a huge bag of food. Instead of the fries and drink I wanted, I got a whole family meal which was the tenders (that were not tender) mashed potatoes, gravy, and cole slaw. Biggest insult, the meal was supposed include 4 biscuits and they FORGOT THEM!!! Whoever the franchisee is just needs to tear it down and start over. Seriously horrible experience!! read more

Pull up at 6 PM on a Sunday night, Not a sole at the Drive Thru and you can't go in because they can't find help. After a three minute wait someone finally came on the speaker and asked what I wanted. I ordered a simple chicken sandwich, and Mac n cheese, Then the kid tells me I can only order off the A&W Menu, The KFC side was down for the night. Are you kidding me? Just went through the KFC drive thru only to be told that they are out of chicken. How does a place who's only job is to have and make chicken, completely run out of chicken?? Place is very empty more employees than guests service is super fast but the reason for the one star is my chicken was like warm and the most dry chicken I've ever had don't get me wrong it was extra crunchy as advertised but the chicken was so terribly dry it's as if it was fried left out and re-fried again. Went their with wife and kids driving through the town. I ordered 16 piece meal with 2 mash potatoes, 1 mac n cheese, 1 coleslaw. Sign says they were opened till 10 but at 8:30 they were cleaning up to leave , we wanted original but they only had mixed pieces so I said that'd be fine. Well when we received food Chicken looked old and dry, potatoes had a brown ring on top, and coleslaw was slimy, I actually tasted it and o boy spit it right out, I complained to manager Randy who stated he had to call someone to approve refund, he then proceeded to state I was no longer welcome in any kfc in ND or SD, I said so I'm not welcome ,because you served bad food, that'd fine, I asked do you like coleslaw ?He said yes I said you try it he said no it's been open ok I respect that, well how bout I buy you one and you taste it he said no then you'll complain I'm eating on the job, I said your not even confident in tasting your own food that you say is fine , because it tastes awful, well if you want horrible service and not great KFC go to Kfc in Dickinson ND, bye the way I was never planning to come back we were passing by what a mistake. read more

Went inside to order at lunch was not very busy for lunch time and it took 45 minutes to get our food. 2 employees were just walking around watching everybody instead of helping, one of which would take small dance breaks to show off his moves. Don't know how they stay in business. asked for all crispy, I don't really like the original recipe and not only was my chicken cold but one of the pieces was original recipe and they did not even bother to tell me. Waiting 45 minutes there was no reason for them not to have it all crispy. This was the second time we have been there and they took forever and then gave us the wrong stuff. We will not be going back. Filled out a survey and KFC corp. is sending us a free meal but I will find someone else who has the patience to wait that long for "fast food". read more

I ordered my food here and it took forever to get my food. About 10-15 as I waited outside of the drive through. When I got my food I should have known to check my bag if I got everything. I usually have faith in people in giving us the right things for our food....I was wrong... I was missing ketchup and plastic ware...I had mash potatoes and coleslaw.... So I didn't have any plastic wear with me, I'm not from here so I don't have these essentials in my hotel room. After that I open my coleslaw and the container wasn't full just a small scope of coleslaw...which was disappointing....as I'm eating my chicken I get thirsty...so I took a sip of my soda...and its flat....great time in Dickinson... read more

Ordered two 2 piece $5 meals for my wife and I and were severely disappointed. The chicken was old, soggy, and cold. I would not recommend. Also at 8:15PM they had no lights on and there drive up menu was not lit and very difficult to read (close at 10PM). read more

The last two Sundays I was in Dickinson grocery shopping so the first time I stopped to grab dinner for the family. I went inside and the young lady that waited on me shouldn't have been taking orders, I asked her three times for the family fill up and she royally screwed it up. By the time my order was complete I paid almost 65 dollars. When I got home which is 40 miles out of town I found out how bad it really was. She didn't even get the kind of chicken right. So I called and was told to stop back and they would remake my order for free. Nothing was said about taking the screwed up order back that day. So the following Sunday I went back to get my free meal which ended up costing me another 55 dollars. This KFC sucks and I will never go back, I wish I knew who owed the place because they should be ashamed of ripping people off like this. read more
