Jaimie F, was the Epitome of Customer Service and everything a manager should be.... Upon entry he came our front and greeted us took or Order and in less than 15 minutes; out order was Hot and Correct and all while Smiling and being Polite and Personable...... We almost didn't go here because of the bad reviews, about slow service. I'm glad we went. We had very good service. Alexander our bartender and waiter was very attentive. Took our drink order food order. The drinks came right away and the food followed. We really enjoyed this place. Give it a try and ask for Alexander. We saw the other waitresses serving other customers and they were quick and always with a smile. read more

Cold food, over 45 mins for food to come out when restaurant was not busy. Server barely checked on us, glasses went unfilled. Go somewhere else! read more

It took an hour to get are food, and it was cold really disappointing and would not come here again.

Ordered to go. Had 20 wings and a sampler app. Only got 1 ranch and fries were very old! (Online order included shows 5 ranches and a celery carrot side. Did not receive the veggies either) read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was extremely disappointing. The service was some of the worst I've experienced at a restaurant. From the moment we sat down, it felt like our table was completely forgotten. It took an unusually long time just to be greeted, and after ordering, we waited far too long for our food and drinks with little to no communication from the staff. read more

fine food, really long wait didn't get our food for at least 45 minutes, bartender made me the wrong drink three times it had a picture on the menu and looked completely different from the previous times I've ordered. read more

We waited over an hour and 10 for our food. Service was horrible. No one was around. Took 10 minutes to get seated and there were maybe four or five people in the facility (including the workers). We told one of them that we were leaving. The worker we spoke to was not mentally present iykyk. Do not go here. read more

Absolutely pathetic. I used to love this buffalo wild wings and go there every day. I will never be back. I ordered 20 trad wings and 20 boneless and 14 out of the 20 were less then an inch wide and 1/4 inch thick. I would've gotten more chicken ordering from Wendy's. read more

Service is nonexistent at this establishment. Food is horrible which is sad because it's great literally every other B-dubs! They had more staff than patrons and not one person was being helped! read more

Terrible, waited for 45 minutes to be seated after being told that we would be seated in 10 minutes. Got our drink order wrong. Just terrible service. I got cheese curds and wanted to dip them in marinara sauce and the server judges me for wanting to do that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Food took forever when there was like 10 other people. Very dirty!! Very good food though. The pretzel bites were a little bit too frozen tasting. Thank you for the fancy napkins!! To go box was too small for the fries. Water was too watery! Overall very mid. read more

Local customer had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the online order. By the time we ate the food it was warm. When my Husband grabbed the bag it broke and the lady kept on walking, tried to ask for another bag. Don't know if it was intentional or not but we will not be giving them our business anymore!! read more

We came in to the restaurant it was slow mind you and we weren't immediately seated which isn't a big deal never expected to be but one we were seated we sat in the booth for 30 minutes and not a single server stoped and asked for our drink order or anything so we left honestly it's sad because I've never had a bad experience with any bdubs until this one read more

It took 55 minutes after we walked in the door to receive two orders totaling 25 wings in three different sauces. They seemed short-staffed at the front of the house and maybe down a cook. Additionally, they were out of many key ingredients - see the picture from the fronI should have believed the older Yelp reviews from more than a year ago but it seems like this place just doesn't learn from feedback. I hope you will learn from my mistakes read more

I'm an Afghanistan vet and went there for the Veterans Day promo with my family. Was offered zero help in the lobby for 20 minutes and the. left. I was a little disappointed when there was no hostess at the counter when I arrived. She came a seated me and I was watching and I realized it was just her and the guy at the bar for the entire restaurant. They were both hustling and did a nice job of servicing everyone in the restaurant. Food was really good and came out much faster than I expected. I ordered a burger and it was great. Very impressed with the staff here for the circumstances. read more

One of the worst dining experiences I've had. Bartender appeared sick and coughed loudly on my beer while pouring. Can't cover your cough while holding a glass and pulling the draft lever. Tried to just write it off and give benefit of the doubt. Ordered food, buffalo chicken dip and bone in wings. Buffalo chicken dip was warm at best and bone in wings were cold. I had asked for a side of hot dipping sauce to go with my wings. When I told the bartender the wings were cold and I wanted a box so I could go back to my hotel and microwave them she laughed. She brought a box and said she gave my hot sauce to someone else and would be right over with a new one. Did not seem concerned with a customer having a poor experience and poor food. Appeared several other customers were also frustrated with food coming out exceedingly late from the rest of their parties order. My drink and several others drinks went unfilled for 5-10 minutes. (I was even asked if I wanted another beer, I said yes and waited 5 minutes before I was asked if I wanted another one again. I decided to call it quits and leave) Hopefully this location turns a corner for the better. Reviews are pretty sad. I now know why. read more

Good service the wings I got were a bit dry even with Nashville sauce on it, but the overall experience was great, would recommend.

This place is a hit or miss, service varies, sometimes it's great sometimes it's awful, it's a matter of luck. I really feel like these chain restaurants should be a little better in customer service, the food is sometimes cold and sometimes fresh. There should always be freshness and great service. I come and go, unfortunately there's not very much options out here in ND so I can't help it when I crave some wings. It's okay. I will always come back anyways when I want my wings and a good beer. read more

Food took forever and wasn't bad, just wasn't special. Ordered the $3 special drink, was charged $7. Service was almost non existent and took forever. Sat with an empty glass for the majority of the time I was there and the customer next to me (seeing I was frustrated) flagged down the employees when I sat with a sumner on the bar for fifteen mins. BW's always have there flag hanging showing you how long they have been there. This one since 2014, pretty sure they haven't dusted the items up high since then. They have a neat tribute to sports, but the dust was crazy. read more

Myself and my family stood at the door for 10min one waiting looked at us and never said a word. I would NOT RECOMMEND.

I felt bad for the poor girl working she was the only one working while everybody else was in the back I guess on break. Doing nothing. I don't blame the waitress who was trying her best to run the whole place single handed read more

What a joke! We stopped in to have some lunch and watch some football. After we were seated it took 20 minutes before the server came and ask for our drink order. We didn't not see her the rest of the night. Then it took another 15 minutes before the manager came over and asked if we had gotten our food order taken. When we told her no so she took her order for us. It took another 25 minutes before we had to ask where our food was. It took another 20 minutes before food came out. Our appetizers never did come out. My son ordered boneless wings and they were the size of onion petals they were so small it was utterly ridiculous. I ordered a smoked brisket burger and it came with fries. My burger did not have any burger patties on it only brisket. The brisket was awful I could not eat it. The fries were cold and rubbery when they were set on the table. I couldn't eat them. I asked for a manager and she came over to the table and I told her how bad it was and how bad the service was and that we got no attention at all the whole time that we were there. We watched over a quarter and a half of football before food finally came to our table. It was ridiculous I will never ever come to this location again It's sad. We had to go eat elsewhere afterwards. The manager did come for a meal but it was only worth the zero dollars that we paid and a big waste of our time read more

It's BWW. What else is there to say. Same atmosphere as all of them. Same food. Ok servers. Your better off getting wings from other places in town honestly. A couple of the food trucks and restaurants are comparable in price but exceptionally better in quality. read more

Bartenders are courteous and attentive, food is enjoyable and plenty of tv's. What separates this place from the other sports bar in town, is there willingness to put customers choice of game on the tv's and not giving excuses why they cannot. They have the small olives that they put in your beer. Most places do the big olives and although it's an olive, and big, the small olives pack more punch and create a much better flavor. I give this place 5 outta five stars based on the olives alone. The food is average at best, but you already know that becuSe it's a BWW. Small olives. I'm pumped up. This was unexpected. read more

The lady serving us was very nice and quick to respond to any request we had. The beer selection was much more limited than the menu implied, many choices were out of stock and the two I tried were watery and the other tasteless. Horrible service. Waited for 10 minutes after seated in a practically empty restaurant and had to flag the server to ask if she could please take our order. She took our food and drink order (just two of us) and 5 minutes later asked what I ordered again because she couldn't read her own writing. Then 5 mins later again she asked if we wanted anything to drink. I told her we orders our drinks (cocktails) from her and told her again what we wanted. In the meantime, 10 minutes later a table of three people sat behind us. They ordered and received their cocktails and we were still sitting there without anything. No water, no salads, no cocktails - 25 minutes of our lives wasted. We walked out. read more

Been going to BWW locations around the USA for over 2 decades and have come across good and bad. This one was a bit of both. Love the layout with a very large bar in the middle with plenty of TVs throughout the restaurant. Regular seating surrounding the bar and a separate take out door and counter that does not interfere with dine-in customers (good!). Upon entry an employee came from the back within a minute and seated us promptly. Our server arrived shortly after and took our drink order. There is a beer/drink menu that is separate from the main menu, so if you need a drink list, ask for it right off the bat. Standard pour of my hefe and glass was cold. Took a little bit to get our order and the server was not in any hurry to get us taken care of, but I have had a lot worse. My boy had the kid's chicken tenders and fries with a Pepsi and I had the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wrap minus the Ranch and changed the sauce for hot. My order was accurate. The chicken tenders were warm and cooked just right. Plenty of fries on both of our trays. I give 4-stars due to the lack of attentive service, but would not deter me from returning. read more

***We'll discuss COVID after the food. Food: Fries-COLD 6 wings with lemon pepper rub ordered extra crispy: barely and seasoning. Applied like lightly salting. They were awful, and not hot, but at least warm. I struggled to eat 3 wings, and I was very very hungry. ***Now to COVID. ***No real table distancing ***Server never wore a mask. It's hanging around her neck. Bartender wearing his mask under his nose and continually pulled the mask down when speaking, SO NOT ONLY WAS HIS FACE NOT COVERED, BUT HE WAS TOUCHING HIS NOSE AND MOUTH WHILE MAKING DRINKS, POURING BEER, AND POURING SPIRITS.. ***The menus were dirty with grease and sauce stains. It's IMPORTANT TO NOTE that when FRONT OF HOUSE DOESN'T GIVE A ---, BACK OF HOUSE IS 10x WORSE, and judging by the quality of food, I'm sure I'm SPOT ON. The phenomenon of "if it doesn't happen directly in my backyard it doesn't exist" HAS TO STOP. It happened in the county I'm from, and we have over 2,100 deaths to date. I've never been to a BWW this bad, and I hate that I stopped here for lunch. Shut this place down, or put a huge sign on the door that says "ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE REFUSE TO PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING, AND WE'RE PLAYING FAST AND LOOSE WITH YOUR HEALTH." read more

No service, folks don't even make eye contact, saw at least 6 parties leave because they were ignored. We could not leave as we had paid for a pick up order. This restaurant should definitely close. Food was cold and did not receive full order read more

The restaurant is not even half full and my take out order is 40 minutes late. I've been waiting and the bartender just said "the kitchen is backed up". The worker at the take out register has been taking orders over the phone and not giving any updates. Also she said it takes the gift cards a long time to use and was annoyed I used them. Oh and update. Got my food almost an hour after. Half the order is missing and the food is cold. So the kitchen was backed up but really the food was probably just sitting there. read more

Wish I could give this place a -5 star service is terrible waiters/bartenders are always taking extremely long to service, even when place is damn near empty. Gave it plenty of chances been going there at least once a week for a couple months.
