I hadn't been to KFC in a while, but this week they showed their chicken pot pie on Good Morning America, and Al Roker said it was good. I've wanted to have it since. Very good! The manager Robert also suggested I try their corn bread. It was very good, too. This location was clean and nicely decorated. Service was friendly and good. Robert, the manager, was respectful. Service was fast, I hot my stuff to go, and my order was alright. There's plenty of parking and the drive thru was pretty busy but it wasn't a long wait. Never met a management staff so rude in my life. Poor girl at the register was being degraded by her supervisor and it made my girlfriend and I very uncomfortable. The cashier was clearly trying to learn and her supervisor was extremely rude and unhelpful. And then when we were leaving another manager rudely ordered an employee to sweep up and pick up garbage which got me so mad that I got up and left. Don't ever come here go to Chik-Fil-A, they treat their workers with respect. read more

The absolute worst. One sandwich that they completely messed up that was the easiest order ever, and then when you pull back around and have a line of 10 people in front of you, they get an attitude that they got the order wrong. Waste of money here and horrible customer service. read more

I was in town and decided to pick up from this location. I am in this area often so this is not my first experience here. Usually they fail to include the basic napkins & cutlery, so I have to be sure to check before leaving. This time Not only were there no utensils or napkins, but the coleslaw wasn't tightly sealed and leaked all over the bag, causing the paper to fall out on the bottom and the box of chicken to hit the driveway and scatter several pieces. Also, biscuits were not packed in anything, just thrown in the carrying bag underneath the box of chicken so of course those were reduced to a pile of crumbs by the time we got home. KFC, maybe you should hire people that care a little more about how they treat the people that are paying you - it's quite the reflection and I cannot recommend this location in good conscience - there's plenty of others to choose from, even if you have to drive a few additional miles for a better experience. read more

We have going here for well over 20 years; it's a great place to go for a quick meal. This establishment is so much better than other KFC we have been to in-state and out of state. The only complaint I have is... Well, I guess it more of a disappointment the chicken pieces are much smaller than in the past. I also have to agree with some of the other reviews, they have run out of chicken, and you would have to wait for them to make more, but it is because they are so busy, which is a good thing nowadays. The staff has always been friendly and professional. The restaurant is clean inside and out and plenty of parking. Since the pandemic, only drive-thru has been available, even when many places have opened their dining areas. It's nice to see they are looking out for their employees who are all wearing PPE equipment while preparing your food but be prepared drives thru lines are long but quick. read more

SUPER unhappy!!!! to say the least LOVE LOVE KFC and FREQUENT it ALOT. Today 10/13 we went to the Derby CT location. Ordered a LARGE Cole Slaw which was 1/2 full & a 12 piece strip WONDERING are they taking the strips and cutting them in HALF? because was received 2 inch pieces for 13.99 the 3 piece soggy GREASY with bun - ALL for $ 25 plus change..... ADDITIONALLY - no napkins, sauces, dinnerware NOTHING else in the bag TICKET # 1878 @ 12:28 pm - could not find an email address on ANY site - I a message thru messenger & obviously here - you CANNOT provide food like this to people!!! There is nothing we can do because you cannot go in to the store t have it fixed or to return it all. You'd have to sit in a car line. BUT this we saw once home and to go back and sit in line again ...??? not good read more

I ordered on Uber eats and two of my items where missing my corn and slaw yes I was charged and have to wait three to five days for a refund. times are hard as it is ain't got five days to wait in something that was not my fault read more

Love their grilled chicken and slaw. Wait staff friendly and place is always clean. Recommend mash and mac as sides.

Nothing beats extra crispy chicken from KFC! Their extra greasy potato wedges are great too. And hey, it's okay to eat things that aren't good for you now and again. It's possible that their chicken pot pies aren't too bad for you. Plus they're pretty good. The last time I got one though, the usually delicious pie crust tasted just a little too sweet. Honestly, there have only been a few times I wasn't happy when I ordered from here. And it was either they forgot a side or gave me the wrong one. Which to their credit, I probably should have checked the bag before we drove away. Not that I should have to. read more

First I should say the people were very nice. Had me pull up to wait. I had no problems with that I had a large order. my order included a 12 piece (half mild half Spicy) chicken wings and 5 tinder's with a shrimp and 2 sides. Asked specifically for sweet heat sauce. What I received: 11 pieces ALL MILD, no chicken tenders, NO sweet heat sauce. Like common my guys pull it together. read more

I don't eat fast food often but sometimes I really crave it. I gave in today. Its been over a year and a half since I've been. So I was looking forward to it. Well, I'm not sure how you mishear mashed potatoes with gravy for fries but I'm disappointed with this as I absolutely do not eat fries. What a waste of money. Can't wait for the Popeye's to open. Went there on a Monday night around 8pm, tried to order a 8 piece meal (original) and was told they were out of chicken and rolls and I would have to wait 9 minute for them to cook more. It like Starbucks running out of coffee or dunkin donuts running out of donuts. read more

For some reason this is the best kfc in Connecticut. They're potatoes are better then any other location and I've tried many. This is the only kfc I'll eat at! read more

Hay it's fried chicken, prices are ok,service ok, parking ok - and they have a drive through. Cheap and fast meal - love the beans! Not much more to say, get take out couple times a month - recommend it for quick dinner with kids. read more

Took my kids here after they built up their appetite from playing b-ball all day. We ordered the chicken pot pie, potato wedges, kfc snacker and the fried chicken. Everything was outstanding!! Staff was very helpful and friendly. The manager, Frank, even got my son a bag of ice for his foot which he hurt while playing b-ball. Hands down, the Best KFC I've ever eaten at!!! read more

This KFC is very good. I've never been inside, but I've been through the drive thru a bunch and it's always dependable and fast (unless they run out of something, but that has only happened twice.) read more
