I was getting my car detailed nearby when the aroma of chicken hit me, i followed it and hit this Chick-fil-A. Honestly, I really did just follow my nose. It was around 1pm on a friday, the line was short and went quick. I ordered a Deluxe Spicy Chicken Meal, and my food was brought to my table fast, which I appreciated. The problem was the meal itself, my sandwich was so cold, the cheese wasn't even melted, and the "spicy" level was pretty bland for me. The fries also felt cold and could've used more salt. On the flip side, the dining area was spotless and spacious, with a cozy vibe thanks to plants and autumn décor. Service was friendly and the environment felt welcoming. I love Chick Fil A both the food and customer service. I came to the opening event when it first opened so it was fitting to stop by for the 1 yr anniversary. The event was from 8am to 10am with a free breakfast entree. I expected a line out the door but that was not the case. I arrived at 8:20am and was the 3rd person there. I was gifted a breakfast sandwich of my choice and purchased a few other items. The food was hot and fresh as usual. I was sad to not see the cow as advertised. It was a quiet event. As always, the restaurant was clean and service was great. This location has a large parking lot, but unfortunately no drive thru which can be an inconvenience. read more

This is an awesome Chick-fil-A. The service is fast, the food is great, and it's huge with lots of seating and there's a lot of parking. They're busy and popular and have long hours, but service is fast. I especially like the service. Charlee was really friendly- I could tell she really loves her job! Came here on opening day and had a great time. I will deduct a star for the mediocre way they handled the crowds, especially with online orders glitching out and the mass of people that had to wait up to 25 minutes just to get the problem corrected, but the food made up for it. My chicken sandwich was delicious and the fries were top notch as always. And to compensate for the slow service on opening day, they gave me a certificate for a free chicken sandwich combo. This is a great Chic-fil-A location. The interior is brand new and clean and the staff is nice. The chicken is solid, as are the waffle fries. It takes a while to get your food and I wish there was a drive-thru, but otherwise a great addition to the area. read more

I've been pleasantly surprised with this Fairfield location. Food has been great. I've been a couple of times and it's definitely better than the others that I went to in the Hartford area. Have only done take out here. My kid loves the nuggets and waffle fries. I had a very good cobb salad with lime avocado dressing. Ordering on the app is very easy and you accrue rewards relatively quickly. The order pickup process seems pretty streamlined. They did forget to add a few things in an order recently and I only realized when I got home. I complained on the app and very promptly a manager replied to me and gave me a few free items in the app which were very easy to apply to my next order...great customer service. read more

First review! If you can brave the crowd, make it past the bouncer, get an order in, and get food then it's amazing. Best to approach on foot as the parking lot is full and hazardous. read more
