Just went to order food at 10:30 and was informed by the guy at the drive-thru that they closed. I asked why they would close earlier than the posted time, which was 11:00pm, and he said 'because it was only him and his manager'. Very frustrating. Showed up at 10:24, their drive through sign said 10:30, online said 11:00. No one answered the drive through speaker. I could see people in the kitchen. Also, 3 cars in the parking lot. I know they where there. I have owned 3 businesses for 25 years and now have been in managment for a cooperate company or 7 years. You still have to assist and serve your customers until the closing time as shown. The owner of this KFC needs to know whoever was in managment on 11/3/19 missed making money and lost a customer for neglect. If your going to close earlier than 10:30, the owner should know and approve it. At least put a sign up on the drive through. I would give them a 0 in serving and customer service! read more

Chicken is not good it's black and had bruises all over, the corn and the mash potatoes have a rotten taste, the biscuits aren't even cooked well when you eat them they tasted like dough, and when I ate the food I got severe stomach pain. read more

I went to KFC on University last night for dinner (2-15-207, 8pm). A woman in front of me had come from her car to get her order corrected. She brought in the wrong order and was given her correct order. The guy who was working the front counter PUT THE WRONG ORDER BACK ON THE HEATING AREA TO BE RESOLD TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. I called him on it and he didn't see anything wrong with it and defended the action. So HE TRIED TO RESELL FOOD that has been opened by other customers and returned. I called the store this morning and the manager was very apologetic and said that is not how they are supposed to do things at KFC but I had to warn people about this store anyway. Yuck! read more

This is an excellent location. It's always been fully staffed and humming along when I've gone - swift drive through and the chicken is hot and just-made. The rolls are fresh. I happen to like the peppery taste of KFC - I know not everyone does. The mashed potatoes have gotten pasty over the years but the gravy is still good and so is the coleslaw. KFC is one of those nostalgia foods. If it's what you want, there are no substitutes. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE! I drove through on the way home and ordered the 10 piece chicken meal. I have never stopped her before but it's Kentucky fried chicken, what could go wrong with that. Well after waiting about 15 min for the car in front if me, they handed me my meal and did not even say good evening or thank you. I asked if this was everything and the guy goes yup. I got home and there was no lid in my chicken just paper I went to get a piece of chicken and the skin was slimy not cooked and the chicken still pink, there were even feathers or quills still on the chicken made me want to throw up. Chicken like that can make a person ill. I called to talk to a manager and it sounded like a little kid on the phone. So beware do not eat there! read more

Not even worth one star. First off you should never go to this location. Our cashier Edwin (according to the receipt) was rude as hell while taking our order. Kept giving me and my family dirty looks the whole time we ate in their dining room. Nearly every single table in their dining room was dirty. Not to mention an employee had their younger siblings running around and being loud the whole time we were in the establishment. Rude MFs. Bad service forgot part of my order didn't find out till I got home. Couldn't call , their phone doesn't work left complaint with the KFC customer line. All they do is take notes and pass it along. If you hear from someone you'll be lucky. I got a call from the manager late that night called him back the next two days never heard from him for three days. Still haven't heard from the owners. Man on the microphone couldn't speak very good English. Really hard to understand what he said. Finally a girl came on and clarified my order. Requested a spoon with my order and after I left the window I checked and NO SPOON. Went back around in front of other cars and ask AGAIN for a spoon. The young girl gave me a fork. I asked AGAIN for a spoon and she said we don't have spoons. She left and came back with a SPOON. Finally after holding up the people behind me in the drive thur. Let me start by saying I went out of my way to try to help this place out. I've tried to contact them on multiple occasions through Yelp and by calling directly to no avail. This is the most poorly managed fast food restaurant I've ever visited. I am currently sitting on the side of the building waiting for my food that I ordered through the drive thru. The events I am about to discuss have now happened on no less than three occasions. They seem extremely understaffed and unable to keep the place stocked with the food they advertise. There was no line when I arrived. I arrived at the drive thru microphone 39 minutes ago. After 9 minutes of waiting, my order was taken. I pulled up to the window and paid. They asked me to wait on the side of the building for my food. I've now been waiting here for 29 minutes. Five minutes ago they came and asked for my receipt so they could figure out my order. These enormous waits seem to be the norm and I'm not sure why. The last time I came they were out of half their menu. I'm just flabbergasted. I really hope someone reads this and heeds the call to fix this place! Your workers are clearly worked too hard because you don't provide adequate staffing. Please help them! read more

Have used the drive-thru and dine-in services here multiple times and have always had exceptional service. The most recent visit Angie took our order and was extremely polite and we saw Prince cleaning tables, delivering food and being generally upbeat and friendly. Horrible customer service! If I can give zero star I would. I ordered #1 and a #5, not only did they gave me the wrong order, and a wrong drink after we drove off, I turned around to ask them to correct it. The window lady argued with us rather than apologizing the errors. With poor customer service like this it's no surprise they didn't have any customers during busy hours. read more

I really have no complaint with the customer service itself. They all seem to be nice but, at the same time, don't really care much about giving good service. It could be because they are inundated with complaints similar to this one. In 5 trips to this particular KFC they have been out of macaroni, mashed potatoes, potato wedges, pot pie, sweet tea and even certain types of chicken. Apparently they make enough to get through about noon. After that don't even try to order a complete meal. They will definitely be out of something -- usually one of the sides that are supposed to come with a meal but, like I said, sometimes they're out of chicken. When chicken is in the name of your restaurant you would think that you would have it. I have kept going because it's close (very close) to work but I'll go out of my way to get something else from now on. If you actually want a complete meal do yourself a favor and go somewhere, anywhere else. read more
