Garbage. Food is not great. If you go through the drive thru you always have to pull around front to wait. And usually there are multiple items missing. We complained to corporate and got a $10 coupon. Since we don't want their food at this location we stopped in to get a chocolate cake and couple cookies. When the manager showed the girl at register how to ring it up she openly told her, in front of us and the other person in line, these are what people get for leaving bad reviews of KFC. Ordered the 8 piece feast as promoted on KFC's web site received 8 pieces of chicken and they were all legs and thighs ( this is not stated in the web site) Additionally the chicken lacked the typical original recipe flavor and was darker in color and had an off taste as if cooked in dirty or old oil. I contacted KFC via their customer feedback website over a week ago and no resolution to this issue which to me indicates that they find this issue acceptable. I do not mind paying KFC's high prices for fried chicken, however I expect a high quality product to match the premium price charged. read more

This location has improved significantly from what it used to be. Typical drivethru time for me is maybe 10 mins at most. That's averaging 4 cars ahead of me. So I went to get chicken dinner for my family and for one I wasn't allowed to exchange a coleslaw for Mac-n-Cheese. When I got to feed my family there was no breast or wings. On top of that I spent an additional $5.00 to get a large Mac-n- Cheese. So I would tell anyone don't go there or if you have to double check your food and make any complaints to the manager who will not honor any obligation that will be made for the customer. Customer service is horrible. Every time I come here they get my order wrong and than they're rude about it when I want the rest of my food. They always over charge me for food that I didn't order. Yet after taking my order they told the others behind me that they would be right with them... All my friends that are with me are too shy to say anything... So i walked up to the counter and said something... I was told to calm down and that someone would be right with me... Worst service ive ever had arlt a kfc. I worked at kfc for 3 years and would never have behaved the way this manager did. She messed up my order. Could barely understand me, even after messing up my order twice couldnr give me a free bbq sauce for my son. I had to run my card twice. She gave me the wronf sandwich even though i pointed to the promotional sign right next to the register. And didnt even offer to fix it or replacr it. Used to suck. Then it got amazingly better. We even started to eat there for about two years. Then recently it changes again - like theChicken tastes weird sometimes, bland other times. Crew doesn't look happy or on the same page..manager yelling at everybody.... We stopped going period. Tried drive thru after that.. Nothing but old chicken or they don't have 3/4's of what is on the menu. Just...man..piss poor ppl. Tried el pollo loco..little better but not much. LOUSY This is the 3rd time that I ordered a 10 piece bucket all white meat and paid the extra 2 bucks to get home to enjoy my chicken only to find ALL dark meat. I suppose I am stupid for letting this location get away with it 3 times. My time and money are just as valuable. After I get home I do not want to go back to get what I paid for. We have eaten at this place for 3 years. We love KFC and this is the only one in the area. Can't do it any longer. The mold & mildew smell when you walk in is overpowering. Most of the staff couldn't care less about your food. We ordered popcorn chicken and half of it was hours old. Inedible, hard as a rock. Ordered the cake and the manager on duty drops it, it rolls around the dirty floor as she and the girl up front laugh hysterically and then put it in my bag. Our order is NEVER right. The $5.00 fill-up is $5.75, I asked why? I was told that franchises can set their own price for any item. Did you know that the lemonade is .30 cents more than regular soda?
