This location should be reported to a food inspector and closed immediately! Do NOT get pizza here it is Awful! The pizza and breadsticks are horrible here. The pizza used to be good but now the pizza is half baked. Literally! Half of the pizza doesn't hardly rise and the rest is limp. More often than not the pizza is old. The breadsticks are cold with butter solidifying. The cut is very uneven too. I am done getting pizza here. The manager and investors really need to work on the quality of the pizza. Ill start by saying, Im only giving a 1 because it won't let me post without putting a We placed an order through the app last night 2/27/2026. I order a deep deep pepperoni and a side of crazy sauce, since it won't let you add extra sauce. When my husband arrived to pick it up, he asked for the sauce, they handed him a container that wasn't even half full. He said "can I get a full one?" They told him they were low on sauce. Today I went in and asked to speak to the manager. He was a young man, and I asked to speak to him off to the side (to be respectful and not make a scene) I shared with him our experience and showed him the picture. He just said "oh yea we were low on sauce and we had to make our own crust they didn't send the pre-made ones, or something like that. Just excuses, not even an apology or an offer to remake it. He could care less! Instead of letting customers know they were low on products and giving us the opportunity to NOT order they just halfa**ed it and said "this will do" As I walked out I said "an apology would have been nice" he didn't even acknowledge it. We have live here for almost 3 years and we have Never had a good experience here. This will definitely be the LAST time! We have used little Caesars pizzeria several times over the past 10 years. It has been about a year since we actually bought any from here. We were in the neighborhood and I was not feeling up for cooking with a sore throat, and both kids were getting out of school relatively late. We decided to stop by the one off of Watson road. It just so happened that I had a coupon type of deal through my Bank of America rewards card. It wast a coupon per say, but it was some sort of cash back I believe. Either way it worked out perfectly. My son and I shared a large plain cheese pizza. My daughter got her baryon box of cheesy garlic bread. My husband got his very own large pepperoni pizza. He also got a box of buffalo chicken wings and I shared a box of plain roasted chicken wings. Which were actually pretty good once I stole some of the buffalo sauce from his wings. But even on their own they just tasted like cheesy plain roasted wings. I have to say I was very very sad when I found out that they are no longer carrying the Parmesan garlic wings. Those were my families favorite we get the Parmesan wings at every location we order from, meaning any other pizzeria and our area not just little Caesars. Everything tasted pretty good for a to go order. Once we were inside placing the order we realize that we can place the order I had of time so that we don't have to wait as long as we did today. We've gotten pizza from this location a few times and this will be our last. I mean it's little Caesar's so I don't expect amazing but this location clearly has no idea what they're doing. Every time the pizza is way too thin in the middle resulting in the pizza being this soggy greasy inedible mess. We have to cut the middle out of the pizza in order to eat it. The last quarter of the slice is stuck to the cardboard. We always have to finish cooking it when we get it home as well. Bottom line we won't be returning to this location. read more

Every time I order from this place I pay with cash. When I go into pay they tell me they can't give me any change. I then go break the bill so I can give them exact change and when I go back in I see them giving other customers change. This has happened the last three times I have been to this location. I only recently had an issue with the quality of my pizza, and I contacted their support and the store manager contacted me. He talked to me about what had happened and offered to replace the order. Which is pretty great. Overall I haven't had an issue with this location. It's a cheap fast pizza joint, and that is all it really is. That's not a bad thing at all. The pizzas for the most part are pretty good quality and fairly priced. Aside from some issues with topping distracted from time to time. Other than that no real complaints. Also its worth mentioning that giving the location bad reviews because there wasnt pizza available to people walking in isn't fair. Use the app or call in and your pizza will be warm and ready when you get there. Be reasonable. The location is very busy at night and there is avenues to use to get fresh products. read more

6/18/2019 I went to LittleCaesars in Buckeye on Watson. What the heck happened to Hot and Ready? There was not one pizza or Bread ready. Shouldn't advertise it if you can't do it. I got there to pick up a classic Pepperoni pizza and crazy combo. No pizza ready and they had to bake bread. I stood there for 25 minutes waiting for an order I was told would be 10 min. I watched several customers have to come back in because they didn't get the marinara sauce. I made sure to ask for the sauce and she walked away to the back. She told me I was all set, I said I need the sauce. I told her " you keep forgetting to give everyone their sauce and I had to ask you twice!" They were all working at a snails pace and there were way too many customers to be working slow at dinner rush. Better prep and better management for dinner rush. Get it together! read more
