I ordered 2 medium pan pizzas for carryout, picked it up and went home. Opened the pizzas and started eating when I realized they were not pan pizzas. Not fluffy or thick but thin and a bit tough. Called to let them know and was told they were running out of medium pan pizzas and had to go into emergency mode on their other pan dough and get them prepped for orders which causes the pizza to go flat and become tough. She said you have to let the dough rise for an hour before you make them but because they were running out they skipped that crucial step and made them right away. I was not offered a refund as I was not willing to go out of my way to take the pizza all the way back because of their poor judgement. I was offered a credit worth only half of what I paid. So pretty upset but I'm not about to rip into the poor girl behind the counter for a full refund. read more

Tonight I ordered the big dinner box meal, I got home and spoke to Mackenzie. She answered and asked for my phone number to look up my meal, I obliged and gave it to her. She said the workers making the pizza and cutting it, specifically remember putting it on there. Now I don't live by this Pizza Hut, i was just in the area and thought I would give it a try. I never have issues with the one by my house. When she told me that, I basically said I can send you a picture as I don't live close and they wanted me to bring it back so they can remake it. I understand policy, but I am already home and I don't live close, they should credit my account or something. So very disappointed in Pizza Hut, we order from them constantly at least twice a month. Unfortunately tonight we found out from the manager that it was a Corporate decision to fire all their drivers and make a deal with door dash! LETS TALK about the issues with this! Pizza Huts GUARANTEE is your pizza delivered HOT! How can you do this using door dash with no Hot bags?? So down the the actual review! We ordered our pizza and we were NOT told that door dash would be delivering. An hour later DoorDash delivered our pizza to us on the FLOOR! No knock, no doorbell ring, mind you this is all recorded on our ring camera. All of us are outside watching the wildcards didn't hear our ring go off. Our pizza SAT outside in the COLD because YOUR DOORDASHER decided not to ring the doorbell or knock! I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this company. Called the manager and the poor guy has had over 12 complaints tonight about DOORDASH. He told us he has no control over this to talk it up to the corporate ladder. Provide service with a smile, unlike the place across the street. They have made a mistake with my order but Crystal(manager) was very helpful in finding a resolution to the mishap. I've had on more than one occasion where the other place is backed up more than an hour and are rude and cold when taking your order. Ordered pizza for delivery. Checked the pay with cash box. Order total was $36 and some change. I figured a fifty should cover it and I would get back $12 and change. When the girl got here she said she only had $4 change. I had planned on giving her a $7 tip. Although we have ordered from this particular establishment before, tonight turned into our last visit to Pizza Hut. We ordered three pizzas with singular toppings and stuffed crust which totaled our bill to around $50. When it arrived the level of grease was so heavy that two full napkins could not sustain the flood. Not to mention the box was dripping on to the counters. When we called to make a formal complaint we were greeted but a manager that only insisted at arguing with us and offered at most to give us a $10 store credit after a $50 purchase. After a long debate they agreed to replace our pizzas, which was all we had wanted in the first place. We wanted the delicious pizza from the past but instead we received a single burnt pizza still covered in grease to replace the three we had ordered earlier. Worst customer service! Messed up our delivery order, when we called the order in they read it back to us correctly, however they wrote it wrong on the receipt and blamed it on their call center. The manager on duty said they aren't responsible for the call center messing up orders. How in the world are you to know a call center takes their orders and not the store themselves? She said I could have asked, and I told her I had no idea of knowing this info before hand. when asked for another pizza to replace the one messed up they said it would be an additional 45 min to an hour after waiting already 45 min. When asked if they could rush our new pizza answer was "no." They refused to refund our money, only giving us a credit on our account for next time. No thank you. Honestly not sure what's up with this location. But it's horrible. The customer service is good, but there food is absolutely horrible. Tried it once and got a cheese pizza and wings and the cheese was basically burnt and completely dry and crunchy. Second time I only tried it again was bc they gave me a credit, so I got another pizza and the same thing... not to mention their toppings are like $2 extra per topping and they give you a sprinkle. I used to only get Pizza Hut bc it was better than the rest of the chains - but I'll never order here again. This Pizza Hut lacks basic customer service skills. The term "the customer is always right" has long gone at this establishment. I bought a coupon book from my nephew a few weeks back and figured I should try using one. I called and ordered ahead of time also verified with the manager on shift that the coupon would be valid at their store. I drove 20 min to Pizza Hut from my house arrived and was told by the same manager they do not value the coupon and they wouldn't honor their word and accept it one time since I was told prior to my arrival. I placed an online order because my family wanted pizza hut to eat while watching the super bowl. My order was about $60 then shortly after I placed my order I received an email saying my order was ready for pick up. I arrived at the location and seen there were other cars near the restaraunt in the curbside pickup parking spots just sitting there so I figured they also ordered online and must be waiting to receive their orders. I selected "I'm here" on the app and waited and waited and then finally decided to call the restaurant. While waiting I seen the other people who were in their parked cars walk into the restaurant looking upset and when they walked out they looked even more upset. I had to call the restaurant twice because nobody answered the first time. There were at least 8 employees in the store talking and taking a bunch of selfies so I figured ok that's why nobody is answering. When someone finally did answer I told them I had a curbside pick up and that person brought me my order out to my car. I thanked him and told him his team should be working as hard as he is instead of taking selfies. Then he responded by saying "Their taking selfies to be posted on the pizza hut website." I drove off and realized about 2 minutes later that my wings that I ordered and paid for were not brought out with my order. I called the restaurant again and spoke with the same person who took my previous call and brought out my order. He said he would have my wings made again and then bring them out to me. I said I appreciated him very much and waited for him to bring out my wings. Well I waited and waited and 20 minutes went by and I seen that same man walk past the front register and start chatting with the employees who work there but weren't really working. I called the store again and after not receiving any answer I went into the restaurant and asked to speak with that man. I explained to him who I was and how I spoke with him and why I had to come back to the restaurant. He looked at me like I was an idiot and said my wings were with the order he gave me. I told him my order was in my car and he could come look for himself to see that I never received my wings. I explained to him that we talked on the phone and he was having my wings remade, he still looked at me like he didnt know what I was talking about. I told him it's been over 20 mins and my wings had to be somewhere in that restaurant. He then walks over to the heater where they store food to keep it warm until the customer picks it up and says "Oh here they are then he hands me my wings and says "sorry about that." Then I said "I'm sorry you just lost a customer." His response to me was "That's fine with me" He then proceeded to laugh with the other employees standing around him. I'll never order from pizza hut ever again. I won't ever recommend them to anyone ever again and I hope they get it together at that location or they will be out of business sooner than they can think. read more

Called store pizza isn't ready and hasn't even left the store yet still waiting on pizza with screaming kids now thank you Pizza still isn't here an hour and a half after I was told it is out for delivery. After reading some other reviews, I have similar comments. The staff and crew seem to be less experienced and the store feels unprofessional at times. The crust is definitely different. I had place an online order at 4:40pmI had then went to pick it up when it said it was ready and paid only to be told that my order was accidentally given to the delivery guy, which I am an understanding person, but why would they not tell me that before I paid because I have a load of kids with me that I had just picked up from school after work and was not willing to wait long which is why I did a mobile order before hand and I would have went elsewhere instead of waiting. They all started stuttering and never gave me an answer so were they just waiting for the delivery guy to come back with my order and give me old pizza instead of actually making my order that they lost ? So then I had to wait another 20 minutes by this time it was already 5:40 a whole hour since I placed my original order. Just ridiculous. I have ordered many Pizza Hut large pizzas in the past, but this one rated the absolute worst one ever. Marinara sauce? Where? It was so dry I had a couple pieces thinking the next piece would be better, wrong. I kept the rest for my wife to try, and her first words were, "Where in the world is the sauce?" I like to have to wipe my hands on napkins from time to time because it will have the garlic butter on the crust.... no need. DRY. Pizza hut is not my favorite pizza spot but the pretzel crust pizza sounded like something worth trying so we ordered. Shortly after ordering the manager called us to say they were out of mushrooms so we substituted tomatoes. When the driver arrived she told us that they had enough mushroom for one pizza, but when they opened the bag to refill the shrooms they were not happy with the quality of them and did not feel comfortable serving them. Pleasant driver and honesty are a plus. Also they apparently care about the quality of the product. Upon opening the pizzas there was no pretzel crust they were both asiago. I called the manager and he offered to remake the pizza or a $5 credit. We took the credit because we already had the pizzas. The corporate office also emailed me and is sending coupons for 2 free large pizzas. The quality of pizza hut seems to have improved slightly. The sauce still is not my favorite and the crust is greasy. The honesty and sincerity of the employees I had talked to was good. The customer service was very good. I am going to give an overall rating of 3. 2 for the food and a 4 for the customer service. read more

And yet another horrible experience with this location. I placed my order online and received an E-mail stating my order would be ready in 12 minutes. My wife was out and about and I notified her of the time the order would be ready for pick up. She entered the store and they happily took her money. But she texted me, after having stood there for nearly 10 minutes, asking me to confirm the time and location, which I did. She stated that my name wasn't even on the board and that she overheard the employees talking about being out of breadsticks, an item I ordered, but none of the employees mentioned it to my wife even though she paid for it! I called the store at this point and a snotty, young girl answered the phone and asked to take my order. I was polite and asked if I could speak to the manager. Her response was, "What do you need to talk him for?" in such a snotty tone. Fine. I won't be polite either. So I told her that I didn't care for her tone and that is a fine attitude. I told her that since she needed to know why I wanted to speak to the manager, this is why and explained the situation. Her response was "Here's the manager" and placed me on hold. My wife must have overheard the conversation and figured it was me calling. She texted me right away to confirm if I was calling or not and asked me not to so that she wouldn't "receive death stares" from employees as had happened once before in a very similar situation at this same location. Since a few minutes had gone by and the manager wasn't picking up the phone anyway, I ended the call. Extremely poor service. Extremely rude employees. I have given this location multiple chances and all but a couple times the experience has been bad. I would strongly urge potential customers to order from a competitor. Heck, at this point I would rather buy a frozen pizza and make it myself. It may not taste as good but it is cheaper and I won't have to deal with people like I did last night or terrible service. read more

I had the worst experience ever with any pizza place. First, it starts with delivery time per the email I was told 825pm. The app even told me it was made fast forward 945pm I'm calling about my delivery . The first young lady , very immature and had no business answering the phone. I asked for the manager another young lady gets on and tells me the driver is on the way my order just came out the oven. About 7 mins later now after 10 pm the door rings and the driver delivers wings and soggy cold pizza. He tells us , they forgot your other order of wings. They never remade the pizza. IT WAS OVER AN HOUR OLD. I called for 20mins no one answered the phone. They screened my call!!!If it wasn't so late I would have went to the store. I decided to call their provided number several times and never got ahold anyone. Shortly after I drove down to this pizza hut to receive a refund and figure out why I never received my order. They explained to me that it was delivered but "refused at the door" because we never answered. Being in a hotel even the lightest knock could be heard, but regardless we never received a call from the delivery driver, and we couldn't get ahold of the actual pizza hut store.
