2 Piece Meal

My wife got me a two piece meal. It included two very scrawny pieces of chicken. A drumstick and a thigh my wife thought was a small wing. They where even smaller than they look in the picture. I will not go back. I do not reccomend. Stay away.

Bucket meal.... minus the Biscuits. Easily ordered meal online for pickup scheduled at 5pm. However, order was not ready on my arrival. The bag was sealed shut, so unable to verify my order was complete before leaving. Unfortunately after getting home I realized my order of Biscuits were missing, super sad.

Chicken 12 Kentucky Fried Wings

Ordered 12pc bucket for 21$ and each of the three pieces seen on top of the lid counted as a piece. They are each one half of a wing. There were no breasts even though the ticket reads 3 of each thigh, breast, and wing

My advice, drive a few more miles to a different KFC. Ordered a 12 piece standard bucket extra crispy and received over fried non breaded thighs and drumsticks.

Obviously broken chicken leg in the bottom of the bucket. That's disgusting. Thanks KFC.

Never open past 10:00. Hours clearly state 11:00. 3 times this week. Don't know why I keep driving out here.

During peak hours or community events, don't be surprised to find that it's standing room only! That's actually one of the things that keeps me from going more often, but it can be a lot of fun when I'm in the mood for hopping. I will say that they have better-than-average bar food and during the week, you'll find friendly people who quickly get to know you. The owner, Vicky, genuinely cares about what her customers think and has gone so far as to search out my phone number to let me know that she made a change she thought my husband and I would like. That impressed me a lot, since we're only "infrequent regulars" who went weekly for about a year and still visit every couple of months. (We actually met at Kobi's a few years ago, so the place will always have a special place in my heart!) The smoking area is outside, where you'll probably smell the smoker slow-cooking the next day's special. Don't miss the cheesecake while you're there. Parking is either on the street, across the street at the grocery store's parking lot, our behind the bar, where you can enter through the back door.

You place your order on a tablet, however there is someone out there to assist and answer any questions. They do pride themselves on making everything fresh and advised that recognize it will take a few minutes to cook everything, which is fine. We got a chicken sandwich, chicken strips and some wings. The chicken sandwich was very good. However, I am used to a chicken sandwich with one big piece of chicken. That was 2 chicken tenders. The chicken was moist and flavorful. They do have a sandwich which includes slaw, however I think that would be too much and would fall apart before you could finish eating it. Got an order of the chicken strips. Again, flavorful and good seasoning. They also have a multitude of sauces that you can get. Lastly, had to try some wings. Again, there are a variety of sauces you can get. I went with the naked wings with the sauce on the side for dipping. Wings were very meaty and nice and crisp. We enjoyed everything. Good place for chicken in many forms - sandwich, strips or wings. Reasonably priced.

Pretty straightforward ordering and collecting your number. The location - This place had very little personality and just didn't have a lot to it. Granted, if you are just having a quick sit and wolfing down some chicken, this is adequate. I will say it was very clean and had obviously been cared for. The food - This was good, juicy fried chicken. No complaints on the flavour. Their specialty dipping sauce is also really good. The downsides... They don't have a thing. Nothing that would make me go get chicken here over any of the other chicken places in town. The kiosk ordering, while great, had items that were out of stock listed that were next to the system in the cooler, and vice versa. I was hoping for more from a place that isn't advertised much and is sort of tucked back in a strip mall. And though good. They need something more. Great prices or great dips, or something to set them apart.

Portions were generous -- this isn't a place where you leave hungry. What caught me off guard was the salad. It came out genuinely crisp, not the wilted afterthought you get at most fried chicken spots, and they layer it right under the chicken so the greens stay fresh while the chicken sits on top. Small touch, but it says a lot about how much attention they're paying. Fries were double-fried and it shows -- shatter-crisp on the outside, still soft inside, finished with parm and herbs and a strong dipping sauce lineup. Reasonably priced for the quality and portion size. I'll be back.

The nostalgia hit me the moment I walked in, it genuinely felt like I was back in Korea, enjoying fried chicken with a cold beer in chilled glasses. From the atmosphere to the food and overall quality, everything felt authentic. We started with the onion rings ($8) with some beer and Diet Coke, followed by 10 garlic soy spicy wings ($12+) and the spicy pork rice topped with a fried egg ($16). The onion rings were perfectly fried, soooooo crispy, perfectly seasoned, and a great way to start the meal. The wings were outstanding and EXACTLY HOW TO GET THEM IN SEOUL: crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in a flavorful garlic soy sauce with just the right amount of heat. The spicy pork rice was rich, savory, and packed with umami and the salad which came with it was extremely refreshing. It didn't taste overly spicy while I was eating it, but I noticed the heat afterward, lol. Overall, it was a great and satisfying meal. The service was excellent, and our server was incredibly kind. She patiently offered thoughtful recommendations, gave us plenty of time to decide, and kept the restaurant clean / managed it while we decided the order. If you are craving authentic Korean fried chicken and spicy bold, umami-packed flavors, this place is absolutely worth a visit.

I ordered a Cobb that came with no blue cheese, which our server recognized immediately. She brought out a side of cheese which was very nice. It came in HUGE chunks which was wonky but I broke them up and it was okay. In my first bite I tasted rotten egg. When I mentioned it to my friend she said she could smell rotten egg. I hardly ever complain about food or send something back, but this egg was clearly past its prime. Our server (she was awesome btw) took care of the situation and got me a new salad in no time. This time, the lettuce was wet. Really really wet. I love that they wash the lettuce for salads at Bar West but wet lettuce is just unappealing. We will be back but definitely will avoid the salad from now on. Sadly I left hungry. Again, awesome server though!

Service was efficient. Both items were generous portions. The tackle box was fish, shrimp and whole chicken wings. The basa fish was crunchy and flaky, wings fried perfectly and shrimp was juicy and large. Yummy! The tackle box came with 1 side- I chose Mac n cheese. Not my fave. Would not order again. The chicken Philly was huge. I couldn't finish it. It was kinda dry in parts like it needed some mayo or some kind of sauce. The fries were good, but would've preferred them to be fried a little longer to be more crunchy. The seasoning was good. I ordered a side of cabbage. It was good. This spot was about 30 minutes from my house. But I would recommend you try if you are in the area. Pro-tip- get there before noon. Or call ahead. It gets pretty busy after 12. And because it's cooked to order it's not quick. We waited about 20 minutes. The next time I'm in the area, I would def stop in to try the shrimp po boy and the collard greens.
