Gosh this place irritates me. The first time I tries it I burger a cheeseburger and it took forever. Turns out it was because they were busy burning it. So I tried the nuggets the next time. What's this crap?! Soggy somethings aren't worth $5.82. I can't even count these as nuggets, and thanks for shorting me. Won't be back. LAME

Food did take a minute to come out. Some onion rings were ordered to hold us over while dinner was being prepared, they were good. We ordered our usual wings. My wings were fried a little too much, they were on the drier side. My husband enjoyed his. I was missing a wing but got it taken care of. Just want to say thank you to Ethan for taking good care of us! He served us many times when we dined there. He served us one last time tonight before he starts his new journey at his new job. We were seated in a corner booth away from the crowd watching the football game. As such, it was easy for my wife and I to converse. I would imagine, with concrete floors and high ceilings, during the rush hour the restaurant could get quite loud. Danielle was our server, and she provided excellent service. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about the menu. She came back to check on us and we felt well taken care of. My wife had the salmon, mashed potatoes, and vegetables. She is somewhat of a connoisseur when it comes to salmon, and she loved it. I had the Sticky Finger Rice Bowl with the glazed teriyaki chicken. Also delicious. I also had their Slay IPA and enjoyed that. Danielle offered to give my wife a refill of her Pepsi in a to-go cup. We have found Wingers to be consistent in food quality and service. I also like the pub/alehouse vibe and this would be a fun place to watch a game with my friends. We'll be back.

So it's Friday evening, and I decide to order the 30 boneless meal deal and 3 chicken sandwiches- total comes to $81 (and I ordered through Wing Stop app, not DoorDash). So good gets dropped off and I immediately realize the bag is way too light for everything I order. Come to find out someone named Hailee ordered at the same time and I got her food... I try to find a customer service option on the app... not available... go to their website to submit a claim, wait 48 hours, still no response... I finally call customer service (thank you Reddit for posting the corporate number) and someone is able to resolve the issue. Listen, I honestly LOVE Wingstop, but they need a better quality control to prevent this from happening. I also learned now that even if it is more expensive to use DoorDash, I will use it from now on solely because their customer service is second to none when it comes to resolving any issues! Wingstop do better!

I think the time before that was to grab a sandwich from the deli for my husband. Conveniently, my hubby wanted a snack so I stopped in to see what I could grab for him. I saw a gentleman pull some fresh pepperoni pizza out of the brick oven. That was my sign to grab my husband a couple slices, he loves pizza. The gentleman helped a couple guests ahead of me. He greeted me but realized he was out of gloves. So, he went to the back to grab some and the gal who was starting the dough stepped in to help me. She asked if i wanted some pizza and of course I said yes. Looking at the pizza, there was no real rhyme or reason to how they sliced it. All the slices were different in size. Not one is the same. One huge slice, many smaller slices and some slivers. I asked her if 2 smaller slices count as 1. She said yes. I wanted a total of 2 big slices. I was in the middle of asking her and was cut off cause I didn't answer her if I wanted pepperoni or Hawaiian. I was literally trying to talk her that I wanted a total of 4 slices to make 2 big slices and was shut down. I took my 2 small slices and went on my merry way. I honestly didn't even want to take the slices I had. The whole interaction with her was tasteless. Why would I want to bring this to my husband? I have never worked in a Deli type job but I have worked in the food industry. Today's interaction with the gal was such a turn off. Maybe she should stick with making the pizzas instead of helping customers. What a complete waste of time coming in and grabbing 2 uneven slices of pizza. I haven't been in for a long time before this and I don't see myself coming back anytime soon. I'd rather buy a full pizza and have my husband toss the other half of the uneaten pizza than be treated like how I did today.

I worked in pizza for about 15 years, so I tend to be selective in what I think is great versus good, versus okay, or worse. My first meal here, was - OK. The dough seemed under-proofed, very high gluten, on the upper end of oil content, and lacking any levels of crisp from the oven. Elevated oil is for crisp and gluten keeps it bound. Together, those elements without proper proofing/heat contact make it dense and chewy. That was in all elements of what we had. Some people like that. I like the base product to be more airy with a better crisp on heat-exposed crust. I didn't take photos of the underside, but there was little color and the rim crust was dense and chewy. The flavor of the garlic pillows was good, but again, the same chewy under-proofed bread. The tiny bit was marinara you get did have a good flavor, but it really should see a blender for 5-10 seconds to make it an actual dipping sauce instead of a chunky pizza sauce. How do you dip into a chunk of tomato? You don't, you bite out a scoop in the bread and suddenly a bunch of it is gone. With that out of the way, the flavor combinations of the OG and Miss Honey were really interesting if it weren't on top of that dough base. There were a couple bone chunks in the sausage in the Miss Honey, but the sauce and caramelized onions, with ricotta coupled with the honey really brought interest. Very unique. OG, again, very interesting. Jalapenos not to hot (for my wife), with chicken, feta, and artichoke was a pretty fun mouth ride. The balsamic drizzle, very tame and mostly provided a very slight tart sweetness. Great concept and mix of ideas, if only they could get the dough foundation and their dipping sauce consistency fixed. We'll try it again and see if it turns out the same. For $20-22 per medium? Doesn't hit that mark in my opinion and for our Friday night pizza order.
