5pm on a Friday. Drive thru unresponsive.... No greeting at the speaker....wait, wait, wait. Move up to the window, dark glass, closed window. Wait....wait....wait. My kiddo was craving KFC or we would have left. We ended up parking and going inside. It's important to note that this could've gone downhill once we made it inside because I was a little bit upset. Fortunately, I took a deep breath and looked around when we walked in the door and saw that the dining room was packed and that there was only a few people behind the counter working. It seemed that there were two cooks and one girl that was manning the front counter and the drive-through . I was impressed that she was keeping her cool and still friendly with the amount of work that she was doing. At this point, I was understanding why the drive-through wasn't being attended to in a fast manner. We ended up having a very pleasant experience because of your front counter employee who kept her cool and was still friendly despite having way too much on her hands in the moment . Thanks to her and the cooks that day and to KFC for tending to our cravings. read more

Fries came out immediately. Took 20 minutes to get 4 ahakes. The literally just have to pull a handle on the shake machine. Absolutely no problem with the person taking my order. He was very friendly and understanding. Just ordered two three piece meals and a side order of a large mashed potatoes. Went home before checking (my mistake) opened bag and the gravy was ALL over the bottom of the bag. They cant check to see if things are sealed before delivering? We haven't been to a KFC in many years, even though we grew up eating it. But we saw that the pot pie was back so we went. It was actually very good. But the 3 piece meal was a disaster. They didn't have any mashed potatoes, so I got corn and fries. Neither was edible. I think they were cooked early this morning and sat there all day and into the evening. I'm f course we didn't realize this until we got home because we used the drive thru. The chicken was not great either. It also had been sitting for many hours. The pepsi had 2 ice cubes in it. Just a total disaster. Then I look at the ratings and see that this is common. Their rating reflects the quality I received. It's so sad that their management allows this to occur. I'm guessing this is a franchise and the owner is not interested in running a solid business. I think we'll wait a few months and possibly try again to see if management gets a clue. To be clear, I do not eat KFC but my kids do and my wife likes the coleslaw. It's been about a month since our last visit in which we were missing a piece of chicken, so instead of 8 Piece meal, we received a 7-piece meal. I did call and the employee took my name and did whatever they do with said information. Fast forward to yesterday when we returned to order an 8-piece meal and wanted to 'retrieve' the missing piece, the conversation went like this. ME: Hi, the last time I was here, we were missing a piece from our 8-piece meal, and the person who I spoke to said my name was on a list. my name is...., EMPLOYEE: Ah. We don't have a list. ME: Oh.Ok? EMPLOYEE: When did this happen? ME: About a month ago. EMPLOYEE: I'll talk to my supervisor and let you know. ME: Ah. Ok? Cutaway to the dining room, where I am trying to pull up my banking information to determine when exactly I was last here and scrolling through my Yelp check-ins. EMPLOYEE: Order Blah Blah Blah is ready ME: Ok. great. My wife interjects to ask if all 8-pieces are there EMPLOYEE; Uh. Ah. I packed it myself. ME: Ok. Thanks. EMPLOYEE: Do you have your receipt? ME: Ah no. Not from a month ago. At this point, I knew I was going to be refused an additional piece of chicken and it is for this reason that this location will struggle to be busy or have a positive rating. The amount of hassle for one piece of chicken was unnecessary and is deserving of zero stars if I could. I've been a manager of fast food restaurants for more than13 years so I completely understand what it is like to be on the other side and during some of those years, I was a hardass about food replacements and refunds. At the end of the day, it's not worth your time and it's not good for your business. Clearly, there are fraud cases and those can be investigated more in-depth but the random guy who is asking for a replacement of 1-piece chicken is not a fraud case. Having this KFC give us a 1-piece replacement would not have hurt their food cost for that day or the week ending. Conversely, having the store manager come over and provide an apology for what happened and then giving us what we were supposed to receive initially would have been the appropriate thing to do. Now, this location will have the stigma of not properly fulfilling orders and being a jackass about it. Good luck with this location because when my kids want KFC, we will no longer visit your store, we'll take our business to the one on Main Street. read more

They took five minutes to come up to the counter to take my order, then as I'm eating my sandwich people walk in and they're waiting and waiting and waiting, and nobody comes up to the counter to take their order poorly run business here I've eaten here several times when the food hasn't been bad but this time I come in and I try to get one of the sandwiches and the chicken was tough and old and when I took it back up to the counter as well, we have to sell what we had before we said why would you sell this old and tough chicken I can give you some tenders instead I said can you put it on and she goes. Server at the drive in greeted me with a sucker sticking out of his mouth. His almost sounded drunk. I ask for an 8 piece meal, breast and thighs with two sides of coleslaw and 3 tenders and three root beer freezes. He sent me to the front of the store to wait for my order. The temp outside was over 100. The first thing they gave me were the freezes. Then they gave the wrong order three different times. They could NOT seem to get it right! Absolutely horrible experience. We were rushed at the drive thru menu board. Once we got to the window the girl was friendly but we didn't get any sauce or straws. They were out of biscuits which is one of my favorite parts but did substitute it for a cookie. My root beer was missing syrup and the sand which we got was wrapped horribly super dirty on the outside and the bun was completely smashed. The food overall didn't taste good and left a crappy feeling in our stomachs. Even the cookie was gross and super dry. Ordered KFC in the Drive Thru today with my wife and our Toddler. When we pulled up to pay after making our order we saw part of our order wrong on the receipt so we told the employee. She said it would be corrected. She came back to the window a few minutes later and asked us to wait in front for our order. We waited 7 minutes and when the employee came out with our food I immediately saw part of the order I had already informed them about still wrong. She brought out the fries. My wife brought home some KFC from this location last night. First of all, she said there was a very nice older man helping her at the drive thru. So, the following review has nothing to do with the service or the friendliness of the staff. That being said, unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location. They were out of the first 3 things we tried to order...I get it, Covid, fine, whatever. But the items we defaulted to, after they were out of our original choices, were old, overcooked and tasted like they'd been under a heat lamp since three shifts prior. At multiple points, several members of my family had to spit boneless chicken strips from their mouths, due to the chicken being so hard. Same story with the chicken bowls. We were bummed because we typically love KFC and were looking forward to this treat. However the reality was a complete letdown and a waste of money. I've known for some time that folks operating cash registers were no longer able to do the rudimentary act of accepting what cash you give them and then counting back from what you owed to what you paid. However, today takes the cake. The young lady when I finally got the odd change out, said she'd already rung in what I had out initially (@ $20 bill for a 2.11 owed) and she COULDN'T PUT THE 11 CENTS IN WITHOUT MESSING UP THE SYSTEM.
