I had a coupon for a 12 piece meal for $25. I was charged $43. When I ask for a correction, I was told that the manager had to be called. I got tired of waiting and I said please just give me a refund. I was refunded on my credit card but I was not given the receipt for the refund. I was told she had to keep the receipt for the manager. I told her I needed the receipt and she gave me somebody else's receipt. I insisted on getting the receipt and I was told that I was no longer allowed service at that store. I thought I was going to be taking a nice meal home to my family. All I got was disrespect, no chicken, and a run around. read more

Really 7:00 PM on a Thursday night and we are sorry, we are out of chicken! As in I'd like an Eight piece chicken dinner meal. Sorry, we only have nuggets and Tenders. WTF! Are you kidding me! What a F-ing Joke! Please Close or Sell to a proprietor that can mange an order supply list and have some Chicken! read more

Went there Christmas eve about 30min before closing drive thru only open . Ordered 8 pce bucket with sides. Went back to hotel room started to open everything the chicken was overcooked and old looked like been run over by trucks . It was to late to go back to complain. We paid $33 for mashed potatoes and Mac cheese. So disappointed . read more

The food was absolutely horrible. I'll never eat there again or any KFC. Quality is horrible and they charge way too much. Snowflakes.

Stopped in two different times and both times they did not have biscuits. You can order online different options and go pick it up. But you can't drive up and order those same options. I think that is discriming against us older people that don't live our life's on a phone. read more

We should have not even gone in as it appeared the windows hadn't been washed in a very long time. We went in and while waiting for our food found out the self serve drink machine had been non functional for a year. No condiment station for napkins, etc as in most KFCs. Tables hadn't been wiped down. Bathroom smelled atrocious. read more

What should have been a fairly quick meal turned into 50 minutes of wondering about how people actually survive in this world. We waited behind 2 people. Only 2 people. The line at the drive through was backed up, waiting too. Once we finally ordered, the "new" girl behind the counter could not figure out how to count 32 cents in change...ended up with 3 dimes and 2 pennies. Success. We got our meals...3 piece tenders...forgot the sauce and a 2 piece DARK meat meal when I ordered a white meal. Went to ask for sauces and he STILL gave us the wrong sauces. The whole time we sat there waiting and eating, the same guys was outside waiting for his food. Yes, we ate, it man...this place needs some work. read more

Location is more or less a mile from the outlet. Very nice modern interior. Comfy seats. Arrived between 1230-1pm. There was a line of people waiting for their orders to be called, and some are still waiting for the cashier to take an order. This location needs a steady cashier so the order counter doesn't look abandoned. Ordered the $5 fill-up and basket meal. Surprised to see how small are the chicken parts compared to other locations. Although their mashed potato and coleslaw tasted better. Was only given a fork to use. How am I supposed to eat my chicken? I guess with my bare hands haha! Had to go back in line and ask for a plastic knife. They ran out of tea and napkins. Nobody bothered to check their dining area and replenish their cutleries. The fried chicken was mostly coated with breadings. I couldn't see the meat or taste it as much it should be. Anyways, I like going to KFC. read more

This KFC is a joke. Dinning room is closed. (Employees are just hiding and trying not to work). Had to walk up to drive through window. Order and 8 piece and they gave me a 3 piece. Just a waist of space. Who owned this embarrassment anyway? Fire these kids. They are costing you business. read more

2 different times, no chicken. They should just call it KF. No ambiance. That's it. No chicken.

I wish I could judge the quality of the food in this review but I ended up eating at the Halo Burger down the street. I waited for fifteen minutes high on legal weed wanting some chicken so bad but when I got to the speaker they didn't even know if they could accommodate an eight piece bucket of chicken. I then waited for another fifteen minutes and decided I was gonna cut my losses and eat Halo Burger as should you. read more

I get to the restaurant at 7:30 pm and she tells me no more chicken sandwich's because we are getting ready to close they are open until 9:30pm on the website so why can't I get a chicken sandwich at 7:30pm read more

Service was absolute garbage. It's like manners don't exist at this place. A simple "you're welcome" or "have a nice night" would have been acceptable but to just not say anything at all after I say thank you is unacceptable. Ordered the 24 piece Kentucky fried wings with honey BBQ sauce. Wings tasted awful with minimal sauce on only 1 side. Ate about 10 of them and seriously could not eat anymore they were so bad. Almost tasted like they had been sitting a few hours. Three the rest away. Crap service like always and crap food. Will NEVER return here. read more

They food was alright but they were so freaking slow! If you have at least 10 minutes to wait for your food then you can get food here.

Got there when they opened. Speaker blocked off. Waited by the window for 10 mins. Could see people walking around inside but no one came to the window. read more

At least we are open?!? Is what she says to me, but why I said. Chicken strips, 12 minutes, chicken beasts 12 min, how about biscuits, about 16 min. What is going on? New management needed to say the least. What a joke. This is a prime example of what we as consumers can now expect in a post-Covid society. At least we are open. What a joke of and establishment and I will never be returning. Not even a hint of good customer service. At least if your out of everything the counter girl can be nice about it. Next time just close the doors for good and call it a good run. Hopefully most places will do this anyway so maybe we can get some decent service at the ones that remain. Remember Demolition Man, Let the restaurant wars begin. Let's just hope Taco Bell isn't the lone survivor. read more

I get tired of most fast food joints because they hire mindless teens that could care less about you or your dinning experience. But I found a pleasant surprise here. The staff was mostly older and take great care in making sure we were happy. Plus I think Mr. Sanders works here. He has shaved off the goatee, but ya it might be him! read more

Came here to pick up a door dash order and waited over 30 minutes for an 8pc and a half gallon of tea RIDICULOUS!!! Don't go here unless you wanna wait longer to get some processed chicken instead of going out to eat and getting better food faster! I think it would take me longer to kill a chicken and fry it and deliver it than coming here. Store wasn't even busy. When food finally was ready I didn't get an apology or anything trash KFC read more

Seriously go anywhere else. Dirty. Poor service. Friendly workers? Ha! Not a chance. But I can't blame them; they have to work in a place where obviously no one cares, not even them. Some sort of rancid liquid is seeping under the ladies' room door. No soap and only very hot water blasting out of the faucet. There was this lady wandering around in her pajamas picking up trays and using a napkin to clean the counter tops. Anyone heard of water? Oh that's right, it's too damn hot to use. I thought of suggesting she use my sleeve for a more thorough job but I was still debating whether she worked there or not. Just some unkempt person swiping crumbs onto the floor? My question was answered when she announced she was taking a break. I won't even review the food; disappointing. Yep, on my list on never repeats! read more

Swell service, food is very obviously pre scooped and sealed. Never is it bad but everytime I get something when we open the lid there is crusties along the lid. Although the polite service is what brings me back. read more

Astounding bad. Took almost 20 minutes to order and get food and there was no line; it just took that long to make the order in front of me and then get mine together. Used the restroom while I was waiting and it was the most vile restaurant bathroom I've experienced in years. Not busy either. But if this is the norm it's no wonder; people locally probably avoid it. I know I will in future read more

Please don't waste your time to eat at KFC! Poor customer service and very rude staff even the manager on duty had an attitude! They did not even get my order correct! read more

We bought a 16 pc bucket and tenders for a family gathering, when I started taking the chicken out the dark meat was such small pcs, the legs were no bigger than 2 inches about the size of the wings. I'm pretty sure it was a manager that packed up my chicken, if he was--- he should have doubled the amount esp. the dark meat, was worried about having enough it cost us $48.00 for some shitty little pcs of chicken!!!!! Never again-----maybe they should put more money into training their help and giving you what ya pay for instead of all these commercials on t.v. read more

I went to KFC today. I ordered a 16 piece meal. The clerk at the counter was totally clueless, I had to repeat my order 4 times. I had a fountain drink also which was tasteless. Also the counter where the soda is was filthy. This was at 1130am, so the place was only open for an hour. The food was good despite the service. read more

Need to close the place down!!! Been going there ever since they opened, used to be a nice place to eat. Now you can't get anything there. They never have any food ready, you have to wait at least 10-15 minutes to get anything, and when you order they don't tell you that they're out of certain things until they put your order together. Not organized at all. Going to look for a new place to eat chicken, won't be going back there!!!! read more

Absolutely f*cking horrible ordered a fill up just to find out that they had no Chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, or Mac n cheese. Do yourselves a favor and don't come here. Asked for a refund got an attitude and was told it wasn't possible asked to speak to a manger and the manager asked my problem after I had said my issue she then gave me a refund of one of the items I ordered so from a $30 bill down to a $28 bill was then told not to return to this location which I gladly won't. Called corporate and they are sending a "risk management team" out in the morning whatever that means. read more
