Freaky fast my ass. I had a catering order for Lisa and it was supposed to be done at 12pm. These sandwiches are for a funeral service that I now have to miss because it's fucking 12:45 and they're STILL NOT DONE!!! There is a full lobby of customers sitting here and waiting for 15-20 minutes for their food. There's a line to the door and not a single person at the register. Get it together Jimmy John's. Went here trying to get food at 9:40pm (online says they close at 10pm). We pulled up to the drive thru and no one would answer. Then we went inside and the doors were already locked and 3 workers were inside but ignored us. Don't waste your time coming here. read more

I have been here multiple times. Corporate ought to spend some time with this franchisee...Jimmy Johns reputation is at stake with this place. I travel all over the state stopping at these restaurants. It's my favorite sandwich. I often order for corporate events too. This location, after multiple stops...more than 10 is now a no go. They never have it together here. Yesterday, I ordered two sandwiches and 1 was wrong, again. This happens to me 3 out of 4 times. There is also no consistency, like the rest of the chain. This was by far the longest I've ever waited for my sandwiches at a JJs. But the worst part was that they forgot my pickles on my Cubano sandwich...how can you even eat a Cuban without a pickle? first time reviewer here I have been to this JJ's (Burch Run) numerous times and am admittedly someone who probably eats at JJ's around the area/state way more frequently then I should... Birch Run is consistently weak on their "free toppings", never have I gotten the extra lettuce or oil/vinegar that is requested... possibly some of the cheapest items on the menu and absolutely every time it's as though they count the individual shreds of lettuce and measure out the dressing. Remember when subway back in the day measured out each pickle or olive on the sandwich? it's like that. I believe this is a privately owned branch and suspect that is where the strict restrictions come from, it's just so frustrating to not get such a simple order/request correct, ever. I think I just gave them my last chance because not once have I been happy with my dry, lacking veggies, not so fresh bread sandwich. Oh, and they're prices are elevated compared to most. Branches in Saginaw, Flint, Gaylord,Traverse City, Royal Oak, Troy - really anywhere else will provide you with a preferable experience. Cheers and happy sandwiches read more

I have to say much to my disappointment that this location only has 2 stars. I understand why when I call and am told no freaky fast delivery because they have no delivery. As a truck driver in this corona crap it's hard to get food on the road. I have no vehicle to pick up my food and they only offer pickup only. Well I can add you to the list of restaurants I will never eat at again. The absolute discrimination that has been shown to me and fellow drivers during this time has been far and wide. However my money talks and it says goodbye!! read more
