Gross. I was waiting for my pickup order from craft store Michael's (across the street) to be ready and was hungry. I ordered a small chicken sandwich on the app for 3.49. It was drenched in mayo. Mayo everywhere oozing out the sides and all over the wrapper. I picked up my order from the inside pick-up shelf so I assumed I would find a napkin in the bag. Nope - no napkin and Mayo everywhere. Thankfully I had some napkins in my car. There was no avoiding the massive amount of mayo so I just ate the chicken and tossed the bread and the drenched in mayo pickles. The chicken was not very good. I removed the crunchy breading as it hurt my teeth and was also drenched in mayo. First off, I rarely eat fried chicken. Not an expert lol. When I went at around 4:30pm there weren't a lot of people dinning in but had nonstop drive thru. I went in and stood right in front of the counter. No one was there and when someone was there, they were doing some work while I was just watching them. I think it was a good 5 minutes. I wasn't in a rush but I wasn't sure if I was invisible as they didn't seem ready to get my order. After that fun part, I used my coupon which allowed me to order a free combo. Only going to KFC for the 4th time in my life, I had no idea what kind of combos they have and which ones would qualify. The lady told me all the numbers. It was very fast but I picked combo A which was 2 pc drum and thigh with biscuit and mashed potatoes. The person who gave me food was very friendly and thanked me before leaving. When I got it, we only got two thighs, no drumstick. It was a take out so I didn't open until I got home. Okay, that's fine...the pieces were big. The meat was tender (not raw like some Yelpers mentioned) and the skin was nice and crispy. It had a nice flavor and crunch! The biscuits were buttery and not too hard. Mashed potatoes were okay, nothing fancy. If it wasn't free, it would be $8.50 or so. Oh and soda, I got root beer :p read more

Going through the drive thru, the guy was in a major hurry and the quality was absolutely terrible, luckily I had coupons because I'd be way more than furious had I paid full price for overly greasy and fatty pieces. One piece was unidentifiable, couldn't even tell what part of the chicken it was. It looked like a rib -facepalm-. I won't be returning to this location, the option a few miles away is much better, and I actually crave the food at that location. Ordered an 8pc meal several weeks ago and the chicken was dried out like it had been sitting under a heating lamp all day. They messed up on our sides. Called and talk to the manager Julio and he said come back later and I'll replace your meal. Went into the restaurant today and they have do not remember this incident and never put it into their complaint file. We're not from the area, but used the drive-thru for an early lunch at the KFC on Beaverton-Hillsdale after some tests at the nearby hospital. Ana greeted us as we placed our order. She was friendly, spoke clearly, and was enthusiastic about her job. She made a recommendation of an additional item to our order, and we're glad she did. Part of our order took a bit long, so Ana had us pull around to the front of the building to wait. Two minutes later Ana RAN our order to us, and with a smile told us we'd enjoy our meal, and that the receipt and extra napkins had been added to our bag. The burgers, fries, onion rings, chicken sandwich and apple pies were hot, fresh, and perfect to our order. So impressive compared to other locations and experiences we've had recently. When I was growing up, KFC was the only fast food I would eat. I recently had a craving and I stopped by this one on Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy for 2 chicken breasts. OM gosh!! WORST fried chicken I have ever had in my life. The breast was 2/3 batter (which was raw when bitten into) and the 1/3 chicken that was on the breast bone was pink and underdone also. SOOOO bad!! The order was very incorrect. I went inside hoping to actually get what I ordered. I asked the gentleman behind the counter what pieces of chicken were in an 8 piece meal. He replied "a whole chicken...2 breast, 2 thighs, 2 legs, and 2 wings". But when I got the order home, there was 1 breast, 3 legs, and 4 thighs. The specifics of what I ordered was on my receipt correctly. But whatever you're told either verbally or in writing, don't believe it. They'll give you whatever they want to. I hadn't been to KFC for years. I decided to give it another shot. I got the family meal with the crispy chicken recipe. Everything was actually really good. The crispy chicken was a good choice. All the side were also good and it only took 2 minutes to get my food. It is hard to beat feeding the family for $20. read more

I paid $2.29 for a biscuit and a BIG breast! I'm so glad I got a breast because it was so much bigger than wings, legs and thighs, I'd say double D's in chicken sizes! It was juicy, crispy, perfectly seasoned and delicious ! I was not at all hungry after I was done. The only thing I'd change would be to provide us with real butter and not this margarine like weird waxy yuckiness. I ate the biscuit without the "butter," even though I'm a butter fanatic. I also don't get the mashed potatoes because they don't taste like mashed potatoes at all, their flavorless and remind me of processed powdered potatoes you take camping or something. New to the area so I decided to stop at one of my favorite fast food joints, KFC. That was Until this KFC ruined it for me. I have only been here twice ! Both times my orders were wrong. First time they forget the fries in a combo meal, second time they gave me the wrong soda. Nothing is fresh, my biscuit was clearly stale visabliy and taste wise, the chicken was dry and my mini corndogs where a bit too crispy for my liking. I wasn't given napkins, which was an inconvenient to me because I didn't have any at home. I went through the drive through, and felt rushed, although it was probably a busy rush, with it being 3:30pm. But if you're going to rush me, please get my order right. I finished one third of my meal before I decided to just toss the whole thing. I wish I could get a refund on the whole experience of food and service. Just got home after ordering chicken wings combo and mini corn dogs. Sad to say that this food is one of the worst food I have ever eaten. The corn dogs tasted like it has been refried 10x. It was hard as a rock and inedible. Same with the biscuit, it was so hard it tasted like it was baked 10 days ago and reheated. Chicken tasted like it has been sitting out all day. I thought I would stop for some chicken today. I was the only customer. The staff just stood around talking in Spanish & finally noticed me. They took my order, I paid & sat down with my root beer. Another customer came in, ordered & got his order. Finally my order was ready. It was not hot & the chicken tenders were like rubber. The baskets where you put your tray etc. were overflowing. I used the restroom before I left & it was not clean. I will not go back to this KFC even though I pass by it quite often. I wanted to treat my co workers to food that we saw on an advertisement. When receiving the order from a Grubhub order they had missed two sides orders of patato wedges. I asked the driver and he stated that he ask the lady to confirm the if everything was there. Obviously he could have not told the truth but it's not the customer/drivers job to have to look in the bag and confirm the order. The staff get paid to do their job and serve customers what they order. It feels frustrating knowing that I wanted to reward my hard working co workers for their work only to be served by staff who don't give a damn about their job. After I had checked the rating it shows that 76% orders were given to customers successfully. So 1/4 of their orders are incorrect. read more

Ordered 2 bigger boxes subbing coleslaw for Mac and cheese in one, mashed potatoes in another. The guy at the counter asked aboit sauces. I said "suprise me. Just need something for the fries" to which he said "we don't have fry sauce" I explained again that any dip, just suprise me. Boy was I suprised. On box has Mac and cheese and cole slaw. The other had two orders of potato wedges. No sauces. Good job making a shitty say just that extra little bit worse. Partner didn't want to go back and make a deal out of it so now we eat dry wedges and popcorn chicken with the wrong sides and honestly indont taste any pickle sauce on the chicken as we asked either. I have never had a problem with the food at KFC. The chicken and sides are always consistent. I have noticed thier chicken breasts are larger than they used to be, which is a big win for white meat lovers. Biscuits are great as is the coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy. I recently tried the BBQ beans and they were excellent. I will continue to be a regular customer. read more
