Decided to visit on New Year's Day (via the drive thru) and the vibe was super chill, there was just one car ahead of us but because we had our puppy in the car, we utilized the mobile app feature to place our order. We both got spicy chicken sandwiches and Cobb salads. (Food was excellent per usual). Our food was ready as soon as we pulled up to the window and the nice drive thru attendant noticed that we had our puppy in the car and asked if we wanted a treat for her. I had a craving for the their Original Chicken Sandwich and it was ok. Nothing special. The pickles on the sandwich were very good. I needed to put some sauce on it. The troubling part was the slowness of the drive-thru. I came at 3:11 and it was 3:24 when I received my order. Now 13 minutes does not sound like a long time...but when you are in your car and the line ahead of you is not moving, it feels long. I went to this location for the first time. It was clean and spacious. There weren't a lot of people when I visited on a Tuesday dinner time. Staff: they were friendly however I had to stand and wait for someone to take my orders (dine in) for a long time. There was no one in line, I was the one and only one, standing and waiting. Yes, they were busy but all their backs were turned against the entrance. Food: I haven't been to a Chik Fil A in a long time because of how salty the chickens were. Instead of getting their chicken sandwich, I got their tenders. I ordered the meal so it came with unsweetened iced tea which was nice, and their waffle fries. That's my most favorite thing! Loved the texture of their fries, it was really good. The chicken tenders were fried nicely, good texture but again, too salty and maybe a bit too dark? I am not an expert but it was very salty, compared with other fried chickens I've had. The stars are for the fries and iced tea. Even though the area looked clean, if you look closely, not all the tables were wiped down. My friend and I had to wipe down the booth, chairs, and the table tops. It was not a busy day at all, there were lots of staff. I didn't dock points for this because it didn't happen to me but 4 of us ordered food. 2/4 orders were completely wrong. I was surprised the chance of getting it wrong was 50% for our table. My friends visit this location often and said they usually get it wrong, too. That's wasting money on their end as they give the free food and make new ones and it's also dangerous as some have allergies and if there's something in there that they request to omit and it's in their food, that's not good. read more

I visited on October 19th and was surprised to see that they still had employees working outside in the drive thru, even though the county had put out an air quality warning because of the wildfire smoke, and the AQI was in the 180 range at 8:00pm. Bring your people inside when the air quality is that bad. Customers will survive having to speak to the sign, and we won't feel bad that people are putting their health at risk over Chicken sandwiches. The harmful chemicals and tiny particles suspended in wildfire smoke can make anyone sick. The tiny particles of most concern is the particulate matter with a diameter in micrometers of 2.5 or less, commonly referred to as PM2.5. Mild symptoms of wildfire smoke exposure include coughing, runny nose, and eye irritation and inflammation, while more serious and sometimes fatal health effects include trouble breathing, asthma attacks, reduced lung function, chest pain, and heart attacks. Dear owner: please read up on OAR 437-002-1081. At this air quality level, you should have been relocating people inside, and/or providing NIOSH approved air filters for voluntary use: "Implement engineering and administrative controls to employees exposed to PM2.5 levels at or above 35.5 µg/m3 (AQI 101). Two large fries, we got two large and a small. And one large Mac and cheese, we got two. We asked for chick-fil-a sauce and Buffalo and didn't get the Buffalo, they didn't read our order back to us at all. Ultimately not a huge deal, just really annoying.
