I rarely visit KFC and have only been to this location three times, but two of those visits have been enough to convince me not to return. At KFC 7306 McClean Blvd in Baltimore the service has been consistently unacceptable. During my visit last week I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries and ended up waiting 27 minutes for my food. Multiple customers were frustrated and staff refused to issue refunds even though the delay was entirely on their end. I decided to give the location another chance today and placed the same type of order online. When I arrived at the drive thru to pick it up I was told that they do not hand out online orders through the drive thru and that I needed to come inside. When I asked why I was told we are not giving out online orders in the drive thru. I asked for a refund since I was not getting the order the way I requested and the employee refused and told me to call customer service instead. read more

I made an online purchase at the KFC located at 7306 McClean Blvd, Baltimore, MD 21234 on 8/15/25 at about 5:55pm. I arrived at the drive thru around 6:15pm and attempted to add on an item. I was told that I couldn't do that and had to order the additional item at the window. Once I placed that order I was asked to drive back around through the drive thru and that my online order and additional order would be ready. I rode back around and after waiting for the two cars in front of me, I was asked to pull in a parking spot, and they would bring it out. I sat in the spot for over 30 minutes and watched at least six other cars do the same and the food never came. I decided to go inside. I was met with an apology by the cashier and told that they were having staffing issues. The kitchen was in a disarray, and everyone had negative attitudes. Apparently, there was no manager there because a lady arrived at what is now minute 40 of me waiting for my orders. She tries to get things in order and then proceeded to tell me that they didn't have original chicken available, which is what I ordered online. I accepted the other chicken since I had been waiting so long. The chicken was cold; the biscuits were hard and dry and half of my sides were missing from the bag. It's Kentucky Fried Chicken. I'm not sure what else you'd want or expect. It lives up to the standards of fast food fare and that's what's important. This KFC is pretty good, tbh. I worked at a KFC for two years, so I would know the standards. The staff is nicer than other nearby fast food places, and I love that. Drive thru is always a good experience. They never forget anything. The only downside is how the parking lot is set up vs the road. You may have to enter and circle the building to get into the DT line, which can be long. read more

I was skeptical about visiting this KFC location because of the less than spectacular reviews here, but they are the only one in my area open late enough for me to be able to get there after work, so I threw caution to the wind and ventured on down Perring Parkway not knowing what to expect. After all, what's the worst thing that could happen? Well, it was about 10:00 P.M. on a Friday night in Baltimore City, so who knows. Short of being robbed and locked in a trunk, I figured nothing would happen that could be that bad. Upon arrival, I notice quite a long drive thru line. These are COVID times, so it is to be expected, as there is no dining room entry. On top of this, I notice several cars waiting in the parking lot for their food, which means they are backed up in processing orders. But, I was having a KFC attack, so I decided to give it a try and see how it goes. I got in the drive thru line, and the lady taking my order was an absolute delight. Even under the stress she was no doubt feeling, she was lovely and courteous and helpful. I was immediately relieved. She did inform me that at that time they were no longer making any more Extra Crispy chicks, which was a bit of a downer, but it was fine. Also, she let me know that there would be a 20 minute wait for breasts, and asked if that was O.K. with me, and I said that it was (I'd come this far, I wasn't gonna back out now). I thanked her and moved on to the pickup window where I paid. The lady told me to move to an adjacent parking space and that they would bring my order out when it was ready. About 20 minutes later, sure enough, out came my bucket of chicken and sides, just as I had ordered it. The young lady delivering to the cars was so sweet and nice. The chicken was delicious, still hot and perfectly done when I got it home to eat it. Mashed potatoes, gravy, biscuits, and of course their unique and amazing cole slaw rounded it all out. You all know by now that my Mr. X is quite a chicken hound, and he was quite pleased as well, which if you'll kindly peruse my other reviews dear reader, you'll see that that is sometimes not a very easy task to achieve. I had an overwhelmingly great experience at this KFC location, and I will certainly be returning. It's awesome to see a clean, well-managed restaurant today with friendly and helpful folks who obviously are great at what they do and like to come to work. I'm sure there were other workers there that I didn't get to meet, so to all of you at this KFC, I say thank you for the kind service and for our delicious dinner! read more

I was really in the mood for some mash & gravy while running errands. Remembered a grubhub coupon with $5 off of $10 when you choose pick-up. Sooooo, I placed an order. Showed up 10 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. (That's a habit of mine, just in case food needs more time). As I pull up, I don't notice parked cars or people inside, so I call to find out the pick-up process. Welp, they aren't open indoors. They do NOT have curbside either. You have to get in the drive thru line, wait all over again, and let them know you are there to pick up an order. They may want to rethink that process. It took 15 extra minutes for me to get my food, because of the amount of cars in the drive-thru. As for the food; it was made correctly. Even my Pepsi was crisp. That's important, because nothing is worse than flat soda. Shout out for having a calibrated beverage machine. read more

I like this place compare to other kfc until today. Everything was going smooth at the drive thru, the lady who took my order was nice, the line didn't take long at all but when they hand me the food i noticed that the bag was wet so i looked inside and there's gravy all over the place. So i told the lady from the drive thru and she immediately give it back to the person who made my order and the guy who made my order threw the whole bag in the trash can. The lady who took my order got upset with the guy (which is completely understandable) but then another lady just grabbed the bag in the trash can and went straight back in the kitchen! This was my 1st visit to this KFC but it took me back to a time when KFC was everything. The chicken was cooked to a taste and flavor that reminded me of 1988.. If you had a dartboard to throw at with everything listed on it with the ways you could screw up an order, this location would be able to fill that regardless of where the Dart hit.
