The employee who approached me was not friendly or welcoming in any way. Her attitude was openly rude and disrespectful from the start. After I placed my order, she made a nasty and completely unprofessional remark, saying, "All in my face--what the f**k is wrong with people?" This comment was unnecessary, offensive, and shocking to hear from someone representing a business. This was clearly poor customer service and a terrible reflection of this establishment. If you ever visit this McDonald's and are served by a young woman with multiple facial piercings, be prepared for disrespect and ignorance. Because of this incident, I canceled my order. They are very attentive, keep you up to date on your order status, quickly fix any errors and sometimes, when they aren't slammed, will chat with you while you wait. Why only three stars? *Lack of vegan options. They have a veggie shack burger that can be veganized with no bun, sauces, cheese or crispy onions. They even offer a lettuce wrap version if you are in to that sort of thing. With all the incredible vegan options out there (chicken, hot dogs, burgers, buns, shakes) why can't we get some? Overall, for my family's sake, we will continue to visit. If it were just up to me, I'd get my fix at a more vegan friendly place.
