No star for them at all. I was here on Tuesday, May 9th at 12.35 pm. I went inside and the cashier just kicked me out. I've got the worst customer service. Even no service at all. If someone has supervise here they can check the surveillance camera and you can see what happened. I'll never come back to KFC. Why I need their horrible food any more? Go somewhere else. read more

The new boneless chicken is the worst, tough and dry, mostly inedible. I ordered an extra side & was told that I couldn't get the "special price" with that order, was charged $3 for the extra side of slaw and to top it off, the slaw side was not even included in the delivered order. I didn't notice the missing side until I got home. Of the many fast food establishments in my neighborhood, this place is really sub-par. The order takers seem to be clueless of what is available on the menu, rarely get the orders right, and generally don't include the extras like butter, honey, napkins or fork. read more

So, I have to admit that I did not eat there because the service was horrible!! I walked into the store and there was a lady standing waiting for an order and a gentleman sitting down. As I was looking at the menu the gentleman said, "When can I get my mashed potatoes. All I ordered was mashed potatoes." The lady standing said, "This is ridiculous. 0 stars. I'm seriously fed up. This is the second time this month that I ordered something via drive through and waited 10 minutes for half of my family's order. The first time we ordered two large meals. Nobody asked what sides or sauce for the chicken we ordered. We asked them for ranch and ketchup which we never received. We got only one order of potato wedges my corn dog nuggets were still frozen. I decided not to be that type of person to drive 2 miles back to complain about anything. Two weeks later come back to try again I order an A4 with large potato wedges, a burger meal with a large fry and a 5 piece corn dog nugget with BBQ, cheese for my fries and ketchup. I get my order back drive home and I received popcorn chicken, 10 corn dog nuggets and a burger. I call the store once and get hung up on. Once more and I get ignored. A last time and no answer still. I've wasted so much money here I'm so disappointed this is the closest to my house and this is all I crave this pregnancy. read more

I have been a KFC lover for over 40 years. This particular location has driven me away. The manager was working the drive-thru window. she was so unbeliveablely rude. After waiting a long time at the window while she laughed and chated with her employees. She finally opened the window. I asked that she make my side mash potatoes, I was told that I should have said that on the microphone because she now has to discard the coleslaw. I asked for honey and butter, I was told that I had some in the bag, there was none. I informed her that they were not in the bag, so she handed me 1 pack of butter and 1 honey, I asked for more, she said how many do you need, I said 4 she handed me 3 more packs and said that makes four, I told her that she was being extremly rude, she smerked and stared at me. I told her that I would report her behavior, she said, go ahead. When I checked my food it was soggy and under cooked. I contact the customer service # and mad a report and was told that I would be contacted in 24 hours, but apparently this is acceptable because I have yet to hear from corporate. I have been a customer for over 40 years but no more. This location and other locations I have visited in this city has been the worst I have every had. Maybe the quality and service that has made them an american Icon is not longer the standard of operation, nor is the friendly customer service. So Long Colonel. read more

First, let me just say: I Love KFC foods! With that said, this particular restaurant should be shut down due to the worst management I have EVER seen in my life. If I could rate this lower I would rate it a NEGATIVE TWENTY!!! I have visited this KFC for five years but over the past year, the service has been the worst I have ever seen in a place and they can't seem to fix it.... Let me tell you about my experiences over the past several months: My "first" bad experience was at lunch several months ago when I used the drive-thru for lunch - it took 45 minutes to get my food. Once you've already paid, it's tough to get your money back, so you wait. When I finally got to talk to a counter person, I could hear him telling the manager loudly, "You have an angry customer out here." When he returned to the counter, I told him I was not an angry customer, I just wanted my food. (I let his loud communication to the manager (audible to lobby patrons) pass because he seemed like one whom was mentally deficient and I didn't want to be mean to him and in my heart applauded them for hiring handicapped people.) Next time, still an outrageous wait and they screwed up the order. Furthermore, they handed me my large root beer float with a straw that was too short for the receptacle and without a spoon. Another time I went through, they changed the price between the moment I ordered it and my momentary arrival at the pick-up window. When I brought this to the manager's attention who was working this window, she snarled at me,"Do you think I should pay for it??" That was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I vowed never to return. Today, huh-boy... MORE dysfunction. The only reason I went here today is because I'd been out running errands and called my boss to see if he wanted me to pick something up for him for lunch. He wanted a large root beer freeze from A&W/KFC. I decided to get some lunch myself from them while I was there. - NOT HAPPY - AGAIN! Once again, they gave me a short straw for his large root beer freeze. I ordered the special of the day for myself which was the chicken-fried steak with potato wedges instead of the mashed potatoes and gravy. They packed it so that the gravy for the steak spilled ALL OVER the inside of the bag and NOTHING ESCAPED the gravy; all the packets of ketchup, honey sauce, etc. EVERYTHING I touched had gravy on it - heck, I didn't even know gravy was coming. (I rarely ever eat chicken-fried steak in the first place.) And if that weren't enough - they put my potato wedges on top of my coleslaw in a separate small bag. By the time I got back to the office just a few minutes later, the potatoes were no longer even warm, much less hot and the cole slaw was no longer cold. Gee, thanks, KFC E720494 on Havana St. in Aurora, CO for reinforcing your exceedingly poor service and attention to customer satisfaction! I will not be back. I will gladly give my business to some other place who deserves business AND I tell everyone to pack a lunch/snack if they insist on coming to your store. read more
