I was concerned when I entered the drive through of the recently remodeled KFC, and There was absolutely no other patrons in the restaurant nor the drive through at dinner time. I ordered 2 pieces of crispy chicken and a biscuit. When I attempted to eat the chicken, it was disgusting, they had taken original chicken and refried it. What has society come to? You decide on your lunch break to go sit down to eat and by surprise YOUR WALLET is stolen by the ASSISTANT MANAGER. We walked in and immediately was shocked to see the assistant manager wearing a large gold chain with black SUN GLASSES on in the store, still we didn't let that stop us. We ordered our food and sat down to eat and once we were done we got up. Once we notice our wallet was missing, we went back in the store to speak with the assistant manager, not only did he DESCRIBE the wallet before we did, he was very rude and got very defensive when we told him we were certain it was here and got picked up by one of the employees. ONLY 3 ppl in the store at the time (he was walking around the dinning area) No other customer were there nor did they come in after we left. We gave him chance after chance and he still didn't give up the wallet. It's sad and very pathetic, that you can't pay your money to eat & trust that your belongs won't be stolen when you walk away. I hope it was worth it, I have a team working on getting to the bottom of this & HR has been contacted, a letter will be sent to the CEO & whoever else. Here is a copy of my original complaint for their survey.. only to find there was a 1200 character limit. Zero stars if I could. ---/ While ordering in the drive thru with no vehicles behind me, I was abruptly interrupted between each item I ordered with "uh huh, and then". We ordered the 12 piece chicken meal, half original half crispy, with three sides.  She quickly goes, "Okay, mashed potatoes, cole slaw and biscuits."  I responded with, "aren't there three sides?" and get the response, "yeah, mashed potato, gravy and cole slaw." Thinking the gravy counted as a side, I substituted the cole slaw for corn. Then upon reach the drive thru window, there were two cars behind us. The employee at the window quickly hands off our cups to us without a smile or simple "hi".  Following with something along the lines of, "Let's get this out quicky quick!" and hands me a clipboard, "need you to sign this." Then, while handing us a bag, not mentioning it's contents except a quick "honey, butter and hot sauce in the bag! Don't forget the survey on the receipt." And closed the window. I let it go because it was 8:30pm and I just got off work. Upon getting home, we began eating and realized they were all over cooked crispy pieces, with one piece the size of a biscuit!! It was then I dug through the bucket and counted a total of ONLY 8 PIECES, all over cooked crispy. I also found that she meant TWO MASH AND GRAVIES, where I would have substituted one for mac and cheese. I went through eating one piece and decided to call their number, (925) 757-6664. The phone rang six times, then i got an answer.  I regret not getting her name,  but I asked to speak with the supervisor on duty. She paused and responded with, "yes, I am the supervisor." So I explained that I know I cannot prove the number of pieces I received, and that I understand that KFC is a form of fast food restaurant, but I just want to bring my concern up to the supervisor that the employees were turning their service into a race, and in front of the customer at the window. That I paid for 12 pieces of half original half crispy and received 8 over crispy. And I found myself abruptly cut off with, "so you're complaining that they didn't repeat the order?" Words I didn't even mention. So, I calmly repeated it, but slower and with a louder tone because I sensed attitude in her tone. And her immediate response was that they 'are a fast food place, they want to be quick and accurate but sometimes they mess up'. No apologies. And after a few more words, she offered to give me my four missing pieces when I return. I replied with "no thank you. I would just like to raise the supervisor's awareness at how unprofessional the employees were and the upsetting customer service." And she ended with, "I'll let the manager know." Well.. here I am completing the survey they mentioned.  It will be a long time, if I even return to this location, but I do hope that things change. read more

I recently went to this kfc I had ordered the 4 piece chicken meal that came with coleslaw a biscuit and the drink a meal basically but I thought they usually give you fries as well nope that's not the case no napkins in the bag, employees was standing around on the phone..just very disappointed! My husband and I just left there after placing a phone order. My husband gave them his name in the drive thru and they handed over an order to us with two drinks. My husband ordered the $21 bucket order advertised on television. We were half way home when we realized they had given us the wrong order. We called them back and they said they didn't have an order with my husbands name on it, but we just left there. After going around and around with them I asked if we could get store credit, they put me on hold and came back and asked us to bring the food back and they'll give us the right food. But we were too far by then. The customer service was so bad, they kept us on the phone too long trying to resolve something simple. If i could give 0 stars i could. I just came from this location at about 5:15 pm and ordered a 12 piece family meal for 48 dollars which is already a rip off but oh well it is what it is right? I waited 20 minutes to get my bucket that the cashier could of clearly worked on. My main problem is with the cashier that wore aviator sunglasses the whole time (very unprofessional btw) this dude could give two shits about anything and i knew he was going to be unhelpful. I ask him if the bucket could contain just chicken breasts and only drumsticks. He said "no problem" charged me 48 bucks and then i proceeded to wait 20 minutes in a location that had 10 workers working, only 2 guests inside and none in the drive thru. So why i had to wait 20 minutes for someone to make the bucket is beyond me. Well apparently my order confused the whole staff because it took 4 or 5 people trying to confuse the whole situation. After i finally get my food i ask if it was only legs and breasts and they say oh no thats not what the order says. So the guy who rang me up finally comes out and says "hey bro i gotta charge you like a dollar extra for all that, oh wait never-mind i mean i have to refund your order and do it all over again. At this point i was like " im not asking for anything extra, had the cashier knew what he was doing instead of wearing sunglasses and not giving a fuck about being there maybe he would of got it right. But instead tries to make it out like im the difficult one. I hope the manager sees this comment because you need to do some evaluating on that staff. Theres no reason why that many people need to work there when they cant even control a whopping 3 people to serve. NOT A SINGLE CARE given by anyone in there other than the youngest kid that apologized the rest of the staff are jaded and treat you like you are the reason their life sucks. Be better. Service was lousy. Victor the manager does not follow servesafe protocols when handling people's food. He used his bare hands to handle people's food. I watched him not only pick pieces of chicken out of the warmer with HIS BARE HANDS when two sets of tongs were sitting right there. He was NOT WEARING GLOVES! I also watched him with bare hands cover the nozzle to a sauce container with his finger before shaking it. It took his cashier Martha six times of repeating an order to her. This store should be closed down, condemned by the board of health and left for the cockroaches to consume and be set ablaze. It took them twenty minutes to serve a customer a bucket of chicken. The woman asked them at one point if KFC was an acronym for Killing the F--king Chicken? I asked for my order to be cancelled but like a bad car crash that you can't stand to look at but have to see what happens next, I stayed and watched this calamity for a few more minutes before I had to leave. If KFC's motto is "finger licking good" I suppose the only one licking his fingers would be Victor, the manager. I will never eat at KFC again and I urge anyone reading this to do the same. Went here at 8pm and ordered about $90 worth of food to be told that btw there's no white breast chicken which was what I asked for specifically (should have been told that first before getting charged. I would have gone to another KFC). I asked if they were going to be cooking anymore but employee response was, "Well we could but if we cooked too much it could be a waste." What!! KFC is my least favorite fast food. It is just not a place I would choose. Someone else chose to go here and I suggested we go inside, instead of the drive-thru, so I could look at the menu without being rushed. Honestly, the food still wasn't the best in my opinion, with the exception of the mashed potatoes and gravy. I personally like "fake" potatoes, so those were a win in my book. And as far as the rest of it, it's a preference thing, not a food quality issue. The 5 stars are for their employees! Gary was AMAZING! There was another gentleman who was also great, but I didn't get his name. Gary answered all of the questions I had about A LOT of things on the menu and gave us helpful hints as we were deciding on what to get (like you can get different sides with the $20 bucket). When we were ready to order, he had already listened to our whole conversation and instead of asking what we wanted, repeated what he had heard us talking about just to make sure that is what we wanted. That is EXCELLENT customer service. He was cheerful and genuinely seemed like he was enjoying his work. I thought it was a little silly to review a fast food place, but these employees deserve all the credit in the world!
