The cook inspected the crab I brought back and told the staff member helping me that it was clean and that older crabs just look like that. As you can see from the pictures attached, it was not clean. I was taken aback and told them I didn't want a remake. I just wanted a refund. I did receive a full refund through DoorDash. The staff was very friendly, which I appreciated. However, the level of cleanliness here is unacceptable. Honestly, I think the health inspector should pay them a visit.
